About: Hi there! 🐾 My partner and I both grew up around dogs, have had our own dogs, and are foster dog parents. We'd love the opportunity to cuddle and take the very best care of your pup. Think of us as your dog's godparents! We know how hard it can be to leave your fur babies. We would love to ease that worry for you and send photos/videos and keep you updated throughout the stay! We both work from home so we will stay with your pet. With our flexible schedule, we'll be able to keep to your dog's normal routine and schedule with walks, potty, meal time, and play time! We have crates, beds, and plenty of treats and toys. We also have a huge fenced-in yard where we can play fetch and run around. I believe dogs need to be stimulated mentally and physically. In addition to getting good exercise through daily walks, I also have lots of toys and balls, sniff mats, lick mats, and food puzzles. I also enjoy training dogs so your dog may come home having learned a new trick!

I really enjoy figuring out those little things. I’m gentle, patient, and very respectful of each pet’s routine. I don’t believe in rushing them or treating every animal the same. Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. I’ll treat your pet with warmth, patience, and care, and I’ll treat your home and instructions with respect. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. That means I’m able to spend unrushed, attentive time with pets, not just quick check-ins, but actual companionship, care, and presence. The only issue would be dogs who can’t do stairs. We have a pee spot in the patio if it’s really bad weather.

About: I have been taking care of various sized dogs since I was 10 years old. Growing up my family had multiple Rottweilers in the house and I grew a love for taking care of and spending time with animals. I do not have any of my own and with my work schedule being a lot lighter now I would love to help people out that need it!
