About: I grew up in a family that loved dogs of all kinds! Since I was a child I’ve walked, played, and cared for dogs. Currently I’m a dog mom to two big labs who I’ve had since they were puppies and have trained me well on how to take good care of furry friends. I would love to walk or sit for your pet! I’m skilled with walking excitable dogs, handling reactive dogs, giving meds, and caring for puppies. I can’t wait to play with your furry friend! I’m available for walks/check ins before early weekday mornings and Monday-Thursday after 4:30 pm. Im also free Friday afternoons for walks and check ins. About: I was a pet sitter when I lived in Portland, Maine, where I had regular clients, including a family with show dogs. This family had dogs, goats and cats and I watched them regularly, staying at their house. I grew up with family dogs. I now have cats and love them so much. I am currently working part time so have a lot of flexibility to tend to the needs of your beloved cats and dogs. Depending on my work schedule, I would visit morning or afternoon. I will make sure to take care of your pets and clean up any messes they make, so you'll come home to a house as clean and organized as you left it.

About: I have two dogs of my own that I’ve had since puppy-hood. Ever since I was a kid, my heart would joyously melt in front of any and every four legged friend. I love getting to know other animals, and take care of them as if they were my own. I got my start pet sitting by looking after my friends and neighbors’ dogs and cats on occasion. At present, my longest cat sitting gig was 3 weeks straight in which I stayed with my fur friend for ~6-8 hours a day just to keep her company. I work remotely, so my workstation is mobile. In this was I can make most pet-sitting tasks and hours work— while assuring your pets have company, enrichment, and supervision. (As an aside, I go by both Vera and Amanda and use them interchangably) I work remotely 10am-6pm monday-friday. Ideally, i prefer to visit pets and take care of them anytime before 10am, but my calendar is very flexible. My workstation is mobile, so if desired, I can keep your pet company for extended periods of time during the day. I’m also available all day on the weeknds. I have 2 dogs that I love dearly and walk 2-3 times every single day at routine times. I brush them frequently, I strap on little booties for their paws daily to protect them from the hot pavement, and I play with them to their little hearts content.

About: Growing up, I’ve always had a ton of animals in the house. Since I was a teenager, I have house-sat/animal-sat for family members and family friends. If I take care of your pet, they have my attention and of course love <3 I work fully remote, so I have tons of flexibility in my schedule, including availability during the weekday, evenings, and on weekends!
