About: I have been raising dogs with my family since middle school, starting with an Alaskan Malamute puppy that was only 30 days old when we first brought her home. I grew up alongside her and gradually took on full responsibility for her daily care. This experience helped me develop patience, attentiveness, a strong sense of responsibility, and a deep emotional bond with dogs. Now, after more than ten years of experience living with dogs, I treat every dog with the same care and affection as my own. Dogs tend to respond positively to me, and I genuinely enjoy building trust and companionship with them. Caring for dogs is not just something I do—it is something I am truly passionate about and committed to. At the moment, I primarily work remotely, and I spend most of my time with my wife. This allows me to have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability. I carefully observe each pet’s behavior, energy level, and overall condition, including monitoring their bathroom habits as an indicator of their health. I adjust exercise intensity based on the pet’s needs and make sure they cool down properly after more active play or walks. After high-energy activities, I provide water gradually and safely rather than allowing them to drink too quickly. I also provide detailed grooming care, including gentle brushing and checking for ticks or other concerns. If necessary, I will carefully remove ticks and make sure the pet remains comfortable. Beyond basic care, I enjoy spending time with pets through play, affection, and companionship. I treat every dog with the same patience, attention, and love that I would give to my own pet.

About: I’m a huge animal lover! I grew up with big dogs and I recently within the last few years adopted cats and fell completely in love. I have a strong connection to animals and good with their boundaries to help them feel comfortable and cared for. I’ve also been pet sitting since I was in high school. I’m a part time artist, (I paint pet portraits!) part time operational manager for another artist business which allows my schedule to be very flexible. I often have availability on a moments notice. I treat my cats like babies so you can expect me to do the same for your animals. If your pet needs me to sing them a little silly song while I make their dinner I will do it. I have a very calming presence animals tend to be drawn to. I respect their boundaries and allow them to feel safe with me before playing

About: I am a responsible and organized college student and Division I athlete. I have always had three dogs of my own and regularly dog-sit for many people throughout the school year and summer. I am dependable, active, and will treat every pet like my own. I am currently working remotely for a company in Boston so I will be in Providence all day and can work my schedule around owners preferences. I have a fenced-in yard, access to open fields for dogs to run and play, and plenty of safe, walkable areas nearby. There are also dog parks close by, and I have a car for reliable transportation.

About: I have had a dog in the house since I was young. Most recently helped train my family German Shepherd puppy from 10 weeks! I also have experience caring for my dog when she went through a major hip replacement surgery, which required much more intensive care over the course of a few months. Do not currently have any pets (my pup is back home), but have helped take care of both dogs and cats. I am staying in the Brown University area over the summer and will be conducting research as a Master's student. My schedule is very flexible as I mostly work on a laptop. However, there will be days I have to work around experiments, so feel free to inquire! I won't be able to host your pet (sadly), but I am more than willing to visit or walk as needed! I always starts with asking: 1. Any essential things about the pet I need to know (medication, allergies, etc.) 2. Any essential things about the house? (places to keep them out of, toys, beds, where they like to hang out) 3. Food, drink, and potty schedule + locations for each. 4. Anything else you want me to be aware of? (No shoes in the house, stay out of certain rooms, don't let mud get tracked around, etc.) 5. In case there's a mess, how should I clean up? (paper towels, pads, trash bags, etc.) I always want to respect both your house and your little friend so please give me as much detail as possible!

