Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine since I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I start the day with morning walks (the park next door is perfect for that), and I build in time for play, feeding, potty breaks, and snuggles throughout the day. Evenings usually include a final walk and some wind-down time. Whether it’s a short visit or overnight care, I make sure each pet gets plenty of attention and care woven into my day like they’re part of the family. In my home, I create a safe, calm, and pet-friendly space where your pet can feel comfortable and cared for. I stick to their usual routine as much as possible—walks, feeding times, play, and rest—to help them settle in easily. I live next to a park, so daily walks and outdoor time are a big part of our day. Pets have full access to cozy spaces, and I’m always nearby since I work from home.

About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

I don't normally do a drop without a meeting first but she helped ease my dog into being comfortable. She had another dog there as well and immediately knew that being seperate was the best option. I appreciated the fact that her space could accommodate that and also the sincere care she took to ease my mind by sending updates, photos and videos as my dog became more comfortable! Her cats were such sweethearts along with her very cute baby girl. I will definitely use her in the future and will recommend her.
