It was very clear that Rebecca has a good sense of how dogs are and what they need. She was careful to point out that her stairway was sometimes a challenge for dogs and that it was important to make sure Mousse would be ok navigating them... and she'd thought out where to place the crate in her apartment so it wasn't in the sun. She sent regular check ins and Mousse was clearly having a great time in all the pictures :) In addition, Rebecca was very flexible and understanding when we were stuck in traffic and needed to delay pick up by a few hours. Leaving my fur baby with Michell and his husband was a smooth and easy process . Michell was very accommodating and communicated with me throughout the stay. I do wish I received videos but the pictures sufficed. Stache wanted to play with the big dogs and not the ones his size 😩😩… overall it was a pleasant booking. I was nervous as this was my first time.
Khaing saved me and my pussycats, when we all had to leave our house in one day. She came and picked them up and took thoughtful and considerate care of them for a very long time. I got photos and updates on them daily. She discovered new food and snacks for my fussy eater. Although my own life was in chaos, I was happy to see the cats safe and sound. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend Khaing highly.
Appa had a great time at Cartier's house. She was very responsive and made sure to give Appa lots of love. Our dog is normally reserved / apprehensive with people he doesn't know, but they became fast friends. Appa uses an inhaler and Cartier was very helpful in making sure he got his medicine during his stay. When he came home, he was relaxed and his normal self, which is a testament to how welcoming Cartier was.
Sarah was amazing! She was incredibly accommodating with our last minute booking and made the whole experience so easy. Our boy had the best time playing with her dog, Kobe! Sarah kept us updated throughout his stay and sent lots of pictures, which we really appreciated. He came home happy, well cared for, and completely worn out from all the playing and excitement! We would absolutely recommend Sarah and would happily book with her again.

Her updates and feedback about Plum were fun and professional. Plum had a fantastic day. I never had to request an update or status. Chrissy sent timely updates. Chrissy is genuinely caring. Kaelin is very sweet and attentive to your pets , I left my cat with her and she would constantly update me on her whether if it was photos or messaging me just how she was. My cat is a little shy so she was nervous but Kaelin was very sweet to her, would definitely recommend .
