Karen was amazing! This was my first time leaving Hazel Grace with anyone other than family, and I was so nervous. Karen immediately put me at ease, sent daily photos and updates, and took wonderful care of Hazel. She even took the time during our meet and greet to make sure Hazel and her pup were comfortable together, and they became instant friends. Isabel is AMAZING. This is our first time using Rover and we feel so lucky to have found Isabel! She could not be anymore attentive and loving with our dog, (anxious) Buttercup! They were a very kind and super flexible person to work with! I get really nervous leaving my dog with people as he’s really shy but they made my dog feel super at home!! Connie was great with Eli and also very communicative with me, sending updates and photos of my big boy throughout the time that she was watching him.
