“Having Yuiko keep my furbaby was such a pleasure. She was extremely pleasant and made sure to keep me updated the entire time. Great yard where my dog was allowed to run around and play with her children. It was such a pleasure and I will use her again if I'm ever in need!”

“Alex and her family were very welcoming. I like that they did a meet and greet just to ensure that my dog would be a good fit for them to take care of. My dog was very excited to be with them and they took great care of him. I received updates and pictures during his stay. I am grateful to them to be able to enjoy my vacation and know that my precious Goose was in great hands. I am appreciative and grateful for such wonderful service.”

“Rebecca was so great with Birdie!! She was well taken care of and I received updates every day. I could tell Birdie was tired when she got home from her time with her. Will definitely book with Rebecca again in the future. 🙂”

“Patty is godsend! She will love (and slightly spoil) your dog like it’s her very own. Patty kept us up-to-date multiple times a day with messages and photos. She cared for our dog the way we would, simply an Angel. Thank you Patty and Vin for opening your home and heart to our Sully!”

“Nicole kept me in the loop the whole time she watched Bella, sending lots of pics and answering questions as needed. I was really nervous about leaving my dog for the first time but just hours later, I felt completely reassured when I got updates and pics. She had such a great time playing with her new friends and came back exhausted. We’d definitely bring Bella to stay over again.”
“Tim and Ally were great sitters for our girl Sadie! We were updated, sent photos and felt reassured that Sadie was enjoying her time while we were away. Will not hesitate to rebook.”

“David was fantastic and we even extended needed to extend our stay due to flight delays! He was super flexible. Our Coco had the best time! We definitely hope to use David again. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family. Thank you!”

“Emelie was wonderful and very relaxed about my dog's quirks. She sent me pictures and notes every day. I was an anxious dog mama but she really made me feel comfortable that he was fitting in and having a good time.”

“Bear and Bailee had another GREAT 😊 stay with Julianna!!! They were with her for 4 nights and she took really good care of them. I felt entirely comfortable leaving them with her! My pups can be a bit clingy at time and my Bear-Bear can be a little moody and he had a great time with her mom 😊. I am so grateful to have found Julianna. ♥️”

“Wigs had a great time with Olivia. He was happy and smiley when I picked him up. Olivia followed my lengthy instructions about my boys antics and tips, provided lots of pics and updates. Highly recommend. 🙏🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾”

“Bryce was available on short notice and remained responsive over DMs throughout our interactions. I got lots of photos and updates on Wallace during his stay. I would recommend anyone to place their pet in Bryce's cade.”

“Jennifer and her family were the perfect fit for our 2yo dachshund, Linguine. This was our first time being away from him for a week and she was communicative every day with photos and updates. We will definitely be using her again!”

“Felix was great with my dog nova. They made sure she was comfortable with the other animals in the house and stayed in communication throughout my trip. I have so many great photos from their walks and hanging out in the house. Felix is my first choice when I comes to Philly rovers”

“Very friendly and sent tons of pictures. Our little guy seemed like he had a great time and came home completely exhausted. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks!”

“Peanut loves going to Christine. Thank you for always being such a great communicator while you have her. I love how you update us and send us pictures. You will be very happy if you use Christine.”

“Amy was fantastic - we instantly felt comfortable with her husband and her (and, more importantly, so did the dog!). She was very detail oriented, sent pictures throughout Champ's short stay and made sure Champ got plenty of exercise. I also appreciated her policy not to take multiple dogs at once. We will definitely be repeating with Amy - the whole experience was great!”

“Mel was a fantastic pet sitter and put me completely at ease for my first time using a Rover pet sitter. Mel sent us many photos of our pup Enzo during the duration and was very easy to communicate with to coordinate pickup and dropoff times. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you Mel :)”

“Once again, Chris did an awesome job with my dog Logan. Sent me lots of pics of their adventures. Logan came home happy and exhausted (as usual after staying with Chris). Chris is truly a gem and makes it easier for me to be away from the love of my life, Logan. Thank you so much and we will book again soon.”

“Robert was great with Lulu! He was responsive, responsible and flexible. He sent adorable photos and gave plenty of updates. Wouldn't hesitate to book him again! Excellent experience. Thank you :)”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Merion Station
Olivia took excellent care of our pup while we were out of town! He got lots of exercise and TLC. We appreciated her flexibility in terms of pick-up/drop off times and the pets allowed on-furniture policy, which I’m sure made our little guy feel right at home. We will be happy for him to stay with her again!
Kristin is the absolute best puppy caregiver I’ve ever worked with! She was incredibly responsible, attentive, and kept me updated throughout Everest’s stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. Everest had an absolute blast playing with her dog and enjoying her beautiful backyard — I could tell he felt completely at home and was having the best time. Kristin truly treated Everest like one of her own, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would trust her with him again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend her enough!

Rebecca took such great care of our girl! We can’t say enough good things about her boarding etiquette and experience. We wanted to do a meet and greet which she graciously accepted and accommodated as well. Our girl was so happy being there with her. It’s hard to find good trustworthy individual for your dog and Rebecca is that person. We can’t wait to have her go back again.

My wife and I have used Rover for over 5 years and we can honestly say Madison was the best dog sitter we have found. She kept us regularly updated, took Benji for all the walks he possible could’ve wanted, and played with him every minute of downtime she had. Benji loved staying with her so much he almost didn’t want to leave! Cannot recommend her highly enough, and will absolutely be booking with her again

Chris watched my pup, Fede, about a week ago and was an absolute lifesaver. I contacted with extremely short notice before a trip after my care plans fell through. Chris not only agreed to watch my pup, but took on the task of learning how to care for his special needs. Fede is recovering from paralysis, uses a wheelchair to get around, and requires assistance to use the bathroom. Chris was a willing and patient student of his care and Fede seemed very happy when I returned to pick him up. Highly recommend Chris as a safe space for pets to stay.

Samantha is great! She is so nice and responsible. My dog Rosie made herself at home. Samantha sent frequent updates and pictures of Rosie playing with her sweet dog Petunia. I felt completely at ease leaving Rosie with her and her partner, and would definitely use them again!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
