Whether it’s a short visit or overnight care, I make sure each pet gets plenty of attention and care woven into my day like they’re part of the family. In my home, I create a safe, calm, and pet-friendly space where your pet can feel comfortable and cared for. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible—walks, feeding times, play, and rest—to help them settle in easily. I live next to a park, so daily walks and outdoor time are a big part of our day. Pets have full access to cozy spaces, and I’m always nearby since I work from home.

About: I LOVE animals! I recently lost my 13 year old soul dog who I’ve had since she was 8 weeks old. I have experience with senior and hospice dogs. I know how hard it is to leave your “kids” with someone new, but I promise to keep them safe, happy and loved. I currently do work but have flexible hours and am able to work from home if needed. I am available weekdays/nights and weekends to watch your “kids” I have a single family home where dogs are allowed on the furniture. I also have a fully fenced in back yard for your pups to play in.

Expect regular photo updates, because I know how much it helps to see your furry friend doing well while you're away. Basically — your pet will be in good hands, and you can actually relax knowing that. Working from home and setting my own schedule means your pet isn't an afterthought squeezed between meetings — they're just part of the day, naturally. I love active, social dogs who are up for a good walk or some backyard play — that's my sweet spot. Cats are a different kind of company, and honestly I'm here for it, especially the playful ones who actually want to interact but also those that play hard to get too.

My children are grown ups and out of the house on their own. My home is empty with just me and my elderly mother. I still love to have my freedom but would love to take on sitting your pet in my home or your home. I also work from home M-F, so your pet will have me with them for a majority of the time I’m caring for them. I work from home Monday-Fri and have lots of free time to take care of your pet in my home or in your home. Give me a shot please! My yard is not fenced in, however I am fully able to take your pet outside on a leash and for a walk to potty.

About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

I live in a quiet walkable neighborhood which allows us to take leisurely walks and a big fully fenced in back yard. I also have a dog door that leads out into a fully enclosed Dog Pen to access anytime for the potty. Pets are part of our families, and I know it’s important to make them feel comfortable and keep them safe at all times which will give you peace of mind while you are away.
