About: I grew up with a sweet Golden Retriever, Jake, who taught me a lot about pet care. I walked, fed, and got to know his unique personality. As he got older and developed mobility issues and glaucoma, I made sure he stayed comfortable, loved, and happy. Later, we added a sassy Poochan puppy, Blake, to the family (I picked him up from out of town!), and I helped raise him, taught him tricks, and helped him bond with our senior dog. I've also noticed when dogs weren’t feeling right, once I suggested allergies, and I was right, and we got him treatment! I've pet sat and walked dogs for others too. I love all kinds of animals and pride myself on being patient, observant, and understanding of every pet’s individual needs. Pet care for me is a natural and fulfilling part of my daily life. Each day starts with caring for the pets I'm responsible for: morning walks, fresh food and water, and a little play or cuddle time. Throughout the day, I build my schedule around each pet’s routine, whether that’s a midday walk, medication, or just some one-on-one attention to keep them happy and comfortable. On a weekly basis, I like to check in on things like cleanliness, grooming, and overall health, making sure litter boxes or food bowls are fresh, fur is brushed if needed, and every pet is thriving. I take my time to really get to know each animal’s personality, quirks, and comfort zones so they feel understood and cared for while their family is away. I always prioritize safety, comfort, and trust for all animals. I understand how important it is to keep their environment calm, secure, and familiar. In your home, I follow your routines closely to keep things consistent and stress-free for you and your pet. I pay close attention to any instructions regarding food, exercise, medications, and behavior quirks. I also make sure your home is respected and cared for while you're away. If I’m welcoming pets into my own home, I create a clean, cozy, and pet-friendly space. I remove anything that could be unsafe or tempting to chew, and I make sure pets have their own space to relax, eat, and play. I supervise all interactions and tailor the environment based on the pet’s needs, whether they’re energetic and playful or more shy and relaxed. Trust is everything in this job. About: I've raised multiple dogs in my life, I have experience with training and working with large dogs specifically, I also have experience working with dogs of all sizes. I'm currently available in the Afternoon until 8pm most weekdays for walking. I am also available on the weekends for walking as well until 7pm. About: I grew up with many dogs and cats, and am the go-to petsitter for my friends and family while they are away. I have experiencing petsitting homes with multiple pets with different routines/schedules (and four litter boxes!), as well as administering medication and caring for and walking elderly pets. As a graduate student, I have a flexible schedule throughout the day and week and am more than happy to workaround your pet care needs! I take your pet’s wellbeing, safety, and comfort very seriously and will care for them as if they were my own. I aim to provide your pet with a sense of routine and familiarity, as well as stimulation and play, while his or her parent is away. I do this by sticking as closely as possible to the rules/guidelines set by you and being attentive to each pet’s unique needs.

About: My husband and I will both be taking care of your pup. We both grew up with multi-dog households and fully embrace the 'pets as family' way of life. Our seven year old herding dog is our constant companion and his cat sister is not far behind. With new dogs in the house, she tends to just keep to herself on the bottom floor of the house so dogs not good with cats are not a problem. We walk our dog at least twice a day. It is not our style to simply let him out back to do his business. While at our house, your dog(s) can also count on a solo or shared walk at least twice a day with "let outs" in between. Our dog's food is homemade as we have been through the allergy cycle with our pup too many times. This makes us very comfortable with and understanding of varied eating habits and dietary needs. We are comfortable administering medications if need be. We would LOVE your pup to snuggle on the couch or curl up in bed with us as our own prefers to simply guard the herd. We started really dog sitting for friends and family when we were still living in an apartment but now that we have a house to ourselves, it has been easier to open our doors up to more pups and more often at that. We have had senior dogs on medications, young pups in the midst of crate training, wildly active athletic types, food guarding growlers, and snuggle pups who sleep under the covers with us. Tony co-owns a business so has flexible hours and Emily is a local teacher with lunch breaks that allow for popping home to let the dog out during the week. If we go away it is mostly within New England to see family and have used Rover ourselves and loved it. At night and on the weekends you can find us curled up at home.

About: I've had pets my entire life, with two cats and three dogs at home. I live in Providence right in front of the dog park, and I miss my pets at home dearly which is why this job would be amazing for me! I'm the designated bather and walker for our large german shepherd and huge great pyrenees, and I'm in charge of feeding all five a strict and specific schedule based on allergies and preferences! I am studying in Providence and living in a clean, quiet off campus house with my best friends and cannot wait to take care of your pets! I am privately insured with the Pet Sitters Association and am dedicated to delivering top-notch pet care in the comfort of your own home. I do pet sitting on Rover fulltime so I have flexibility to provide care in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I accept drop ins from 6 am to 8:00 pm, I am able to accommodate requests outside of those hours on a case by case basis, do not hesitate to reach out! I accept up to 10 drop ins a day, during busier times I may ask for a few hours of flexibility on your suggested time to make sure I am able to give all of my clients the level of care that they deserve.
