“Marlena was absolutely amazing looking after our dog ghost. Would highly recommend this lady to anyone. This was our first time getting a dog sitter. This was a Last minute booking which was accepted very quickly, excellent response rate. We decided to book Marlena because of her excellent reviews. She kept us updated with lots and lots of pictures and videos during his stay. Took him out morning and night for walks. Ghost had the best time and we will definitely be booking again in the future. Amazing dog sitter , if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thankyou so much 😊🙂”

“Thanks for taking such good care of Edie she seems very relaxed and happy on pick up which to us meant she was comfortable in your care. When you have time we look forward to you sitting again. Best regards Corby & Stephen”

“This was the first time our 1-year old menace had ever been left in the care of someone else, and I was a bit worried how Connie (The Menace) and Irene (The Sitter) would cope. I needn't have worried! The multitude of messages, photos and videos of Connie provided by Irene showed that Connie had quickly settled in with Irene's welcoming family, and if anything, I was in danger of The Menace not wanting to come home! A great, responsive sitter who allows you to get on with your holiday without worrying about your furry pal.”

“Rory stayed with Julie & family for two days, all were welcoming and a home from home for Rory. A meet & greet was undertaken prior to the actual stay, which was great as it was Rorys' first stay with Julie. During stay i was kept up to date with pics, how he was getting on and got out & about on long walks plus the added bonus Rory experiencing his first pupachino. Had no issues and all went well. Would recommend Julie and I would have no hesitation to book back again in the future.”

“Elsie has the best time. Everything went really smoothly from the meet and greet to the drop off and plenty of communication during our trip. Elsie had plenty of exercise and it was great she had lovely Cheddar to keep her company. Would certainly recommend Greg and Kiti and great hosts.”

“Debbie and Tom were so lovely and made me feel very confident that Gracie was in good hands. She can be a bit anxious and they definitely took that into account. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Debbie, she always replied to messages and even sent some photos whilst I was away. Thanks so much to you all. X”

“Once again we are very happy with Kate's dog sitting services. Dottie loves spending time with her and is treated like one of the family. Dottie has many little quirks, such as being reactive to other dogs, but Kate takes everything on board and it not phased by this. We always feel we are leaving her in a safe pair of hands. Thank you Kate.”

“Marina took great care of Enzo. He was well looked after, got taken on many walks and he looked so settled when he was with her. Marina sent us daily updates when she looked after him which put our mind at ease whilst we were away :)”

“We relocated to Worcester and needed someone to look after our beagle. Holly was amazing, she was super accommodating to all our needs and our beagle had an amazing time. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend highly enough. She is outstanding and the service was second to none.”

About: I have owned 2 dogs within my adult life, both from puppies. This means I have experience looking after puppies, training them and sticking to a routine. I have always been bought up around dogs, and my family has dogs too which I look after. I have a massive love for all dogs, regardless of their size and breed. Unfortunately my 2 dogs have passed away, leaving a massive hole in my heart and currently I am not in the position to have another… leading me to Rover to give me the opportunity to be around dogs still. I am currently working from home, so I have a lot of time to give your dog. I am available different times, for either drop in, walks, boarding or over night stays within your home. Within my house we have a big garden and lots of fields nearby, meaning I will be able to exercise your dog however works best for them. I do not have a fenced garden, but can put your dog on a long line should this be required. Otherwise I will always be present when they are outside going to the toilet.

“Becky was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Leon loved the family and was very settled. Lots of photos and messages letting us know how he was. Would totally recommend”

“Sylvie and Jack looked after Pippa so well again. She was very happy to be there with them in their lovely house and did not appear to want to come home! No hesitation in recommending them.”

“Holly was wonderful host for my dog Larry who clearly enjoyed his stay from all the pictures which Holly sent over during his stay. Holly was thorough with all the information before the stay and provides a very professional service. Will definitely recommend and will be booking again soon”

“Mai & Joe provide such an amazing cat sitting service — I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else! They are always so respectful of my home, and it’s clear how much care and attention they give to my cats while I’m away. My cats are always happy, relaxed, and well cared for when I return, which gives me complete peace of mind. I also really appreciate the regular updates and lots of lovely photos they send during each visit. It’s so reassuring to see my cats happy and comfortable. I highly recommend Mai & Joe to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and trustworthy cat sitters!”

