Dion was an incredible sitter for Lilly. She was easy to communicate with and meet for a meet and greet before booking. She sent picture updates of Lilly and she came home very happy. Dion even cleaned Lilly’s harness and fixed a dent in her food bowl! We will definitely be rebooking Dion anytime we need someone to watch Lilly. Thank you!

Yuiko is a phenomenal sitter. I can enjoy my time away from home knowing that my pup is safe and sound. She provides great photo updates and my dog always looks so happy! He is so excited whenever we drop him off. I’d recommend Yuiko to all pet parents!

Becky was wonderful with our American Foxhound, who had gone through a highly stressful move just a month prior to our trip and had never been boarded before. The regular daily updates Becky provided—including an additional check-in on the first day to let us know how our dog was settling in—were detailed and included plentiful photos and videos reassuring us that she was comfortable and receiving all the attention, exercise, and mental stimulation she needed. Critically, Becky did not attempt to placate us by omitting minor negative details, such as the fact that our dog was uninterested in her food at first. Becky's honesty about facets of our dog's stay that were less than perfect (through no fault of the sitter; our dog skips meals sometimes even at home) fostered our trust in her. If she had told an unrealistic tale of our dog having a perfect first day without a hint of nervousness, it would have sparked some concerns about transparency and integrity. It was a relief to have no such worries about Becky while we were out of state. I'd also like to add something that may seem a bit tangential at first glance, but that I feel is highly relevant. I was also a walker and sitter for several years, and as a result of my many conversations with pet owners regarding certain negative experiences with sitters, along with my own personal interactions with a few of my fellow pet-care professionals, I am now extremely discerning when it comes to evaluating sitters for my or my loved ones' pets. Some pet owners may be more laid-back about choosing a sitter or boarding facility, and that is certainly their prerogative, but I have learned that not all care and safety practices I consider to be of utmost importance to ensure pets' safety and comfort after years in this line of work are not universally recognized as being among sitters as being critical, making finding a sitter a challenge for me. But when I met Becky and we discussed how she cares for her boarders, I was incredibly relieved to feel I had found someone we could trust with our dog, as she clearly knows what she is doing in this line of work. Before I even asked, she detailed how she implements several essential safety standards that I rarely hear home boarders address or even answer adequately when prompted. Becky was able to demonstrate that she had appropriate setups and protocols to protect all dogs in her care (e.g., the ability to separate and rotate dogs that may not get along), and she detailed rational, uniformly applied protocols she maintained to prevent unnecessary hazards (e.g., providing meals and any high-value treats to each dog separately, even if none of the dogs present have exhibited food aggression or resource guarding in the past). Becky’s cautiousness in these matters did not go unnoticed by us. While love for and experience with dogs are absolute musts for any dog sitter, the erroneous belief that these characteristics alone are sufficient to truly qualify a sitter puts pets at risk, and, rarely, can have grave consequences. A great sitter, as we found Becky to be, anticipates and plans how they will mitigate dangers; preempts issues before they occur; and has the experience, maturity, and sense of responsibility to handle unexpected issues or emergencies. As anyone who even skimmed this monologue may infer, it is exceptionally uncommon for me to encounter a sitter who meets my expectations, so I am delighted to be able to report that Becky actually exceeded them. By paying attention to the details that matter, adhering to established best practices in boarding, exuding competence and reliability, consistently providing clear and timely communication, and demonstrating a real knack for caring for dogs, she has truly won us over. Next time I need a sitter, Becky will absolutely be my first choice!

Christian loves our neyland so much we know hes so well cared for everytime hes with her! She sends lots of pictures and updates and if flexible for changes as needed!

Madison was fantastic with Snickers! I’ve used her boarding services before and she’s always communicative and sends cute photos and videos. This was my first time leaving him for 10 days and I was nervous with how he was going to do but she made him feel right at home again. Will definitely book again!

We are so glad we found Shayla!! She provided such a calm, welcoming, home -like environment for our two dogs, which was exactly what we hoped for. She took the time to ask thoughtful, detailed questions about their routines, food, and individual care needs, and our dogs felt right at home with her. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were comfortable and well cared for. We would happily board them with Shayla again and highly recommend her!

Rhea was an incredible sitter for our pup Arthur! She was very communicative, sent lots of photos throughout the stay, and Arthur got along well with her dog. Rhea was also SUPER flexible, not only accepting our booking quite last minute - but also, as our travel plans changed due to a delayed flight, she was more than willing to care for Arthur an additional night! Highly recommend Rhea & we will definitely look to book with her again!

Greg was great with our fur baby while we were out of the country. He sent photos daily and was quick with communication. I think our dog had more fun with Greg then he does at home. Would definitely use Greg again for future sitter needs.

Our pup was well loved! We got sweet updates on her day. So grateful that they took her on last minute, and made pick up and drop off so easy.

We love how affectionate Mel is with Cody and how she sends us pictures of our baby each day. I have no worries leaving Cody with her!

Danielle and her husband are absolutely amazing! They are genuinely the kindest, most loving people, and I couldn’t have asked for better care for my dog while I was in Europe for an extended period. They made the entire experience so easy and gave me complete peace of mind knowing she was in such caring hands. If you’re looking for people who will treat your dog like their own, I cannot recommend them enough! Your fur babies will be in the best hands with them!!

Henry was in amazing hands! Electra and Crescent made sure he tools his meds, always had something to play with, and kept him safe! Thank you both for taking such great care of him!

Thrilled with Charlie’s stay with Valorie and David. They were communicative all weekend and shared several pics of Charlie on adventurous walks, happily lounging, and with Maple and Charlie. Thanks again!

I can’t say enough great things about Melanie (and Pippa). From the second we met her, she opened her house to Lucy as if Lucy were her own. Not once during my trip did I worry about Lucy’s safety or well-being, as Melanie provided updates and pictures that helped ease my mind while gone for a week. I will definitely book with her in the future :-)

My dog is very anxious, and it really felt great to leave him with Emilie! Her home is such a welcoming space and she took great care of him. He came home very happy!

Tim has been super easy to work with! Our two dachshunds spent the weekend with him and his family. It looks like they had a great time, pampered by lots of pets and time on the couch.

We’ve had a great experience with our sitter! He provides regular updates and is incredibly comfortable and confident handling our 120 lb Bullmastiff, Kaaze, who is convinced he’s a lap dog. He really goes out of his way to make Kaaze feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Kaaze is always excited to go to his house, which says a lot. It gives us great peace of mind knowing he’s with someone who understands how to handle a large dog and genuinely enjoys having him around. Highly recommend!

Kristin is an excellent dog boarder! Communicative, empathetic to older dogs’ needs, and lives in a very dog-friendly environment.

Scott was wonderful and my dog had the best time with him and his posse of dogs! The other dogs he was watching at the time were very friendly and Scott did a great job introducing them and making sure they were comfortable together. He sent lots of pics during the stay and I know my dog had unbelievable attention, exercise and love! We can’t wait to go away again so we can send Hoagie to his new favorite place!
