“Xinwei was fantastic with Cody while I was out of the country. He was always punctual, reliable, and very communicative, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. I really appreciated the updates and knowing Cody was in good hands. I’d absolutely book with Xinwei again and highly recommend him!”

I accept drop ins from 6 am to 8:00 pm, I am able to accommodate requests outside of those hours on a case by case basis, do not hesitate to reach out! I accept up to 10 drop ins a day, during busier times I may ask for a few hours of flexibility on your suggested time to make sure I am able to give all of my clients the level of care that they deserve. If your cat needs medication on a time sensitive schedule, please let me know so I can prioritize it into my scheduling. I am privately insured through Pet Sitters Association! When coming to your home, I will respect any instructions you give when caring for pets. I petsit for many clients with different levels of comfort, so I understand everyone has different boundaries.
“Chantelle has been such a wonderful dog walker for my pup. She is a good communicator and very reliable- she’s even been able to be flexible if my schedule has changed, which is amazing! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for someone kind to walk your pup.”

About: Hello! I’m Tierney. I’m new to Rover, but I am experienced in pet care. I have worked with furry friends of all sizes, ages, and needs (trust me, I’m a pro at sneakily administering meds with the help of peanut butter)! I’m also excited about ensuring that you feel connected to your pet while you’re away. I have been known to take super cute pictures of pets for text threads. Let’s work together! I am currently working freelance, so I have the freedom to build my own schedule. I have a lot of availability as a result. No matter the time of day, I can be there to care for your furry friend! When pet sitting, I successfully create a safe environment through open communication with my clients. I know prior to working with an animal the exact expectations of the owner.
“Kenneth was an amazing dog walker for our dog! He was patient and kind to my sometimes timid dog. He was very flexible with our schedule and needs. Our dog Bear always got excited when Kenneth came for his daily walks! I would highly recommend Kenneth for any pet services.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was little. They have always had a special place in heart. I’ve had all different types of animals and my sister is a vet so she has taught me some little things. I am currently working a part time job and I’m about to leave for college and need some extra hours. I don’t mind if it’s miles or just down the street. I personally don’t care if I have to go in someone’s house just want their stuff to be out so I don’t have to go through there stuff.

About: I have two dogs of my own that I’ve had since puppy-hood. Ever since I was a kid, my heart would joyously melt in front of any and every four legged friend. I love getting to know other animals, and take care of them as if they were my own. I got my start pet sitting by looking after my friends and neighbors’ dogs and cats on occasion. At present, my longest cat sitting gig was 3 weeks straight in which I stayed with my fur friend for ~6-8 hours a day just to keep her company. I work remotely, so my workstation is mobile. In this was I can make most pet-sitting tasks and hours work— while assuring your pets have company, enrichment, and supervision. (As an aside, I go by both Vera and Amanda and use them interchangably) I work remotely 10am-6pm monday-friday. Ideally, i prefer to visit pets and take care of them anytime before 10am, but my calendar is very flexible. My workstation is mobile, so if desired, I can keep your pet company for extended periods of time during the day. I’m also available all day on the weeknds. I have 2 dogs that I love dearly and walk 2-3 times every single day at routine times. I brush them frequently, I strap on little booties for their paws daily to protect them from the hot pavement, and I play with them to their little hearts content.
About: Growing up next to a door trainer is no joke. It was definitely my gateway into pet sitting. With years of experience sitting all kinds of animals, I’ve never met a dog that hasn’t loved me. Reactive, old, needy, temperamental I’ve experienced it all. Reach out if you would like to set some time to meet and let me see how I can make your day a little better. As a part timer in nightlife, I work weekends at night. Luckily that frees up my week to be able to walk or sit for you! My superpower is sticking to the dogs routine, to set them up for success. Picky dog? Not a problem! If I do a longer stay; I will be sure to leave your home in better condition than I found it in.
About: I've been dogsitting for friends for the past few years! I've loved dogs and would love to continue spending more time with them! Always eager to help people and make dogs feel loved! I work in ministry and have a flexible schedule. I'm not free all the time, but can be really flexible depending on the season! Always down to have a conversation to iron out details! I have only cared for pets in other people's homes. I follow whatever guidelines, instructions, or rules that pet owners give me. I want to make sure their pets are on their regular schedules and are loved!
About: I have been taking care of pets since I was very little. One of my first chores was giving our cats and dogs dinner. Other than family pets, throughout college neighbors would ask me to pet sit and help out with walks for their dogs during the year & summers. Duties included walks, feedings, clean ups, and give some loving! I currently work a 9-5 but able to assist any time on the weekend, early mornings, or nights. Unfortunately, I will not do overnights or boardings. No boarding at my place since I have my cat (Gary) and he’s nervous around dogs, but I will happily assist at your home and will adhere to all services asked.
About: With my wife, I have raised our laboratory retriever, Frankie, from 8-weeks to present (2+ years). I have emphasized basic obedience in her upbringing initially using exclusively positive reinforcement techniques and then integrating selective use of aversives (prong collar and e collar) as she has grown. She is a loving, sociable and well trained dog. Thing experience has made me a well trained dog sitter and a responsible pet owner ready to help you with your pooch! Currently, I am seeking opportunities here in Rhode Island so I am generally available, for now! I generally try and keep Sundays free, although I have a morning commitment until 2pm. Other than that I am available. With kindness, compassion, and as if it was all my own! Communication is key, so I hope to be prompt and clear in our coordination for the care of your precious pup!
About: I've taken care of 3 kittens (now cats) for 5 years. My loved ones all know the care and love I have for them; I see them as my children. I am very attentive with them - scheduling vet visits, playing with them every day, clipping nails, bathing, etc. I haven't had the opportunity to care for other pets, but am experienced with handling shy, extremely playful, and loner-style cats. I'm a grad student so 9-5 during the weekdays is difficult, but anytime after that (before like 10pm) or on the weekends after 10am or before 10pm would be ideal! I have indoor cats that have plenty of space, toys, water, food, and sturdy windows for them to stare at. If I visit your home, I will spend no more than 1hr playing with your pets (if they want!) and changing food/litter/water as needed.

Xavier took excellent care of my dog Zoey who’s 2 years old and very energetic. He provided great reports and pictures after each walk which I really appreciated. He was also flexible with scheduling and communicated clearly. I will definitely rebook with him in the future. Thank you!

Michael was very professional throughout our walk experience. He had great questions to ask when meeting our dog before the walk, sent pictures during and a a thorough update afterwards. We could tell our dog felt comfortable with him when they met as well. We would definitely book again.
