“Rich was super flexible about our drop off and pick up times, my husband works unpredictable hours so this was a HUGE relief! We got plenty of pictures and communication on how our little guy was doing throughout the day. It was great knowing he was in good hands and with other dog friends!”

In addition to doing drop-off/pick-up from my place in downtown, she also sent frequent updates and photos throughout the day.
