Our older dog has GI issues and can be very finicky, so it’s never easy for us to leave her, but Roxanne took wonderful care of her and made us feel completely at ease. She also did a great job caring for our two cats. Roxanne sent twice-daily updates with photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was also very flexible when scheduling our meet and greet, especially when we had to adjust due to some medical issues with our dog.
