About: I have taken care of animals of all sorts, particularly dogs, for over 8 years. I pet sit my sister’s’ two Chihuahuas weekly, and have from their younger years to current senior years. I am also a puppy sitter for Guiding Eyes for the Blind, and previously a puppy raiser. This includes ensuring that the puppies are well taken care of, socialized, and trained everyday as they learn to navigate this huge new world to them. Through this program I have also learned and utilized positive reinforcement training and attended weekly classes to continue to develop such skills. About: Just over a year ago I've had the experience and joy to care of my friends dog. I was able to take her home for a month and make sure she well loved. We walked, played, did some tricks and got to enjoy each other company. Ever since then I've always been fascinated about dogs especially huskies they are my favorite! Don't get me wrong I love other dogs as well, especially the ones who waggles their tail in excitement! One day I will have a dog of my own and be able to nourish and care for it the same way I'm able to do with other dogs today. But until then I will continue to play and love each dog equally. I’m home 24/7 so your dog will have my undivided attention. I also can give your dog a bath if need and take good care of them. I have a fenced backyard that is properly fenced for a dog scroll around. I typically enjoy walking so I don't mind taking walks with your pups rather than letting them hangout in the back yard.

About: I’ve been a pet owner/parent since I was a child. I’ve owned Pugs, Frenchies, Rotties, Great Danes and even mixed breeds from puppies to seniors. This has given me the knowledge to understand that all pups are different and may need different attention depending on their stage of life, but rest assured all pups will receive safe, reliable and loving care. At this time caring for your pet is my only job so I’ll have plenty of time to play with and care for your pups! I’m available for boarding with a drop off window between 9:30am and 7:30pm weekdays, with the exception of 5:30-6pm which is typically when I like to feed the pups unless instructed otherwise. I like to allow about an hour and a half of rest after eating for proper digestion before any playtime. Checkout should be no later than 10:00am, or you will be charged the daycare fee for that day and your pet must be picked up by 6pm.. On weekends drop off times are after 2pm but there may be an opportunity for some flexibility that can be discussed if an earlier time is needed. Daycare hours will run 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. “PLEASE NOTE” that all pets must be up to date with shots and flea and tick meds for daycare and boarding. Proof will be required. Your pets safety is very important to me which is why I require dog friendly pets only and no puppies under 5 months. If you are unsure of how your pet will handle boarding I suggest trying a couple days of daycare to get them adjusted. At no time will your pet ever be left alone in the yard or unattended in my home. If something comes up and I need to run an errand, your pet will be crated/pen for safety. I have central air to keep the pets cool and if your pup feels a bit overwhelmed at first while boarding by my resident dogs, I can offer separation if needed.

I do live in a condo building, so your pup will need to be able to walk up stairs. There is an elevator in the building, but we will take the stairs if they fear or are uncertain of the elevator. Your pup must be OK walking on-leash, as we are not allowed to have dogs off-leash on the property. If your pup requires off-leash potty breaks, i recommend drop-ins instead of boarding.

I am a 4th year college student at West Chester University . I commute to school so I’m only on campus for classes (starting August 24) . I also work part time, but will be free anytime you need help! I’m hoping to make extra money to help with school payments. My school schedule Monday 2-4 Tuesday: 9:30-10:45, 11-2 Wednesday: 10-11:45, 2-4 Thursday: 9:30-10;45 I do have to leave around 1.5 hours before my first class starts in order to find parking. About: Of course I love animals, but what matters more to me is noticing who your pet actually is. Are they the kind of dog who needs to sniff the same corner for five minutes before moving on? Are they a little shy at first and pretending not to care? Do they get excited easily and need someone calm around them? Are they a cat who wants company, but absolutely not too much company? I really enjoy figuring out those little things. I’m gentle, patient, and very respectful of each pet’s routine. I don’t believe in rushing them or treating every animal the same. Some pets need play and attention, some need slow walks and quiet reassurance, and some just need someone kind nearby so the house does not feel empty. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a way that still feels familiar to them. I’m also very careful with instructions. Feeding routines, medications, walk preferences, favorite toys, things that scare them, how they like to be greeted, whether they are allowed on the couch. I want to know all of it. I know these details are not “extra.” They are usually the things that make a pet feel secure. I’ll also send updates and photos, not just to say everything is fine, but so you can actually feel connected to them while you are away. My childhood friend and roommate, Matin, may also help me sometimes, and you may see her in some of my photos. She has had pets since childhood and fostered animals for several years, so she is very used to different personalities, nervous pets, affectionate pets, and animals who need a little extra patience. She is calm, loving, and very responsible, and I trust her completely with animals. Between the two of us, your pet will be cared for by people who genuinely like being around animals, but who also understand that trust matters. I’ll treat your pet with warmth, patience, and care, and I’ll treat your home and instructions with respect. This year, much of my work is remote, which gives me real flexibility in my schedule. About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life I've had to attend dog behavioral training classes with multiple dogs over the years of owning them with family. As an adult I've never had the privilege of owning my own dog only cats. But I've always been the one to help family members when they go away walks & pet siting.
