About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

About: I grew up with dogs all my life but since moving to boston I haven't found a forever buddy so in the meanwhile I would love to take care of yours. I work full time at home but have a very flexible schedule. I am usually up by 6 am and go to bed as late as 10 pm. I usually take the doggies on a walk around 7-8 am then again around 12-2pm and then again in the evening 6-8pm. I will follow the the guidelines you provide for me of how to best take care of your furry one. I am organized and active.

Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I’m able to plan walks, drop in visits, and playtime throughout the day, and I enjoy breaking up my work with some pet cuddles. I will follow your pet’s established routine as closely as possible and send lots of update pics along the way! Overall, I will spend quality time giving attention, play, and enrichment so your pet can feel comfortable and cared for.

My schedule in the evening evenings/weekends allows me to provide dependable pet care, including walks, feeding, playtime, medication if needed, and plenty of attention during these warm summer weeks. As I am a college student living in a house, I can take pets when needed. Typically I go to the clients home and coordinate with the owner rules and responsibilities there.

About: I grew up with animals throughout my life. I started dog walking other families dogs or pet sitting at about 13. I have two cats, and currently walk two dogs a few times a week. I am a nurse and currently in school for my masters. I work nights so I am home daily and love to take care of pets in between class. Trust is a big part of pet care. As someone who has pets trusting someone to walk or pet sit is a big deal. Since I am home all the time your pet will never be alone and always comfortable.
