Jaclyn M.
“Jaclyn has been an exceptional pet parent herself for decades. She loves all animals and has been vegan for years. She is responsible and trustworthy. She has always ensured her own pets have been pampered, loved, and provided constant attention and affection. She knows how important it is to follow the requests of the pet owner. She would provide undivided attention to the pets and care for them as if they were her own. She has sat for my two dogs for years. I trust her completely with their care.”

Maricruz F.
“Maricruz is amazing especially when it comes to walking my doggies. I am a pit momma and my pit is scary, huge, and really strong. I struggle myself to sometimes walk them. She is just the best and really knows how to handle them. They go crazy when they see her through the window!!!”

Sarah A.
“Highly recommend! Sarah is very kind and compassionate and went above and beyond to make my experience of being away (after a cross country move that truly frightened my cat). She was patient and clearly very gentle with her care which eventually had my cat coming out of hiding and trusting again.”

Madison R.

“My cat Ace loved hanging out with Madison! She always kept me informed and sent several photos each drop-in visit. She communicated with me very well when I was away. Before I left she asked lots of questions about feeding schedule, pet behaviors, and even his favorite toys. I would strongly recommend Madison, you can tell she really loves and cares for every pet and enjoys doing it.”

About: As a pet owner, my chief concerns are treating families with the same care, attention, and security that mine deserve. All this to say, I love this work when I’m not teaching full time or tending to the needs of my two domestic short hair cats, shih tzu, ferret, and Russian tortoise. I’m fairly new to Rover, to be honest, but my experience in animal care is pretty extensive. It began with with RISD, where I was a lab technician in the Nature Lab in 2016. There I tended to a variety of terrariums for reptiles, and insects, aquariums abundant with fish, jellies, and cuttlefish, hydroponic systems. For years after, I volunteered boarding services and dog walks for friends, while raising my own family. Today I help other pet parents as a side gig for me as I’m an educator full time. My remote job affords flexibility throughout the week. I offer walks, drop-ins afternoons-night, house sitting & overnight stays during the week. Weekends, I offer all services 24 hours. Accommodations for me to check in on my cats will be discussed! My home offers a locked, secure fully fenced back yard with ample space for the tortoise to roam or the shih tzu and ferrets to play. The yard and inside of the house are under recorded surveillance as well as the front of the house. Monitoring home from my phone is convenient this way. Additionally, my animal's home is situated in a low traffic area.
