“Rich has always been super awesome. Goomba loves when he comes around. Super responsive and knowledgeable no matter what dog. Definitely would recommend booking him if you’re planning a trip or getting away.”

“Danielle is great! She does an amazing job taking care of my dog Bear and always sends several pictures which is the highlight of my day. She’s very responsible and professional. Absolute pleasure to work with!”

About: Growing up, I’ve always had a ton of animals in the house. When I was only 7, I adopted two kittens from the same litter, though I had to promise my mom I would be a responsible pet-owner. My fur babies (Cally and Chloe) are now 16 years old and still thriving! I also have extensive experience with dogs (including puppies and older dogs) and I currently have two Aussie/Cattle dog mixes (Indigo and Blue). I also have a corn snake (Flame) and a bunny (Cinnamon). Since I was a teenager, I have house-sat/animal-sat for family members and family friends. If I take care of your pet, they have my attention and of course love <3 I’m currently a Master’s student at Brown University, so I have tons of flexibility in my schedule, including availability during the weekday, evenings, and on weekends! Your pet’s safety is always my priority. As someone with so many animals myself, I understand the stress that occurs when you need someone else to take care of them for a time. That’s why I do everything in my power to reassure owners that their pet is in great hands and that we’ll have fun together! For example, if I’m taking your dog for a walk I will be incredibly mindful of my surroundings, including traffic and other people, so that your dog remains safe. If I’m staying overnight to watch your pet, I will be considerate of belongings in the property and happily play with the pet(s) in the home :)
About: Retired military medic used to have and to help friends and battle buddies when their animals had to go when they had to go overseas or on TDY work trips and things like that also help friends and things too. I am very by the book so if you leave me a list of rules and what needs to happen I'll make sure it gets done. I have a very open schedule. I work from home so if you need me at any point in time I can make it fit within my schedule. For the safety of your pets and things, I usually like to do a quick visit to make sure that we're going to get along. I know if it is a cat that a lot of times trust needs to be earned with them and that you can't just pull them out from wherever they're hiding a lot of times it's earning their trust for them to be come out and be friendly. You do not force it on them.
“Maya was an absolute rockstar today with our new doggy Scout. She provided lots of cute pictures and details about how Scout did. She was really responsive from the very beginning about instructions and directions - she even helped reunite a lost neighborhood doggy with their owner! I could not have asked for a better first experience with Rover and especially with Maya!”

“Abby was great for two early morning walks with my old boy. The weather was not great but he seemed really happy anyway. Abby was also super punctual which was impressive so early in the morning. Ty Abby!”

About: Growing up next to a door trainer is no joke. It was definitely my gateway into pet sitting. With years of experience sitting all kinds of animals, I’ve never met a dog that hasn’t loved me. Reactive, old, needy, temperamental I’ve experienced it all. Reach out if you would like to set some time to meet and let me see how I can make your day a little better. As a part timer in nightlife, I work weekends at night. Luckily that frees up my week to be able to walk or sit for you! My superpower is sticking to the dogs routine, to set them up for success. Picky dog? Not a problem! If I do a longer stay; I will be sure to leave your home in better condition than I found it in.
About: I love pets. In my experience, pets our part of family and I will treat them as such. I have care for pets for over 30 years and am able to handle 5-8 dogs. I do pet care full-time. I am always home watching the dogs and cats, making sure they are safe. Pets will never be home alone and we follow strict food or medicine schedules if necessary. Pets are always being watched. They will never be left home alone when boarding. We have a fully gated yard that is impossible for dogs to escape.
“Natasha was great with my pup! He loved his walks and the attention she gave him. She was very professional and super quick to respond to any messages for booking. She even brought in a package for me that came during his walk which was very kind of her.”

About: I have had cats since I was born, and I grew up learning how to care for and respect animals. Friends and family have trusted me to feed, walk, and play with their pets. I am doing part time work while going through school, so I welcome caring for pets as an opportunity to provide quality love and attention to them. I will treat your pets with as much love as I give my own. I welcome any details you want to share regarding your pets' personalities and any special care they need.
About: I've had dogs all my life from old to puppies! My friends and family ask me to watch their animals all the time while they go on vacations and I absolutely love it. I currently have a 7 year old lab of my own that I trained through puppyhood. Before her, I took care of my previous dog who lived to be 16, so I am also familiar with doggie diapers and medications. I am a per diem physical therapist at a major hospital in RI so my schedule is variable week to week. Since I have a dog of my own I will not be able to board in my own home. I am also flexible with schedules as long as I am notified of the needed days at least 1 week before. I will not be boarding in my home due to my dog however I am knowledgable about the dog parks and trails in RI so I will be able to take walks or bring them to the park when I am with them. If there is a case where one of my other family members wants to join me on the walk and they were to bring my dog, she gets along very well with others! We are a very lovable household!
About: I've owned cats and dogs my whole life. I love all kinds of animals big and small. I have a cat of my own, Rosé. I also have plenty of experience pet/house sitting and friends and neighbors. I work from home Monday - Friday so I can be available on short notice. I have plenty of time in the evenings after 5 pm also and can be flexible to fit your schedule. If your dog has any special needs, specific medications or allergies those are major things to know ahead of time. If your dog does not get along with other dogs that is also important so I know not to take them to parks.

About: I’ve been caring for animals of all shapes and sizes since I was a little girl growing up on my family farm. From horses and goats to chickens, dogs, cats, lizards—and even the occasional exotic pet—I’ve had hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals. My passion for animal care runs deep, and I bring that same level of dedication and love to every pet I meet. I look forward to connecting with you and learning how I can help care for your furry, feathered, or scaly family member! I’m currently open to all available positions, including overnight stays. After being laid off from my office job of six years a few months ago, I’ve shifted my focus to something I truly enjoy—caring for homes and pets. Since then, I’ve been house sitting for close friends and family, and have recently begun building a local client base for house sitting and weekday drop-in visits. I'm reliable, attentive, and committed to providing the same level of care I would want for my own home and pets. Welcome to a home where pets are treated like royalty! I provide loving, attentive care for both dogs and cats in a safe, happy environment. Dogs enjoy plenty of playtime, belly rubs, and exciting trips to the dog park. Cats are equally spoiled with toys, cozy spots to lounge, and all the affection they crave. Whether they have paws or whiskers, every pet in my care gets treated like family!

I’m available for walks/check ins before early weekday mornings and Monday-Thursday after 4:30 pm. Im also free Friday afternoons for walks and check ins. I’m available for all services Friday evenings through the weekend! My weekday schedule fluctuates so I often have more flexibility in my days! I would love to chat about what you need and will do my best to make it work! I treat my dogs like family and will do the same for yours, while also respecting your rules! I’m used to giving my dogs lots of treats for good behavior and having dogs on furniture.
Silverlake dog parents share their Rover experiences
Having Rania be apart of our dog care team has been amazing! We hired Rania after I suffered a serious injury that required surgery and months of recovery. I was hesitant at first to hire someone to walk our boy as he can be difficult and picky, but my Riley took a liking to Rania right away and she has been key every since. She is super responsible and always communicates in a timely fashion if she is running late. I highly recommend Rania if you are in need for a caring, responsible walker.
