About: Hi! We are a sister team with over a decade of experience in dog rescue and animal care! We have veterinary experience and can provide basic medical care such as injections or administration of medications. We love animals and are patient and understanding. We can’t wait to meet you & your pet! Every pet is different and has different needs. We like to learn about those in advance and proceed on a per pet basis. Some dogs need more patience and structure for instance, or benefit from mental stimulation as much as physical. We can adjust our care style to the specific needs of the client. The pets safety and comfort is of top priority. We have availability throughout the week and can often accommodate weekend requests as well. Please note bookings m-f between 11am-2pm are the most popular time slots and often secured in advance by weekly reoccurring. We can offer drop ins, cuddle sessions, structured walks, play time/toys, work on basic training, exercise sessions and more! Pets under our care are our top priority and will be treated like family.

About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

About: Please be advised I am no longer accepting Pet Drop In or Walking visits M-F. But please message me anyway. About me: I no longer have pets of my own. My children are grown ups and out of the house on their own. My home is empty with just me and my elderly mother. I still love to have my freedom but would love to take on sitting your pet in my home or your home. I also work from home M-F, so your pet will have me with them for a majority of the time I’m caring for them. I work from home Monday-Fri and have lots of free time to take care of your pet in my home or in your home. Give me a shot please! My yard is not fenced in, however I am fully able to take your pet outside on a leash and for a walk to potty.

“Veru is an excellent sitter , she is accommodating to any needs for your pet . She took good care of my boy. She follows instructions and really cares like her own. She would post pictures that were very nice and sweet. She took my boy for walks , which he enjoyed. I had my boy for two days of day care , he was excited to go over the second day. He had developed a bond , that I could see that he missed her when we said our byes for the stay. You will feel the same with your pet if you use her service that I highly recommend. Thank you Veru, you were wonderful sitter .”

In my home, I create a safe, calm, and pet-friendly space where your pet can feel comfortable and cared for. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible—walks, feeding times, play, and rest—to help them settle in easily. I live next to a park, so daily walks and outdoor time are a big part of our day. Pets have full access to cozy spaces, and I’m always nearby since I work from home.
