“Ben is wonderful! Very attentive and communicative. Took lots of great pics. Our cat usually takes a long time to warm up to people but she took to Ben instantly. We feel confident our pets are safe + happy with Ben”

“Beyond excellent! Paul took great care of our elderly dog while we were away. We so appreciate the extra attention to her. We would hire Paul again without hesitation. Highly recommend!”

“Emily is amazing! This was our first time using Rover, so of course we were hoping we’d find someone who was a good fit and that we felt comfortable having in our home. She was so sweet and our two dogs were so happy to meet her - in fact, I think her calming demeanor put them at ease! She was thorough, prompt, and sent adorable photos so we knew the dogs were in good hands. It was great to not have to worry about how they were doing or if they were being taken good care of. We’d hire her again in a heartbeat and plan to for the next time we need some extra help! Thanks so much Emily!”
About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was very young. Neighbors and friends of friends have trusted me to feed, walk, train, and love their dogs for long periods of time, and I've always been able to create a great relationship with their pet. I have experience walking dogs with leash aggression, helping dogs with medical concerns, and training puppies. I've cared for dogs of all sizes and temperments, and have learned to listen to the dog first and foremost. I am currently working part time at another position that is online based. This makes my availability very flexible, and I am mostly likely able to make anything work in terms of pet care. I am free to do 24 hour care for pets in their own home. I am willing to discuss boarding a pet in my own home, but I have two cats myself that would need to be introduced. I will take whatever directions correspond with their normal routine, such as: getting in their kennel at night, being let out at certain times, taking medication, and more. I prioritze making the pet feel like they are still safe and loved even with their owner away.
“Katie walked our two dogs three times a day for a week and was fantastic. She was always on time and sent photo updates. We would love to have Katie walk our dogs again - would absolutely recommend her!”

About: After adopting my dog in 2017, I volunteered weekly at the animal shelter I got her from for 3 years, until I moved away for college. Nothing makes me happier than giving dogs the love and affection they deserve. I live to see their happy tail wags! I am a pet enthusiast with much availability! I am at your disposal mornings and evenings. I split my time between Warwick and Providence, so I can easily accommodate you if you leave near either area. I care for all pets with love, care, and respect for their boundaries. I never run up and pick up a dog, and I slowly approach to earn their trust. I have a dog with anxiety and defense aggression so I am more than comfortable handling dogs who are nervous meetings new people. From my shelter experience I have learned well to follow care instructions provided to me to ensure the pet’s safety and comfort.
“Michelle is amazing! We can enjoy our time away knowing that our dogs are in excellent hands and getting lots of snuggles and love. And her communication and updates are great! 🐶🐾”

“Wellie is awesome! She is communicative and goes above and beyond to gain your pet's trust and love! Definitely would recommend! My dog is a fan after just one walk ?”

“Annie is definitely a dog lover. She and my Nipsy bonded immediately. She’s punctual and has a very strong sense of understanding his needs. I’m thankful for her dedication to walking my dog every week and keeping me updated on his progress.”

“Mary did a great job with our pups! I feel totally comfortable having her come into my house and take care of my fur babies and I look forward to working with her in the future!”

About: Growing up my house always had at least one dog. Once I turned 10 I was finally allowed to get my own dog which I was fully responsible for taking care of. I also have lots of experience pet sitting for neighbors and family. Additionally, I am a volunteer at the potter league animal shelter and have been trained in handling larger and more skittish animals. I also have experience working with service animals. I’m very comfortable with animals of all shapes and sizes. I’m currently getting my masters at brown, but only take 2 classes a semester. I am completely free Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and I am done by noon on Monday and Wednesday. I have experience with crating animals but am also very used to my pets cuddling up with me at all hours of the night. Whatever makes your pet most comfortable will work for me.

100/5. Ben exceeded any and all expectations at caring for our elderly dog while we were away. One morning of our trip, the dog was unresponsive. Ben contacted us, contacted our family in the area, stayed nearby, cared for the dog until she miraculously recovered. That same week, the 2026 blizzard hit. We couldn't get home; Ben extended the Rover contract and slogged through the heavy snow 3x/day to care for the dog. He stayed extra hours. He updated us regularly. He shoveled! I could go on and on -- really, this guy deserves a medal. We are so lucky we found him. Please do not hesitate to leave your pets in his care.

We had Xavier come and do walks twice daily for my energetic pup during a last minute trip my family took. Xavier provided excellent communication and went above and beyond in many ways. We received pictures with every walk and questions that showed he was attentive and responsible caring for our dog.

Ashton truly went above and beyond. When he noticed that Chico’s anxiety was higher than normal, he stepped in without hesitation and took such great care of him. He showed Chico so much love and made him feel completely welcome and safe in his home. I’m incredibly grateful for Ashton’s kindness, patience, and attentiveness. Chico was clearly comfortable and happy, and that means everything to me. I will absolutely be booking Ashton again!

I'm very happy with my choice of Amanda to walk my dog. She's the best poop picker upper and awesome at petting dogs. I knew I had made the right choice when Dude (my dog) sat me down after dinner and said how much he appreciates that I got him such a great dog walker.
