My husband and I have been on Rover for over a year now, and we’ve truly loved every minute of it. I grew up in a dog-loving household and have experience caring for pups ranging from energetic 10-month-olds to senior dogs who need a little extra TLC. Between the two of us, we’re comfortable administering all types of medications - from simple pill pockets to injections. After over a year of boarding and caring for amazing dogs, we recently welcomed a dog of our own into the family! We now have a friendly golden retriever (Aurora) who loves having new buddies to play with, and we’re so excited to welcome new besties into our home. We’re fortunate to live in a home with a fully fenced backyard and access to ample walking trails nearby, so your pup will have plenty of opportunities for outdoor time, exercise, and enrichment. My husband works full-time remotely, meaning someone is home all day to provide attentive care - no pups left in a crate all day here. We’re just two 30-year-olds who genuinely love dogs and are grateful for every opportunity to care for them, whether they’re here for cuddles, playtime, or a cozy home away from home

Schedule
My husband works full time remotely, so he is able to be home with your dog(s) all day if needed! I work in a school, so I'm usually home by 4-4:30 at the latest. We are mostly homebodies, with the occasional venture out to dinner or a movie, but are very flexible and will be upfront with owners if their dog's needs cannot be met!

We have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for pups to do their business or for some short spurts of fetch :). We have hardwood floors throughout the home but area rugs to help with sliding. We have a dog of our own, Aurora, who's a 4 year old golden retriever! She is extremely mellow, gets along great with other dogs, and would love a playmate!

A typical day
I love taking pups out for long walks! Or playing fetch with them in a backyard. Anything to get their energy out and have them feeling rested before bringing them back home or having their owners come home!