“Neil was absolutely marvellous. Hoping to book him again in the future if he’s free. He gave daily updates which was very reassuring and his real love for cats comes through. Highly recommend. ”

“Kim has looked after my two cats twice in the past year. They’re both very nervous and hide away from visitors but Kim was very patient and eventually won them over! She kept me updated with pics and messages and I came home to two very happy cats. I’d highly recommend Kim if you want to be sure that your cats are well cared for while you’re away.”

“Highly recommend Niamh, what a lovely, kind and caring person. My cat Dash was well cared for while I was away. Niamh sent little updates and pictures at every visit, which was such a lovely, personal touch. This was my first time using a drop in service but Niamh made me feel at ease.”

“Leo was fantastic, he pampered our three cats and guinea pigs for a week whilst we were away and provided thorough updates following each visit, which we were grateful for. We would book him again and again! Thank you! ”

“Leanna and Lauren did an amazing job of looking after my 2 cats. They took the time to get to know the cats and their personalities and fussed & played with them as well as feeding them and administering medication (tablets and eye ointment) to one of the cats. They sent detailed updates and lovely photos. Unfortunately one of my cats became ill and they quickly identified the problem and let me know straight away. Using a cat sitter when my cat was unwell and needing medication was difficult but Leanna and Lauren showed a lot of care and compassion and were very reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again.”

“Lisa looked after Keeva for an entire week whilst we were away and did a brilliant job. She sent many updates and ensure Keeva was fully looked after. I’d highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a cat sitter. Keeva was very happy on our return. ”

“I couldn’t be more pleased with Kate’s service. Pepper my cat was so relaxed when I got home from my holiday. Regular updates and photos while I was away were very welcome! Thank you, Kate.”

About: Several years of cat care in a cattery setting has helped me understand cats and their individualities! Cats are currently a part of my family (we have 3 rescues) and I regularly care for friends’ and neighbours’ cats. I’m patient and understanding, knowing that cats need a calm demeanour and good intentions to warm up to you!

“Sam was a godsend this Christmas after difficulties finding someone to look after Aggie over the holiday period. Sam was available to feed and water and replace cat litter and did so cheerfully despite being hissed at once or twice! The daily reports and photos were all very reassuring and I returned to find Aggie in perfect health. Highly recommend and hope she will be available in future.”

About: I used to be a dog person more so than a cat person, until my mother got a cat in my teenage years. There isn’t any sort of love like a cats love. When we rescued our Mildred, she was skinny, awfully frightened of anything that moved, and all around in a bad place. Since then, she’s improved leaps and bounds, and looking after her so intently made me fall in love with cats in a way that’s hard to describe.

“Jennie, provides a professional service. She was kind and patient with my two timid indoor cats and took great care of them whilst I was away on holiday for 11 nights. Jennie provided videos and pictures everyday reassuring me that they were happy and eating well. The cats soon got used to her and they've now made a new friend. I wouldn't hesitate in contacting Jennie again and would certainly recommend to others if they are concerned about leaving cats. Thank you Jennie 😊”

“Dany is absolutely brilliant with our 12 week old puppy. He makes sure she is well cared for and not lonely. He goes above and beyond what we expect of him. I can't recommend Dany enough!”

About: I’ve always taken care of my family/friends dogs ever since I was 15. I’ve taken care of a dog when her little leg was broken, and her owner blindly trusted me with her. I even trained a little puppy to sit when receiving treats. I give daily updates on how the dogs are doing, and what they have done throughout the day. I’m currently at the university of Worcester, which means I do have most evenings off and weekends so I can take care of dogs over weekends, or go for walks during evenings. the dog can roam around without being harmed by any objects or areas as the house is genuinely safe. The temperature at home would also be accommodated, according to the weather. If the pet is at its own house, I would make sure to go for regular walks and spend quality time with the pet, showing love and affection.

“Wendy was absolutely brilliant. She sent us daily photo updates and spent time with our elderly cat to make sure she was ok. We came home to a very happy and relaxed cat. Could not recommend Wendy enough!”

