About: Working from home and had dogs all my life. With my recent house mate taking his pup with him on his next adventure to a different city I thought I’d offer the time to someone needing a dog sitter. Recently moved to working from home and very flexible working hours means I’m available most days in the week, and some weekends. Over night stays welcome With an old house mate moving out and taking his pup with him this leaves a space to be able to help out with someone struggling for time.

Greta K.

“Greta house sat with our cat for one week. Greta came to meet us beforehand and it was obviously she was a lovely kind soul. Communication was great beforehand planning the stay. Whilst away we had regular updates and photographs which was so reassuring. We have already rebooked Greta for our next holiday and would happily highly recommend her to anyone.”

About: My partner and I are both dog lovers and have grown up with dogs our whole lives. Earlier this year we bought our first house and are looking to share it with some doggy friends. I have previously provided dog sitting for many people at their homes with multiple dogs and have offered dog walking before. We would only be available from 6pm on Fridays, over the weekend until late Sunday night due to working full time in the office/away from home. We have a good sized fully fenced garden. We don’t have our own dog so would be able to give your pet our full attention. We live near a nature reserve and large playing field, perfect for walking dogs.

Jess D.

“Jess was brilliant, we would highly recommend her. She looked after our aging Labrador really well. Lola went straight to her, she has a lovely manner with dogs. She followed our instructions well and kept us informed about how Lola was. We will certainly be booking Jess again in the near future.”

Gina E.

“Gina arrived on time and Millie warmed to her from the get go. We felt very comfortable and at ease with Gina as did Millie. Very professional, will definitely use again, and will certainly use again, thanks Gina.”

About: I have experience training my own dog from around 9 weeks at home. Once she was a little bit older I would take her to training classes to learn how to train my dog correctly. I also have experience looking after family and friends dogs by taking them on walks and helping out when needed at houses. I have just graduated from university and I am searching for a job looking after dogs. I have lots of free time and would love to fill it by spending time with lots of animals! I have one small Cockapoo but she looks like a cocker spaniel which is friendly. A fenced in garden and lots of walking areas close by.

Joseph F.

“Joe has been a lovely dog sitter with my Freddie! I highly recommend Joe! Thank you on behalf of Freddie too!”

Ryan G.
“Ryan has looked after and walked my cocker spaniel Alfie for the past 2 and half years he is brilliant with animals and so has a great way with them he would be perfect for your fury friend !”

Olivia W.

“Olivia was great! She spent the weekend looking after my dog and, while he's very low maintenance, she kept me up to date and sent pictures of him throughout - mostly him lying around and demanding fuss. She also offered to extend her stay at short notice, as I was having trouble getting home, which was very much appreciated. A polite and friendly young lady who somehow left my house cleaner and tidier than when I left it!! Would definitely recommend!”

About: I got my first dog when I was 10, his name was chocolate (he passed away a couple of years ago :( ) it was probably the happiest moment as a child. Soon after we got our second dog who is a Doberman loveliest dog ever. When I was 15 we got a third dog, a Boerboel! I am always eager to take our dogs out for a walk, cuddle with them in the evenings and bathe them when necessary. I started Rover summer 2022 and I have loved hosting all these wonderful dogs! I am able to provide my undivided attention and love for all of them. I am currently a Student studying my masters, so I am available over the weekends and not weekdays :) I am available for home visits and walking only, no boarding at the moment. I am very respectful of peoples environments and how different people care for their dogs differently. I’m eager to learn anything new. My aim is to make sure the owner is just as comfortable as their dogs❤️

Rhiannon C.

“Rhiannon was an instant hit with Flo right from our first meeting. I was so impressed by Rhiannon’s confidence and empathy. It was clear that she has a broad knowledge and understanding of dog behaviours and needs. It was quite refreshing that she felt able to suggest reasons to explain Flo’s particular ‘quirks’, for example, Flo’s inability to settle on long car journeys could be motion sickness even though she is never physically sick. This was really helpful and made me think about how I might improve this moving forward. Whilst we were away Rhiannon sent texts and pictures to let me know that Flo was settled and happy. It was lovely to see Flo napping on the sofa by Rhiannon’s side! The experience has helped my confidence enormously, I did not want to leave Flo in kennels. I would have no hesitation leaving Flo in Rhiannon’s care in the future.”
