About: We love welcoming new friends for visits. We have a fully fenced backyard, plenty of space for playing, swimming in the puppy pool, napping, and cuddling. We’re located in a neighborhood made for long, leisurely walks. I also enjoy taking photos and am happy to send you updates as often (or as little) as you’d like. Schedule a meet-and-greet with us! We can’t wait to meet you! On the days I work from home and on weekends, we would love to have a dog-friend join us for the day, or for an overnight. If we’re somewhat neighbors, I am also available for walks over the weekend and possibly on weeknight(s). I have a fenced-in yard, home security, smoke and CO alarm. I do not crate our dog Lucy, but if you need me to do so for your dog, consider it done! About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

We were traveling through Providence and had to keep our dog Cookie with her for two days consecutively and this was our first time with her. She absolutely made sure Cookie felt at home with her and also provided him with food ,walk ,toys plays etc. Cookie usually has anxiety issues at times so we were bit picky about choosing the right kind of day boarding for him. But Anely was a perfect choice.Though she was sitting few more dogs on those days but that never became an issue for our Cookie, so needless to say she is also expert at her job. It was because of Anely that we could enjoy Newport and other attractions of RI so much without having to worry about how Cookie is doing. She also sent us hourly updates with pictures over texts. I'm currently available in the Afternoon until 8pm most weekdays for walking. I am also available on the weekends for walking as well until 7pm. About: I’m a huge animal lover! I grew up with big dogs and I recently within the last few years adopted cats and fell completely in love. I have a strong connection to animals and good with their boundaries to help them feel comfortable and cared for. I’ve also been pet sitting since I was in high school. I’m a part time artist, (I paint pet portraits!) part time operational manager for another artist business which allows my schedule to be very flexible. I often have availability on a moments notice. I treat my cats like babies so you can expect me to do the same for your animals. If your pet needs me to sing them a little silly song while I make their dinner I will do it.