“Absolutely incredible care, this was the first time Bernie was with someone who wasn't a family member and he loved every second of it, the picture updates sent made my day whilst I was stuck at work and he came home a very happy puppy, thank you so much for the love you showed to him 💕”

“Julie is amazing! Welcomed our severely anxious puppy into her home - and he was really happy. She is kind, gentle and patient - and you can tell how much she loves the dogs in her care. Nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciated everything she did. Thank you x”

“Marina was flexible when we needed to arrive an hour later and Casper clearly had a lovely time with her. She sent very cute photos of them having a cuddle and Casper obviously had a good run during the day. Couldn’t have asked for more!”

About: Meet us & our pup! We're Greg and Kitti, a couple based in Worcester with our cheeky Corgi, Cheddar, who turns 4 this year. We are insured to make sure we are all covered! We love dogs and wanted to open our home to one extra furry guest at a time, so your dog gets all the attention, space, and companionship they deserve without the overwhelm of a busy household. Why stay with us? We only take one guest dog at a time, meaning your pup gets a calm, relaxed environment with plenty of one-on-one attention. Greg works from home with an office upstairs, so there's always someone around throughout the day, no long stretches alone. Cheddar loves having a buddy to hang out with, and together they'll enjoy two walks a day: a longer morning adventure and a shorter evening stroll. We also have a small back garden where the dogs can potter about, play, and soak up some fresh air between walks. What to expect We treat every guest dog like part of the family. Your dog will have the run of our home alongside Cheddar, who usually claims the couch as his bed of choice! We don't have crates, but you're very welcome to bring your own if your dog prefers the comfort of their familiar den at bedtime or for downtime. Let's do an intro first! Before any booking, we always arrange an introductory meet-up so Cheddar and your dog can say hello and see how they get on together. It's really important to us that both dogs feel happy and comfortable, so this is a must before we confirm a stay. Get in touch, we'd love to hear about your dog and set up a meet! 🐕 Daily walks in the morning & afternoon around the Perry Wood area, and weekend walks in the city and Worcester Woods as the weather allows it. Kitti is home most days and Greg works from home, so there's always someone around to keep to a routine. We have separate rooms downstairs and a fenced garden for midday activities. Dogs are never left unsupervised outside, and we always ensure guest dogs are comfortable and settled before giving them more space to explore. Cheddar helps new arrivals feel at ease quickly!

About: I have had many years of experience looking after large dogs that need extensive walking and training. Throughout my childhood I have lived in a household full of various animals such as rats, German Shepherds and Rottweilers and Labradors, ducks, chickens and geese and mother cats and their kittens. I was responsible for feeding the cats and changing their litter trays multiple times daily. With the dogs, I would take them on long regular walks ensuring that their daily exercise needs were met. Alongside this, play time was key such as throwing sticks and balls for the dogs to engage with. I would also use chew toys such as tug of war to strengthen the jaw. I would also be responsible for feeding my dogs raw meat, specifically to the breed. Whilst doing this, I would ensure of their table manners before eating; demanding a paw and to wait until commanded prior to feast! Not only have I looked after my own animals, neighbours have seen my attentiveness and have asked me to look after their dogs when on holiday. I have a part time job, however it is only three days weekly so lots of availability. Also my mother who has experience growing up on a farm will be home often. I have a garden and large enough home for many different sizes of dogs. I can supervise your dog when needing the loo. The area is extremely quiet and safe, with minimal traffic down my home road. The property itself is safe.
“Another great review for Dany, after picking up Terry. I always have peace of mind whilst Terry is being looked after by Dany, as he can be reactive towards other dogs and D knows how to handle him. I love the bond between them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dany to anyone, who clearly loves animals ❤️”

“Booked in with Laura last minute and her family were very accommodating, lovely and Dobby had a great time in their care! Laura sent photos throughout the day care booking and took our dog on a walk too Would definitely book again and would highly recommend!”

“Our dog Heddwyn is typical of a cockapoo who follows his mum everywhere. We wondered how he would react to being left with someone he did not know. He was taken for a walk after we left him and all was fine. We were sent some photos of the walk and once back at Debbie’s house. Heddwyn had clearly settled well. We will be absolutely happy for Debbie to look after Heddwyn again.”

