About: Ive spent my entire life around dogs and cats, both at home and at work. I have experience working in a veterinary setting, and I currently work part time at a doggy daycare/boarding facility. I have a well rounded experience working with cats and dogs, but I've also got experience with reptiles, fish, and amphibians! I usually work evening shifts, so my mornings are always open. I'll have plenty of time to come by and spend time with your pets before work. It's very important to make sure that beyond just getting basic needs met, that I always have time to spoil your pets! About: I have been taking care of my dog since I was in middle school, feeding him, walking him and I take care of my cat on my own I provide everything for both. I take care of both daily in the morning in the afternoon and at night. I feed them both morning and night, I care for my cat by changing his litter and taking him on walks in his cat stroller and taking my dog on walks. About: I have two dogs of my own that I’ve had since puppy-hood. Ever since I was a kid, my heart would joyously melt in front of any and every four legged friend. I love getting to know other animals, and take care of them as if they were my own. I got my start pet sitting by looking after my friends and neighbors’ dogs and cats on occasion. At present, my longest cat sitting gig was 3 weeks straight in which I stayed with my fur friend for ~6-8 hours a day just to keep her company. I work remotely, so my workstation is mobile. In this was I can make most pet-sitting tasks and hours work— while assuring your pets have company, enrichment, and supervision. (As an aside, I go by both Vera and Amanda and use them interchangably) I work remotely 10am-6pm monday-friday. Ideally, i prefer to visit pets and take care of them anytime before 10am, but my calendar is very flexible. My workstation is mobile, so if desired, I can keep your pet company for extended periods of time during the day. I’m also available all day on the weeknds. I have 2 dogs that I love dearly and walk 2-3 times every single day at routine times. I brush them frequently, I strap on little booties for their paws daily to protect them from the hot pavement, and I play with them to their little hearts content.
