About: Hello, I’m a Brown University graduate who gave up on the corporate life to live off my art and my passion for animals. I’ve always had pets in my life, especially cats, and I’ve been caring for them since I was a kid. Growing up, I also helped watch my neighbors’ pets whenever they needed an extra hand. Now, I’m a proud dog mom to Bonnie, a sweet Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd mix I share with my partner. Because she’s our first dog, we dove deep into research—while at Brown, we studied canine behavior and body language to better understand how dogs communicate and what they need to feel safe and happy. That knowledge has been invaluable in helping us welcome pet guests into our home. When your pets stay with us, they’ll be treated just like Bonnie—with cuddles, love, fun walks, playtime, and plenty of care. My goal is always to make them feel at home, comfortable, and loved. My schedule is very flexible, so I have plenty of time to walk, feed, play with, and cuddle your pets throughout the day. Whether they need extra attention, long walks, or just companionship, I’m here to make sure they always feel cared for. The first priority for me when caring for animals is safety. I pay close attention to the environment and make sure pets are always comfortable and secure. For dogs, I have a safe yard where they can play, take potty breaks, or just relax outside. I also live in a very pet-friendly neighborhood, perfect for safe walks and trips to the park. For cats, my home is equipped with window protection so they can’t slip outside (unless they are leash-trained or outdoor cats whose owners prefer outside time). I always respect each owner’s preferences—whether that means leash walks, indoor-only care, or a specific routine. If not in my own house, it's my pleasure to go to the owners house to take care of the cats! I will check the whole house to make sure everything is in order, clean everything, feed, hang out and play with the little ones! I pay attention to each animal’s unique needs. I believe communication is key, so I’ll always ask questions and keep in touch to make sure we’re on the same page.

About: Hi! My names Brianna and I’m your pets new best friend! I am a 25 year old vegan that was raised by a mom that worked in an animal sanctuary out on the West Coast. When we moved here to Rhode Island, my mom continued to be a vet tech and brought her love of animals home while we fostered all kinds! My love for animals alongside learning to care for them is not only in my blood, but began at a very young age. I have 10 pets of my own at home! Cats, reptiles, and spiders. While my cats are too attention demanding to have a dog of my own at the moment, I LOVE being around dogs whenever possible, there’s no dog too big or too small for me! This why I decided to join Rover! I’m also experienced in working with older, nervous, and young animals. I’m so excited to get to know your pet(s). About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life and have had/lived with multiple dogs of different breeds over the years, from puppies to senior pups! I promise to give your furry family member lots of pets and cuddles (if that’s what they like) and treat them just like I would my own dog. After all, I like dogs even more than people! I work from home the majority of the week and am fully available (schedule permitting) on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays to give your pet the care and attention they deserve. For Tuesdays/Wednesdays, I have the ability to let your dog out for potty breaks and play during my hour+ long work break when I am in the office (located nearby in Providence). Typically available on weekends! Message me if you have questions about my availability as I can often move my schedule around to fit yours 😊 When I visit your home to take care of your pet, I will treat both your home and pet with the same respect and care I would my own. About: Retired military medic used to have and to help friends and battle buddies when their animals had to go when they had to go overseas or on TDY work trips and things like that also help friends and things too. I am very by the book so if you leave me a list of rules and what needs to happen I'll make sure it gets done. I have a very open schedule. I work from home so if you need me at any point in time I can make it fit within my schedule. For the safety of your pets and things, I usually like to do a quick visit to make sure that we're going to get along. I know if it is a cat that a lot of times trust needs to be earned with them and that you can't just pull them out from wherever they're hiding a lot of times it's earning their trust for them to be come out and be friendly. You do not force it on them.

The most important job is to protect all pets and making sure they get the love they deserve. Right now I am not employed so I am always free. I am currently looking for a job that is only during the week days so I can have weekends free. In my home, I provide a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of space to play, rest, and feel comfortable. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, exercise, and medication if needed. For in-home visits, I respect the client’s space while ensuring their pet feels secure and cared for. I keep pets engaged with walks, playtime, and companionship, always giving them the attention and affection they deserve. Cleanliness, safety, and communication are my top priorities in any setting.

About: I have over 15 years of experience in pet care with dogs, cats, reptiles, small animals, and birds. I currently have a dog and cats of my own to help keep your pet company during their stay (for this reason, pets looking to stay with me must be non-aggressive towards cats and other dogs). I offer drop-ins, walks, and boarding services. During their stay, your pup will get daily exercise and activity (depending on their individual needs) through walks, off-leash play in a secure yard, and mentally stimulating games/puzzles. I can take your pet out for the bathroom as often as every three hours, which can be an ideal situation for senior pups or those with medical conditions! If your pet must be left alone during any period of time (such as during feedings), it will be done so in an appropriately-sized crate, and so it is ideal for your pet to be crate-trained. When they aren't playing, your pet will likely be hanging out indoors with me, either lounging around or people-watching out the windows or in a sun-patch on the porch while getting lots and lots of pets. For cats, I offer a deluxe kitty room with a play tunnel, cat tree, high shelves for jumping/climbing, many soft blankets, a variety of toys, a running fountain water bowl, and an abundance of dark hiding places to help them feel comfortable. I am available all day to ensure your pet's needs are met. Dogs can be let out as often as every three hours and cats can be checked on and played with as often as their individual personalities require. I have a fenced-in yard for your pup to play in, as well as cats and a dog of my own to keep them company. Indoors they have plenty of space as well to play, people-watch out the window, and snooze.

She recently got Pebbles (Aug 21) and she’s working through the motions of getting acclimated. Nicole was so quick to accommodate the request and was very flexible about the process. My mom enjoyed their interaction and really felt safe sending the dogs with her. 10/10 recommend. Fantastic experience.”

About: I've been lucky enough to have a dog in my house, Growing up with large dogs; I'm comfortable with them and capable of handling them, though I love the little guys too! As your dog's caretaker, I'll be sure to get your best friend the exercise and care that they need and deserve, and am excited and willing to go the extra mile if it means I get to spend a little extra time with them. I am a stay at home dad with my 5 children, whom also love dogs. They as well have been blessed to be raised with big and small dogs. I offer all type of services, overnight, walks, check-ins. I am available all day. I have a large fenced in yard where they can run, play and burn out energy. I have a open availability and home with my pups at all time. I do not like to cage my pup so they mainly free roam the home and I set them up a place to sleep. I follow all instructions left for me if care is to be done in my pups home. When pups are in my home for the most part they free roam my home and I like to take them out for walks and runs.
