About: Hello, I’m a Brown University graduate who gave up on the corporate life to live off my art and my passion for animals. I’ve always had pets in my life, especially cats, and I’ve been caring for them since I was a kid. Growing up, I also helped watch my neighbors’ pets whenever they needed an extra hand. Now, I’m a proud dog mom to Bonnie, a sweet Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd mix I share with my partner. Because she’s our first dog, we dove deep into research—while at Brown, we studied canine behavior and body language to better understand how dogs communicate and what they need to feel safe and happy. That knowledge has been invaluable in helping us welcome pet guests into our home. When your pets stay with us, they’ll be treated just like Bonnie—with cuddles, love, fun walks, playtime, and plenty of care. My goal is always to make them feel at home, comfortable, and loved. My schedule is very flexible, so I have plenty of time to walk, feed, play with, and cuddle your pets throughout the day. Whether they need extra attention, long walks, or just companionship, I’m here to make sure they always feel cared for. The first priority for me when caring for animals is safety. I pay close attention to the environment and make sure pets are always comfortable and secure. For dogs, I have a safe yard where they can play, take potty breaks, or just relax outside. I also live in a very pet-friendly neighborhood, perfect for safe walks and trips to the park. For cats, my home is equipped with window protection so they can’t slip outside (unless they are leash-trained or outdoor cats whose owners prefer outside time). I always respect each owner’s preferences—whether that means leash walks, indoor-only care, or a specific routine. If not in my own house, it's my pleasure to go to the owners house to take care of the cats! I will check the whole house to make sure everything is in order, clean everything, feed, hang out and play with the little ones! I pay attention to each animal’s unique needs. I believe communication is key, so I’ll always ask questions and keep in touch to make sure we’re on the same page.

About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

About: Erin and I both grew up with dogs and love having them around. Between caring for our siblings dogs periodically and being primary care takers of our dogs growing up we feel equipped to provide a safe and caring home. I am a remote worker so I am home throughout the week. Erin is a part time substitute teacher so she is home a few days as well. We would have lots of time to attend to a dog throughout the day and be able to provide lots of 1x1 time, walks, and playtime in the back yard. We have a fenced in back yard and live in a walkable neighborhood. We are currently a pet free house so your dog would be the only one here with us. We would allow access to all furniture except the bedroom door would remain closed. We can also accommodate a crate if needed

About: I adopted my dog when he was two and trained him to become the calm, well-mannered gentleman he is today. Now a senior, he’s an expert at finding the best spot on the floor and supervising the household from there. Caring for him has taught me the patience, attentiveness, and extra support older dogs need. I’m dependable, observant, and committed to following each pet’s routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether your dog prefers long walks, slow strolls, playtime, or professional-level napping, I’ll treat them like my own. Caring for pets fits naturally into my routine because spending time with animals is genuinely one of the best parts of my day. I plan my schedule carefully so every visit gets the time and attention it deserves... never rushed or squeezed in as an afterthought. I’ll follow your pet’s usual routine, arrive when expected, and keep you updated while you’re away. I know consistency helps pets feel safe, especially when dinner is served three minutes late and they’re considering filing a formal complaint. Safety and trust come first. In a client’s home, I follow instructions closely, respect the space, and keep doors, gates, and leashes secure. I know from my own dog's personality that pets are not always committed to the honor system. I’ll maintain their usual feeding, walking, and playtime routines while giving them the patience and attention they need to feel comfortable. In my home, any introductions to my calm senior dog would be slow and supervised, with separate spaces available for meals and rest. I’ll also provide honest updates so you can relax knowing your pet and home are being treated with genuine care and respect.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was little. They have always had a special place in heart. I’ve had all different types of animals and my sister is a vet so she has taught me some little things. I am currently working a part time job and I’m about to leave for college and need some extra hours. I don’t mind if it’s miles or just down the street. I personally don’t care if I have to go in someone’s house just want their stuff to be out so I don’t have to go through there stuff.

About: Hi! We are a sister team with over a decade of experience in dog rescue and animal care! We have veterinary experience and can provide basic medical care such as injections or administration of medications. We love animals and are patient and understanding. We can’t wait to meet you & your pet! Every pet is different and has different needs. We like to learn about those in advance and proceed on a per pet basis. Some dogs need more patience and structure for instance, or benefit from mental stimulation as much as physical. We can adjust our care style to the specific needs of the client. The pets safety and comfort is of top priority. We have availability throughout the week and can often accommodate weekend requests as well. Please note bookings m-f between 11am-2pm are the most popular time slots and often secured in advance by weekly reoccurring. We can offer drop ins, cuddle sessions, structured walks, play time/toys, work on basic training, exercise sessions and more! Pets under our care are our top priority and will be treated like family.
