“Anely is an excellent sitter very warm ,affectionate and accomodating . We were traveling through Providence and had to keep our dog Cookie with her for two days consecutively and this was our first time with her. She absolutely made sure Cookie felt at home with her and also provided him with food ,walk ,toys plays etc. Cookie usually has anxiety issues at times so we were bit picky about choosing the right kind of day boarding for him. But Anely was a perfect choice.Though she was sitting few more dogs on those days but that never became an issue for our Cookie, so needless to say she is also expert at her job. It was because of Anely that we could enjoy Newport and other attractions of RI so much without having to worry about how Cookie is doing. She also sent us hourly updates with pictures over texts. About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

About: Growing up, I’ve always had a ton of animals in the house. Since I was a teenager, I have house-sat/animal-sat for family members and family friends. If I take care of your pet, they have my attention and of course love <3 I work fully remote, so I have tons of flexibility in my schedule, including availability during the weekday, evenings, and on weekends! I am very by the book so if you leave me a list of rules and what needs to happen I'll make sure it gets done. I have a very open schedule. I work from home so if you need me at any point in time I can make it fit within my schedule. For the safety of your pets and things, I usually like to do a quick visit to make sure that we're going to get along. I know if it is a cat that a lot of times trust needs to be earned with them and that you can't just pull them out from wherever they're hiding a lot of times it's earning their trust for them to be come out and be friendly. You do not force it on them.

She treats your dog as if it was her own. Dexter was so upset leaving her when I picked him up. It was reassuring with all the pictures during their stay and her calm demeanor. I can’t rave enough over her.”
“I'm fortunate to have found Celina when I needed a pet sitter for the weekend! It was a pleasure meeting them, as they were kind and understanding when I expressed my concerns about Otto and leaving him in a new environment. I liked that they spend the time to get to know me and my pup before committing. Smokey is also a great pup, he's so sweet and clever and it was great watching him adapt his play with Otto. It's also clear that Celina and Smokey have a great relationship and love each other a bunch. They do great with establishing boundaries and advocating for the pups when it's needed. Celina also sent me photos of Otto's stay, which were all adorable to see! Communication was easy and simple, which I'm very appreciative of. Overall, it was a great experience working with them and I will definitely book again :)”
