House Sitting in Darby Township

About: Of course I love animals, but what matters more to me is noticing who your pet actually is. Are they the kind of dog who needs to sniff the same corner for five minutes before moving on? Are they a little shy at first and pretending not to care? Do they get excited easily and need someone calm around them? Are they a cat who wants company, but absolutely not too much company? I really enjoy figuring out those little things. I’m gentle, patient, and very respectful of each pet’s routine. I don’t believe in rushing them or treating every animal the same. Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. I’ll treat your pet with warmth, patience, and care, and I’ll treat your home and instructions with respect. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. That means I’m able to spend unrushed, attentive time with pets, not just quick check-ins, but actual companionship, care, and presence. I can shape my day around walks, visits, feeding times, play, and quiet company, depending on what each pet needs. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, who is included in the pictures, also helps me out with my Rover schedules. My home is my cat Lilo’s safe little kingdom, so I can’t host other pets here. But I’m very happy to come to your home, meet outside for walks, or figure out a setup that feels easy and comfortable for you and your pet.

“Paz looked after our senior dog through a tornado warning and heat wave while we were traveling internationally. Paz went way, way above the call of duty by taking our girl to the vet when she started a hunger strike mid-way through the visit. The vet remarked that Paz was very knowledgable, attentive, and great with our girl. Paz has some sort of gift for getting animals to take medications - hopefully she'll offer a "how to" class at some point! And Paz stays in very frequent contact, sending updates and lots of photos. We are so very grateful for Paz!! She is caring, responsible, and very attentive. We cannot recommend her enough.”

About: Hi! I have 10 years of experience taking care of cats and dogs! I currently do not have any pets but love having them over. Not only do I have plenty experience, but I am also insured in the event of an accident! Please don’t hesitate to contact me 💖 I work from home as an administrative assistant so my schedule is very open and I am able to give really good care and attention to your pet if they are staying at my place. In addition to this I can also work traveling to your lovely animal into my schedule with no problems! While I live in an apartment building there is a fenced off area for pets to use the bathroom and play and it is even separated by the size of dogs so that they can safely play and roam. Pets are allowed on my furniture and I take care of them as if they were my own.

It was our first time being away so we were understandably anxious about how Philomena would do but Stella sent us loads of updates, photos and videos. About: Hi. My name is Katie and want to welcome anyone that is reading this post. I have one cat of my own named Roxy. I have had cats my whole life and know the ins and outs and taking care of them. I have also had guniea pigs, hamsters, and dogs my whole life.I could of had a whole farm at one point I feel like..LOL. Dogwise I have had beagles and gordon setters. I love animals. I love brining joy to any dog or cat. They are such forgiving and lovely animals that I cant imagine my life without a dog or cat. I will play with your dogs/cats, take them on walks, cuddle with them if needed, just be there with them. Some dogs and cats just love the companion of another person. I would love to take care of anyones animals so they can be rest assured that they loved ones are taken care of while they are gone. I am available weekday mornings and days and also weekend mornings. I have a pretty flexible job so its perfect for dog and cat sitting and walking on the side I value and respect whatever routine dogs/cats have in their home. I would do my very best to make sure they are comfortable and stick with whatever routine they have. Just there for snuggles laughs and company....animals have beautiful souls
