She was very quick to respond and kind enough to add us to her schedule for the 24th at the last moment. She truly made us feel much better about leaving for vacation. About: I work from home and love spending time with animals. Cats and dogs alike. I grew up with them and have had many of my own throughout the years that have given me a ton of experience handling lots of different situations and pet personalities. All sizes, breeds and training levels are fine. Your pet will absolutely be my top priority and I'll ensure they're well taken care of in every way needed. If you're particular about their food, environment, etc. I completely understand!! They're our babies and they deserve the best we can give them no matter what it takes. I work remotely with a mostly flexible schedule so multiple walks and potty breaks throughout the day, early mornings or late nights aren't a problem. I have spent years taking care of animals and know how to give medications, how to handle a variety of behaviors, which foods and plants are toxic, and my first priority will always be your pets safety. Before you leave, I will ensure vet information is clear and readily available, I will ask about special diet considerations, allergies, stressors, habits and any issues that could come up. I have my own transportation and will be extremely clear and responsive should anything ever happen. Additionally, my communication style is focused on trust, transparency and openness. I want to make sure you have full peace of mind and all updates will be easily matched to your needs - whether it is daily or hourly updates to be sure that you feel no hesitation about leaving your furry friends in my care.

My nickname is Kitty and some of my friends called me "Kitty Khai Khai" since I'm very affectionate with kitties ​and I happen to get along with shy, anxiety fueled, or aggressive kitties. I'm originally from Myanmar. Back home at my parents', we end up adopting lots of street cats over 20 years since they happened to stop by and end up living at our house. My parents has raised cats like their own grand children, so I grew up nurturing cats including their kitten babies and senior cats. I handle kitties gently with love and great care, and am very attentive to their needs. I understand how cat parents feel while you're away from your cats; I'm here to make sure you could enjoy your trip while knowing your kitties are well cared for and in safe hands. The well being, happiness and comfort of your kitty is my top priority! About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since / was 25. Taking care of an animal is giving more color to life and making it happier. I'm always available after 3pm. I do not feel comfortable bringing your dog to a dog park.

“Caroline went above and beyond for us when our vacation turned tragic with the sudden illness and passing of my grandmother-in-law that required multiple changes of plans to accommodate the changing situation. She was extremely flexible when our vet informed us that she recommends daily visits rather than every two days after a behavioural checkup right before our trip. Then, there was Grandma’s situation, where Caroline quickly accommodated adding one more day, and then, as the situation progressed, went to great lengths to ensure we were covered no matter what for an additional 3 days. Not only that, but she gave Lucy plenty of love and ensured she was well taken-care-of. To top it all off, she also took the cutest photos and brought in our packages. House was super clean when we got back. We’ll definitely be using her again”
