“Mary went above and beyond. We are recent empty nesters so this was a first time for me, leaving my dog and house in the care of a stranger, and it couldn’t have gone better. I told her upfront that over-communication was probably going to work best for me and she made sure I always knew how Duke was doing. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my home and Duke were being well cared for. We came home to a happy pup and a clean house. Truly grateful to have found someone I can call on again on our next travel.”

About: I am a Spring ‘25 graduate of Tuskegee University, obtaining my BS in Animal and Poultry Sciences. I will be continuing my education at Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine, studying to become a mixed practice veterinarian. I have taken care of pets since childhood, including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, and turtles. I have a passion for animals of all shapes and sizes, and can’t wait to meet your fur babies! Weekends are the most flexible, but I am available any time outside of my work schedule, which is 8a-4p, M-F. My schedule may slightly vary between the weeks (ex. 9a-5p), but this would be displayed in my availability and communicated far in advance. Both indoors and outside, I will take care of your furry friend to the best of my ability, and cater to both you and your pet’s needs. I am a big picture person, and will send photos of your pet(s) often and whenever you’d like.

“Madisyn is an amazing person to watch any and all dogs! She is not only an excellent Rover, she also has completed several trainings and has an eye for dog behavior and anxiety. Our dog is very anxious, leading to big distrust of new people - Madisyn was not deterred and met him where he was at. She was communicative and trustworthy with giving our pup meds and taking care of our house. She followed instructions that we left her to the tee. She left our house incredibly clean and we had no concerns about her taking care of our home and woof! Can't recommend her more!”
