Julianne was INCREDIBLE!!! This was our first time using Rover for house-sitting while we went on vacation, so naturally I was a bit nervous. Anna took great care of our two dogs and home while we were away on vacation. One of our dogs had a medical emergency while we were away, and Anna did all the right things, including calling Rover, a late night trip to an emergency vet, keeping us informed and communicating throughout, and administering medications as needed. Our dogs can be a bit nervous but got used to Anna quickly. She sent us lots of pictures during her stay.
