My love for dogs has been with me since I was a kid, but it truly took off when I got into hiking and the outdoors! There’s something magical about seeing a dog’s pure excitement on the trail—the way their tail wags nonstop, the burst of energy as they explore, and that unshakable bond they share with their humans. Watching my friends' dogs thrive on these adventures made me realize just how much I love being around dogs, and soon enough, I found myself pet sitting for coworkers while they traveled. That’s when everything clicked—I wasn’t just helping out, I was doing something that brought me real joy! Over the past two years, I’ve gained a deep understanding of dog behavior, problem-solving, and structured care. I know how important trust and communication are when it comes to caring for someone’s pet, and I always keep owners in the loop with updates and insights into their dog’s well-being. I’ve also developed a strong ability to read body language, making sure every dog I watch feels safe, comfortable, and excited for their time with me! Whether it’s juggling multiple dogs with different needs, sticking to medication and feeding schedules, or adapting to new situations with patience and confidence, I’m always ready to step up and provide the best possible care. Now that I’m back home in New Jersey, I’m beyond excited to continue this journey! I’m always looking to grow, learn, and bring even more love and energy to the dogs I care for.