About: Growing up next to a door trainer is no joke. It was definitely my gateway into pet sitting. With years of experience sitting all kinds of animals, I’ve never met a dog that hasn’t loved me. About: Overview: I have always grown up with animals of all sorts, mainly small dogs, and now live with a cat and tortoise. I have experience with feeding, potty training, sleep training, trick training, caging, walking, bathing and grooming, cleaning up, playing, exercising, and loving each of my beloved pets. Each task is beyond worth it. If you have any questions or inquiries, please feel free to ask! My Fun Pet facts: - I have had a 14 year old Russian tortoise rescue, named crash, for 5 years now! It is named after the fact that he lives in a glass tank and sometimes forgets the glass is a wall. Also I set him free often to wander, and he's an adrenaline junky that loves to try to climb, drop, and crash into various objects and walls! - I raised salt water fish in my childhood home from lion fish to banana eels to pufferfish and idols and tangs! - My biggest dream is to have dog, cats, bunnies, ducks, and horses on my own homestead! pigs, goats, and any other animal would be fun too :) Experience (Personal, Pets, and Personality): Since moving to the city part time, my dogs and I have become very used to handling the hustle and bustle of the streets, especially Central Park. I volunteer at the Broome Animal Shelter to walk their dogs occasionally with friends. As a disabled person myself with pets who have had various issues throughout their and my life with some experience in basic healthcare, and lots of experience in first aid and crisis- any medical procedure needed to be done at home from syringes to needles to gauzes to bandaids, or even just hiding a pill in cheese- I am your guy! As a Filipino, I grew up with a very large family which includes having lots of animals around. But even in my own home, I grew up with a golden retriever, a havanese, and a poodle. Then two Havanese, and their cousin the Italian greyhound and.. another Havanese and... another poodle. I was the kid who memorized every dog breed, and wanted to visit the kennel and beg my parents for another dog. Our house was known as the place to house sit if a loved one was to go on vacation or anything. As an adult, I have lived with a cat each year that I could. Though these pets were pretty small in breed, it's actually my dream to get a dane or a similar sized and mannered big friendly giant. I spent a lot of my time at shelters, in nature camp, and at the nature center when I was a kid keeping all the animals safe. I have been that friend who pets immediately bond with when visiting someone's place for the first time. I was even such a frequent guest at the nature center, I even named one of the corn snakes "Bracelet" since she would hang around my wrist as I went to walk around the Greenberg Nature Center to greet, feed, clean, and care for the other reptiles. I have been an honorary member of the staff since I was 5 years old! I am a full time graduate student now working in Providence for 2 months. Since my work can be flexible and I'm located in the heart of the city, I can be available anytime! I have 5 repeat dog clients right now, and live with a cat and tortoise right now so I'm always surrounded by pets and happy to meet more. I will return to Binghamton August 2, and will be open again for house sitting then. When I am home in New York, I am available full weekends and holidays. I will be curious and courteous about whatever tailored needs your pet has so I can best respect and take care of your pet. For dogs- On walks, I don't just walk alongside a dog but I pay attention to their body, queues, and interests. During house visits, I'd love to keep them engaged by playing with them, keeping them active, and of course letting them rest. I am extremely well organized and I would ensure they get fed and taken out at requested times. For cats- I would make sure that they get what they need and want. From alone time to pets to cuddles to carrying. I would be on time with food, medicine, or any other duties. I would keep a good eye on your cat and ensure they get into minimal trouble, while also letting them roam and explore. For any other animals- I would just be honored to hangout with your pet, as an exotic pet owner myself. I would ensure I am well educated in the handling and care of your animal!

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was 10 years old. My first job was working as a cat sitter for my neighbor’s young cat, Monkey. I’ve stayed at neighbors houses to watch their dogs since high school, providing regular walks, enrichment, and love. I’ve worked with puppies as young as 10 weeks and dogs as old as 12 years. I’ve worked with pets with special needs and medication needs. Most importantly, I truly love animals. As my sister’s weenie dog puppy can attest, nothing makes me happier than having an animal curled up on my lap. Even if it means dealing with some scratches or disciplining, being around pets is always worth it! As a student, my schedule is super flexible. I’m happy to take care of pets whenever I can. I love early morning walks, so I’m available as early as 7:30 am. My house requires getting up a few flights of stairs, so large senior pups may struggle. Otherwise, any animals are welcome. I’m happy to stay at other folks’ homes as I know this often makes animals more comfortable. I’m flexible to whatever your house rules are!
