New to Rover, not to dogs! I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years and I never have enough of them! As a dedicated Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) volunteer and dog walker, I have experience with all personalities, from the high energy sprinters to the shy wallflowers. I'm also a pet photographer, so I work towards making dogs feel at ease, earning their trust, and even getting a few happy smiles (or tail wags) along the way. My young dog is a social butterfly who absolutely loves having new friends over to play! When your dog stays with us, I guarantee supervised play sessions, sniff-filled dog walks, and a peaceful space for downtime. Why Choose Me? This was the best experience. My fur baby was well taken care of I received photos every day of play and walks. Lots of updates I absolutely will be booking again.

This was our first time using rover and we were very impressed with Shashank! We felt comfortable leaving our dog Tucker while we were on vacation and we knew he would be in good hands. Shashank gave us regular updates and was great communicating with us! We would definitely rebook with him in the future!
Wonderful overnight stay with Shashank and his pup. He is so great at dog training and anticipating our dog’s emotions and needs. We were fully happy and anxiety-free leaving our dog in Shashank’s trusted hands. One of the BEST rover homes (and we have tried a dozen!)

Five stars, without hesitation. Shashank has been a wonderful find for our family. He walks our dog Leon regularly, and Leon gets genuinely excited every time he sees him, which tells you everything you need to know. What really cemented our trust happened when I was unexpectedly told during a routine appointment that I needed to deliver my baby the same day. With no time to make arrangements, Shashank stepped up immediately, checking on Leon, feeding, exercising him, and taking him in to board as soon as he could with little notice. That kind of reliability in an emergency is rare. What sets Shashank apart is his genuine knowledge of canine behavior. Leon was understandably stressed by all the changes, and Shashank recognized it, communicated clearly with us, and worked patiently with him until he was in a much better place. Leon came home from boarding with Shashank calm and fulfilled. We plan on continuing to work with Shashank as Leon adjusts to life with a new baby, so the transition continues to go smoothly. Communicative, reliable, kind, and deeply knowledgeable about dogs. If you're looking for someone who will truly care for your beloved pet, Shashank is your person.

Zeitplan
I work from home, and so does my wife, so someone will almost always be at home with your pet. In the event that we do have to leave your pet unattended, we ask that you provide a kennel/crate so that we are sure they are safe at all times. Our dog loves having a new friend around, so there’s always company and playtime.

I follow your pet’s regular routine with walks, meals, playtime, and rest. Pets are always supervised in a clean, safe environment. I send three updates a day, always with photos!

Ein typischer Tag
A typical day begins with a 45-minute walk and sniff, followed by a short rest and breakfast. Post breakfast play and then nap time until noon when we take a quick gander for a neighborhood sniff to ensure everything is safe and as left post walk. Some more naps before another walk in the evening followed by dinner and some stimulating engagement with toys. Ending the night with a potty break and cozy tuck-in time. My schedule is flexible enough to work with your dog's regular schedule.
