We asked Joseph to keep an eye out for his symptoms, and to call us at any time with any new developments. Not only was Joseph extremely empathetic and understanding about the worry we felt, he was extremely attentive to Oso and communicative with us as soon as he noticed changes with Oso. We could tell he would do whatever was needed to make sure our pup was safe. While we were upset to be out of town when Oso started becoming unwell, the fact that Oso was with Joseph reassured us a lot, to know that he was in a safe pair of hands. We are extremely grateful to him and his family, and would happily use him as a Rover again. Highly recommended!”
