My cat Momo is a 7-year-old FIP warrior, so I understand how important it is to have someone dependable caring for your cat while you’re away. I will follow your care instructions carefully, and have experience with common medication routines if needed (such as giving inhalers twice a day.) I have also successfully taught my cat how to shake hands, and can attempt to teach the same to yours if interested. Whether your cat wants an enthusiastic playmate, a quiet companion, or someone who understands that affection must happen entirely on their terms, I’m happy to follow their lead.

Honestly my cat is the queen of the house. She has 3+ cat trees and gets chin rubs and butt pats on demand. I will treat your cat and your home with the same level of care and respect.

Rick is a fantastic choice for any pet owner going out of town or in need of extra assistance with their furry friends. He came over for drop in visits at our place and made our two cats and dog feel right at home. He send a bunch of really cute pictures and helpful updates. Rick also was able to make it around the same time everyday, something that I know we appreciated. Sometimes it can be hard to know exactly what a perfect sitter looks like until the right one comes along. We are absolutely going to try to book Rick again and strongly recommend him to anyone on this app.
4 years! Cant believe its been so long that we have trusted Bleu with Rick. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a responsible guardian! He is thorough, sends frequent updates, and ensures Bleu is having the best time with plenty of walks and play time. I was so glad I found Rick not only as a Rover but more importantly as a friend for Bleu!
Rick did a great job watching my dog. He's usually pretty hesitant around strangers, but he warmed up to Rick right away and loved his gentle rubs. Rick is a nice guy, attentive, and easy to communicate with. I trust him to take care of my little guy and would recommend him to anyone!

Rick has pet sat for me a few times now (taking care of a dog and a cat) and I can't recommend him enough. He's always been on time, super easy to communicate with, and sends plenty of updates while I'm away, which I really appreciate :) What stood out to me most is that he actually spends time with the pets instead of just dropping in for basic care. He plays with them, keeps them engaged, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys being around animals. Every time I've gotten home they've been happy and well taken care of. He also absolutely loves his own cat, and I think that comes through in how he takes care of other people's pets. I'd trust him with mine again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone looking for a great pet sitter.

Schedule
I work from home as a software engineer and have a flexible schedule most days of the week. This gives me plenty of availability for drop-in visits and allows me to be consistent with your cat’s usual feeding, medication, and playtime routines.
- CatsRick can host up to 3 drop-ins per day
- Please let me know your cat’s normal routine, feeding schedule, favorite toys, and how they usually interact with new people. It’s also helpful to know about any medications, health concerns, food sensitivities, or escape habits. Happy to jump on a call ahead of time to discuss the visit more!
