“You couldn't find a more caring or responsible person when it comes to animals! Serena has helped myself and also my mum with our animals for many years. We have a very shy cat and she was so quiet and gentle with her, didn't force herself on her and slowly built her trust and friendship. My mum has had several dogs over the years from a red setter to a collie to two very boisterous GSP's to some crazy energetic spaniels. She trusts Serena implicitly with their care when she goes away or if she is just very busy and needs help with walking etc. She can handle quirks (one of our spaniels could be aggressive if he felt intimidated) and will always put your animal first. She is the best!”

“I couldn’t recommend Susan and Stephen highly enough. We welcomed our German Shepherd puppy home in October and they have been our number 1 dog sitters ever since. Bonnie, our dog, is so excited when she sees them and I know she is in completely safe hands when we leave her with them. They have gone out of their way to socialise her and always take her to such interesting places, out and about in town. We are working hard on training her not to pull on her lead and to great people calmly, and I can be confident that they reinforce this training when she is with them. They are without a doubt 5* dog lovers!”

We went away on holiday for 10 nights and left our dog with Josh he walked him twice a day and we came back to a happy dog I wouldn’t leave him with anyone else. Josh is very knowledgeable as he has been bought up with dogs so knows what he is doing.”

“I had gone on holiday and my pet sitter had cancelled on me due to a family emergency. I had asked Julia as a paid favour and she was excellent. One of my cats has a special diet which she was able to cater for incredibly well (which isn’t easy)! She went above and beyond whilst I was away, even attending to my dogs in case they needed the toilet ect. She was amazing and I would definitely ask her in the future as she truly cares (sending daily photos and updates). Thank you Julia!”
