About: I have been raising dogs with my family since middle school, starting with an Alaskan Malamute puppy that was only 30 days old when we first brought her home. I grew up alongside her and gradually took on full responsibility for her daily care. This experience helped me develop patience, attentiveness, a strong sense of responsibility, and a deep emotional bond with dogs. Now, after more than ten years of experience living with dogs, I treat every dog with the same care and affection as my own. Dogs tend to respond positively to me, and I genuinely enjoy building trust and companionship with them. Caring for dogs is not just something I do—it is something I am truly passionate about and committed to. At the moment, I primarily work remotely, and I spend most of my time with my wife. This allows me to have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability. I am able to provide pet care services at any time throughout the week, and I approach each task with full energy, attention, and genuine enthusiasm. I prioritize safety, comfort, and trust when caring for every pet. During walks and outdoor activities, I carefully monitor the surrounding environment, making sure the area is safe and watching for any harmful objects or food that could pose a risk to the pet. I also pay close attention to interactions with unfamiliar dogs and other animals, ensuring that the experience remains positive and stress-free. I carefully observe each pet’s behavior, energy level, and overall condition, including monitoring their bathroom habits as an indicator of their health. I adjust exercise intensity based on the pet’s needs and make sure they cool down properly after more active play or walks. After high-energy activities, I provide water gradually and safely rather than allowing them to drink too quickly. I also provide detailed grooming care, including gentle brushing and checking for ticks or other concerns. If necessary, I will carefully remove ticks and make sure the pet remains comfortable. Beyond basic care, I enjoy spending time with pets through play, affection, and companionship. I treat every dog with the same patience, attention, and love that I would give to my own pet.

About: I’ve loved animals my entire life and have been caring for dogs for friends, family, and neighbors for as long as I can remember. Beyond pet sitting, I’ve worked at an SPCA and at a zoo, where I gained hands-on experience handling and caring for a wide variety of animals. I also study animals professionally, so understanding animal behavior and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and understood is something I genuinely love. I’m comfortable with animals of all personalities and energy levels, and I’m happy to follow each pet’s individual routine and needs. I’m a graduate student with a very flexible schedule, so pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I’m generally available for dog walks in the mornings and evenings, and I have flexibility during the day depending on my class and research schedule. I’m also available for boarding on weekends. I live on the top floor of a house with plenty of space for pets to relax and a small yard for some outdoor time. I also have a very friendly cat who loves dogs and other animals, so I’m comfortable caring for pets in a multi-animal home.

About: We love welcoming new friends for visits. We have a fully fenced backyard, plenty of space for playing, swimming in the puppy pool, napping, and cuddling. We’re located in a neighborhood made for long, leisurely walks. I also enjoy taking photos and am happy to send you updates as often (or as little) as you’d like. Schedule a meet-and-greet with us! We can’t wait to meet you! On the days I work from home and on weekends, we would love to have a dog-friend join us for the day, or for an overnight. If we’re somewhat neighbors, I am also available for walks over the weekend and possibly on weeknight(s). I have a fenced-in yard, home security, smoke and CO alarm. I do not crate our dog Lucy, but if you need me to do so for your dog, consider it done! I walk her in her harness around safe neighborhoods like Oak Hill in Pawtucket and on the East Side of Providence. I refrain from dog parks because I feel she is more comfortable with one on one play, but if there is a certain park you'd like me to take your dog to, I'd be happy to.

About: I have taken care of my neighbors pets for years and have really enjoyed it. Now that I am moved away from home I want to continue to help pets. I am currently playing jr hockey here in Providence and am looking to take care of pets on the side. I have practice every day from around 11-3 so anything before or after that is perfect for me. I have game throughout the season so my availability will definitely be changing but nothing I will not know in advance I walk, feed, and play with my pets every day and love taking care of them. I take care of my neighbors pets week to week during the summer whenever they need. I stop in 1-3 times a day and take them for walks.
