About: Hi! I'm Victor, an East Side Providence local with a pretty simple philosophy: dogs deserve a walk that's actually enjoyable, not just a quick loop around the block. I spend a lot of time outdoors, paddleboarding on the Providence River, walking Blackstone Boulevard, exploring the neighborhood, so your dog will be in good hands with someone who genuinely likes being outside. I've walked friends' dogs regularly and know how to read a dog's pace and energy. When I'm not outside I teach piano lessons for families on the East Side. Calm, attentive, and always on time. Available mornings, afternoons, and weekends. East Side only. I know every good route. I'm an early riser and work flexible hours, so mornings and afternoons are wide open most days. Dog walks fit naturally into my routine since I'm already outside exploring the East Side regularly. Weekends work well too. I offer walks only, so I'll be caring for your dog out in the neighborhood rather than at home. I keep dogs leashed at all times, stay attentive to their energy and pace, and always have water available on longer walks. I treat every dog like they belong to someone who trusts me completely, because they do.

About: Hi there! My name is Shane, and I’m based in Taunton, MA, providing pet care all across Massachusetts and RI. I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and over the years I’ve cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, and even chinchillas. My background includes working as a playgroup supervisor at a doggy daycare outside Boston, as well as my former position at Providence Animal Rescue League as a communications coordinator and pet photographer (which means I’d be happy to capture some great photos of your pets, too!). In addition to my hands-on experience, I’m comfortable and experienced with administering medications — including to cats and dogs with special medical needs. I understand the importance of patience and precision when it comes to keeping pets healthy and happy. At home, I share life with my partner Anna (also an animal lover and caregiver), our diabetic cat Nestor, and our two leopard geckos, Meechee and Verne. I also help care for my family’s dog, Finn, whenever I can. Currently, I work mostly remotely, with occasional in office days. Whether it’s dog walking, drop-in visits, or pet sitting/boarding, I bring a mix of professional experience, personal passion, and a whole lot of care to every pet I meet. Myself and my partner are a lovely tag team of caregivers when it comes to our cat and leopard geckos! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to follow their routine as closely as possible so your pets feel comfortable and secure. This includes feeding on schedule, refreshing water, walks or playtime, administering medication if needed, and of course lots of love and attention. I keep a close eye on their well-being, send updates and photos, and always leave your home just as I found it. To be able to stay in your home is a privilege in itself, so I thank you for the hospitality! When pets stay with me, I provide a safe and cozy environment, enrichment through play, and plenty of supervised attention. I believe in treating every animal as if they were my own — making sure they’re happy, healthy, and cared for in the way that suits them best.

About: I've raised multiple dogs in my life, I have experience with training and working with large dogs specifically, I also have experience working with dogs of all sizes. I'm currently available in the Afternoon until 8pm most weekdays for walking. I am also available on the weekends for walking as well until 7pm. Pets can be themselves with me and have a great time doing it. your best friend is my best friend and will be treated with love and respect. I'll care and make sure your furry pal has the best safest time.

About: We both have experience living with animals. Mary grew up and lived on a farm with many cats and dogs, as well as worked in a pet store on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts. Nick grew up owning fish, dogs, cats, and a number of hamsters and gerbils. We both love animals and want to make sure they aren't only taken care of, but also happy. We are living on the east side of Providence right now. We can book overnights stays, walks midday, or host for a fun/quiet night. . During those stays we will be able to take care of the animals at all times and accommodate them properly. We both currently work in the city but have flexible times during the day and weekends. We take them on plenty of walks and make sure they get to move throughout the day. Playtime is super important for most animals, not just taking them on a daily walk. We treat out clients animals as if they were our own. Regular/routine feeding times, outdoor activity, and plenty of love and care.

About: I grew up with many dogs and cats, and am the go-to petsitter for my friends and family while they are away. I have experiencing petsitting homes with multiple pets with different routines/schedules (and four litter boxes!), as well as administering medication and caring for and walking elderly pets. As a graduate student, I have a flexible schedule throughout the day and week and am more than happy to workaround your pet care needs! I take your pet’s wellbeing, safety, and comfort very seriously and will care for them as if they were my own. I aim to provide your pet with a sense of routine and familiarity, as well as stimulation and play, while his or her parent is away. I do this by sticking as closely as possible to the rules/guidelines set by you and being attentive to each pet’s unique needs.
