About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. My parents have had dogs all of their life and growing up I was taught how to take care of them on my own. I will make sure your pup feels safe, and loved while you are away. I work fully remote Monday- Friday and work a side job on Monday night and Wednesday night. I can work from your house and take care of the pets as long as there is WiFi! I currently live in an apartment with my partner with our dog and cat. I usually will walk our dog around the block. He is a little shy with other dogs so I would just come over to your house and walk your dog then!

About: I've had dogs and cats my entire life, I've raised puppies and kittens and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty! I also work for All Tails R Wagging in Foxboro MA, and Furry Fellas here in Providence doing dog walking and petsitting! I am quite experienced in pet care for many different animals including reptiles, birds, and rodents. I also have pet CPR/First Aid training and can handle senior care, med management, and more. I have my regular dog walking job throughout the week in bursts, but other than that you can find my schedule extremely flexible for weekends, holidays, and more. I am not a good fit for 24/7 constant care as I leave and drop in several times a day. I can provide up to 4 drop ins daily plus overnights. I am very sensitive to each individual pet's needs including medical conditions requiring medication, and other conditions like separation anxiety. If you have a highly energetic one, I will be out in the yard playing often, or walking them for a long time. For cats, they can get the space they sometimes want, or they can cuddle up on me for hours. I have cleaned up a myriad of messes quite successfully as well, haha.

Beyond pet sitting, I’ve worked at an SPCA and at a zoo, where I gained hands-on experience handling and caring for a wide variety of animals. I work from home, so I’m with her pretty much 24/7 and have gotten very tuned in to the little cues dogs give when they need something, whether it’s a walk, attention, or just a little space. I also regularly watch dogs for family and friends, so I’m used to handling different personalities, routines, and energy levels. Whether it’s a laid-back senior dog or a high-energy pup, I adjust to what they need to feel comfortable and cared for. I know how important it is to trust the person looking after your pet. I treat every dog like I would my own, with patience, attention, and plenty of play if they’re up for it. Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in, or just keeping your dog company, I’ve got you covered. I work from home, so I have some flexibility during the day to fit in walks or drop-in visits, especially in the late mornings or early afternoons. While I can’t be available at every hour, I do have enough wiggle room in my schedule to reliably show up when needed and give your pet quality time and attention. Very open and flexible on weekends when I have notice. If your dog has a regular routine or certain times they’re used to, I’ll do my best to work with that. Just give me a heads-up and we can figure out what works. When I’m caring for a dog in someone else’s home, I treat both the pet and the space with the same respect I’d expect if it were my own. I always make sure doors are securely closed, gates are locked, and routines are followed exactly as requested. I pay close attention to each dog’s behavior and comfort level and never push them into anything they’re not ready for. Whether it’s giving them space to warm up or making sure they get enough play and attention, I adjust based on their personality and needs. Clean-up, basic tidiness, and clear communication are always part of the deal — you’ll come home to a happy dog and everything just as you left it.
