Hii, I’m a mom living on the east side of Providence. I work in a hospital and I try to spend the rest of my time with animals. I'm always happy to help out when I can, it’s definitely the best part of my day. I am equally happy to work with younger or older animals, and particularly excited to help with special needs. I am comfortable taking care of most types of animals - I grew up with a big range of animals from cats, dogs, reptiles, snakes, spiders, rabbits, and rodents. * Please feel free to reach out for short notice walks/drop ins if you’re ever in a jam * I have a lot of experience walking reactive dogs in the city. Please let me know if your pup needs extra space, that is no problem at all * I do not offer constant care at this time

Safety, trust & environment
For dog walks: I do not walk dogs for long in extreme heat/cold and I usually carry a portable water bowl in the summer. For house sitting: I try to stick to leaving pets alone up to 5-6 hour at the very max, usually it is less. Often I will pop in and out through the day so they are never stuck holding it for long.

Emily is the best sitter we’ve used on the Rover app! She made notes during our first meet and greet, gave our kitty so much love while we were away, and went out of her way to keep our kitty comfortable by managing the A/C during hot days. I 100% recommend booking with Emily.
We are so glad to have found Emily! She took amazing care of our two kitties while we were away for a week. Emily stepped in on very short notice after our other cat sitter had to cancel. She was flexible, reliable and communicative throughout the week. She was even able to charm our super shy cat almost immediately! She navigated our cats’ distinctive personalities with ease and gave both tons of attention and affection. Working with Emily made our trip so much better because we knew our kitties were in amazing hands. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Emily was excellent! She was very accommodating in a last-minute request for support when my usual sitter was unavailable. Knowing Emily would be taking care of Penny for the first time, she sent thoughtful updates about her each day, which put me at ease. I’m very grateful for her support — and I know Penny is grateful too.

Emily was a wonderful cat sitter who was available for me at the last minute — her rover cards had the perfect amount of detail and she was totally skilled in administering unexpected oral medication for one of my cats! I would book her again.

My schedule can be pretty flexible currently, I am happy to work with your schedule to the best of my ability. I try to stick to as close to pets’ regular routines as possible while you’re away to keep them comfortable.
