“Jessica exceeded every expectation! I was out of the country for 10 days. Jessica house sat and took care of my two 11-year-old cats. My boy needs meds every morning and evening. She made great effort to make sure he got the meds, especially the first couple of days when he was getting used to her. She actually brought gates from her home and moved furniture so that she could give my boy his meds. She texted me every day with updates and pictures. I recommend her without hesitation. She's great!”

“At the last minute, I added a foster dog that had to stay quarantined from Hina. Sky was flexible and patient and did a great job with both my small dog and the big foster pit bull.”

“Christina was great with Chuck! He got so much love, care and attention. Chuck is sweet but also an energetic not fully trained nippy puppy, so not easy! Christina is reliable, caring and skilled at taking care of dogs and goes the extra mile to treat them like her own. He got plenty of love attention and exercise. We got cute pictures of him throughout the week. It was a nice bonus that she got our mail and packages, watched our house and left our house clean and tidy. I would recommend her to friends, neighbors and family that needs pet care.”

“I highly recommend Jordyn to care for your pets, she provides top notch dog sitting service! My pets were loved and well cared for as well as my home. I received plenty of updates along with pictures to keep me connected. She is such an amazing person who has so much love to give! Thank you Rover, for having such an amazing person to book in-house pet sitting service while I was on vacation. I' will certainly be one of many repeat customers!!”

“We cannot recommend Adam enough as a house/dog sitter. It is always so hard to find someone trustworthy enough to stay in our home and take care of our amazing boy. Adam was communicative, trustworthy, and reliable allowing for us to have a relaxing vacation knowing that our pup was safe. We have a 2 year old doberman who is not always the quickest to warm up to people, however he took to Adam quickly and truly enjoy his stay with him. In addition, the house was in excellent condition when we returned and Loki was happy and well exercised. Will absolutely book Adam again for future sitting opportunities and strongly recommend him to sit your pup.”

About: I’ve always been the kind of person who notices the animal in the room first. I’m patient, gentle, and naturally tuned in to little cues, the nervous glance, the excited tail, the cat who wants attention but only on their own terms. I try to make pets feel like their world has not been completely disrupted just because their person is away. That means keeping their routine familiar, respecting their quirks, and paying attention to the small things that make them feel safe. I’m happy to follow detailed instructions, send thoughtful updates, and adjust to each pet’s personality, whether they need playtime, quiet company, slow walks, extra reassurance, or simply someone calm nearby. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. That means I’m able to spend unrushed, attentive time with pets, not just quick check-ins, but actual companionship, care, and presence. I can shape my day around walks, visits, feeding times, play, and quiet company, depending on what each pet needs. My home is my cat Lilo’s safe little kingdom, so I can’t host other pets here. But I’m very happy to come to your home, meet outside for walks, or figure out a setup that feels easy and comfortable for you and your pet.
“Stella was amazing! She watched Franklin overnight and did such a great job keeping me updated with pictures and messages throughout the stay. That meant so much to me especially since Franklin can get pretty anxious when I am away. I felt totally at ease knowing he was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend Stella and would happily book her again! :)”

“Raquel is a delight. She is warm and responsible. Listens carefully to all instructions for watching your beloved pet and follows through. I recommend her without reservation!!”

“Superstar dog sitter!! Kirsten is professional while being very friendly and reliable. She went above and beyond to take care of my two dogs and my home. She also administered dog meds and sent tons of pictures. My dogs can’t wait for me to take another vacation so they get to spend more time with Kirsten!”

“Rachel watched Mia for our first international trip! She took wonderful care of her and our home. She was responsive and communicated with us. Mia loved all the attention. Can’t wait to book Rachel again for our next trip!”

“Margo took great care of my senior dog. She is reliable and a good communicator. She puts in the time and effort to genuinely understand the animal she takes care of. I would definitely recommend her pet sitting services.”

About: I have experience with my grandma’s many lovely dogs! Including feeding, walking, cleaning up after them, and providing attention and companionship! I am reliable and comfortable around any animal. I’m currently seeking a full time job so I will have unlimited time to take care, sit and walk any pets with my full attention! I look forward to spending time and providing the best care for your dog 😊. I have a large, unfenced yard and will watch pets with a very close eye to insure their safety. My environment has no other pets present.
“Ashley was terrific with my older dog for 2 nights...We got lots of updates--with photos..which I loved. I came home to a house in perfect condition and a very happy dog. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

About: Hi, my name is Kristen. I am a recent graduate from West Chester University and have full availability for the summer. I have cared for dogs and cats since I was a teenager. I would pet sit for neighbors and friends. I've done visits or overnight stays to feed, play, and walk cats or dogs. I have watched more than one dog and cat a few times. I have more experience taking care of small dogs but would like to care for dogs of any size. I like to take dogs outside and give them good exercise by playing and walking. I love to give cats and dogs attention and play with toys. I also would like to bathe and groom them if need be. For the rest of the year, I will be working as a teacher and only be available for possible late afternoons and weekends. For the summer, I am available anytime during the week and on weekends. I care for pets in a client's home. I would do visits or overnight stay to walk dogs for at least 30 mins, depending on how many times a day. I change their food and water to feed them. I spend time with them by giving attention or playing with them. If caring for cats, I would clean and fill in a new litter too.
Collingdale pet parents share their Rover experiences
I cannot say enough good things about Maia. You can tell when a person truly loves animals and our dog knew from the start that Maia is one of those people. She has been amazing with our senior dog. She takes special care to ensure that she is not over-exercised or left outside in extreme weather. When she watched our girl during a blizzard, she even shoveled a pathway in the snow so that Pandora could get outside to do potty. I always get lots of pictures and updates. Maia is a true gem and I highly recommend her.

Olivia is great! She took such good care of our two dogs while we went away for a long weekend and followed our instructions carefully. She is also very respectful of our home and left it neat and orderly. She even left the tv on for our dogs when she left. Olivia is very responsive and replied to my messages within minutes—sometimes seconds. We would highly recommend Olivia and would definitely have her take care of our dogs again.

Roz was an absolute pleasure! Not only did she take care of our dogs she cared for our home as well. I appreciate all of her daily updates on how everything was going and she understood my anxiety since this was our first time using Rover. We were not sure what to expect but she exceeded all of our expectations!! I’m so glad we booked with Roz and that she accepted our booking, we will definitely be requesting Roz for all of our future needs!!

Robyn was one of the best sitters we’ve had! She was super attentive and responsive to our pups needs. We have a very anxious pup, that Robyn knew how to manage and gave the time and space to get comfortable. She managed our older dog with ease and much love! We highly recommend Robyn to anyone that needs a responsible, caring and knowledgeable caregiver!

Jessica exceeded every expectation! She's great!

My pups enjoyed another successful stay within my home, with Destiny at the helm of their adventures in (canine) babysitting. Destiny came for a pre visit since it’s been awhile, and was every bit as friendly and communicative about needs, concerns, preferences, as I remembered. Loved the daily walks and pics that she sent so I felt comfortable that Chico and Olive were in good hands.