About: I've always owned a dog until recently but unfortunately I don't have a dog of my own at the moment. I have experience with a range of dog breeds having owned and dog sat: lurchers, poodle crosses, Rhodesian ridge backs, Labradors, rottweilers and mutts. No children or other dogs in the home. I regularly dog sit for friends and family. I have a large garden which is around an acre completely fenced. I work from home so I'm able to take dogs on regular walks. I work from home so always looking for company and an excuse to go on walks round the river! I travel internationally occasionally for work so I can't own my own dog but otherwise available 7 days a week I have a fully fenced 1 acre garden and no other dogs in the home. Lots of space in the house and I have a dog crate if preferred
“Holly has been amazing with my boy and I’ve absolutely loved the photos she sent, he looks so happy and he’s absolutely knackered from the walks and outdoor play. Thank you so much for looking after him and the feedback ❤️”

About: We've had dogs growing up (as pets and parents training guide dogs for the blind) most of our lives. We've loved dogsitting for friends so far and we'd like to extend this further through Rover. Although my husband works away from home during the day, I am predominantly home based with my work and so have a fair amount of flexibility to accommodate offering our services. From experience so far we do our best to stick to the routines that owners advise us of including use of treats etc. Where safe and appropriate (with the consent and knowledge of the owners) try and experiment new instructions/commands etc. Depending on the temperament of your pet we may sometimes allow them upstairs but to begin with, we will try and keep to what your pet is most familiar with.
“Eva was absolutely amazing! She was quick to respond to my inquiry and was so kind and caring to peppa! Would definitely recommend her to friends and will be using her services again soon!”

“Vitor and his wife Maya are so friendly and took great care of Schubert. He had the best time playing with their little dog Helga and exploring their house and garden 😆 You can tell they really care and they kept us informed 😊 We definitely recommend them as dog sitters and we would leave Schubert with them again! Thank you both! 🙏🏼”

“Olivia had been brilliant. My little prince Frankie loved her and of course his best friend Max. I would definitely recommend Olivia she has been wonderful, caring and took time in knowing Frankie. I could go to work and not worry as I knew Frankie was in safe hands. Thanks again Olivia.”

About: Recently, after trying to find a home from home for our beautiful Labrador whilst we are in holiday, we realised and experienced just how difficult it is to find local availability to offer the personalised and affectionate service we desired for our girl. We have never been a fan or open to the idea of kennels where our fur baby sleeps outside on her own and without human interaction which she loves so dearly. We want kind and caring pet lovers to share their home with our beautiful fur baby. That's why we've decided to sign up and offer our service to share our home and love with other peoples beloved fur babies so that they can enjoy their holidays and time away from home, without worrying about the safety, care and happiness of their babies. We are lucky enough to work from home 4 days a week and on the one day we aren't at home our beautiful Labrador has a professional dog walker to take her out and care for her needs. We get out walking at least twice a day and have lots of time for cuddles and mental stimulation in between. We have a large, secured garden and access to a big green space just behind the house. Our 14 month old Labrador is fully house and crate trained but she is left to roam free during the day and we constantly keep an eye on her.

“Trusting a stranger with your dog, personally for me , was quite an anxious experience. However, when Julie came round to visit Phoenix, I felt reassured and knew hundred percent that she was the one for Phoenix. Clearly, she has a love for dogs and from the communication I could tell that she had a lot of experience. Julie goes above and beyond and my dog loves going for walks with her. He has a great time and I can see this from the photos. I wouldn’t use anyone else.”

“Super care of my Eliza from Marina, who is friendly and very caring. She’s extremely professional providing updates on each walk, with amount of toilet stops, photos and videos. We very grateful to her for the wonderful care she provided and how she recognised what Eliza needed on each walk. Definitely recommend Marina thank you so very much 🫶🏻”

“I was able to book Leanna at very short notice to walk my to walk my dog Teddy. It was great that she offered a meet & greet, however due to time constraints we weren’t able to fit it in, but I appreciated the offer. Leanne’s communication was excellent re: times. Leanna was lovely with Teddy who was clearly comfortable in Leanne’s company. I would definitely book Leanna again.”

“Mai and Jo have been fab with our nervous dog, Tilly. They are very patient and understanding and have put time into getting to know her to ensure they are all comfortable with each other before an upcoming house sit. She came back very happy from her walk today!”

About: There is a saying that resonates with me quite strongly - our pets are a chapter in our lives, but we are their whole book. Making our animals lives the most fulfilling they can be is very important to me. I’ve had all sorts of pets since the day I can remember. Dogs, cats, hamsters, even gerbils! Looking after pets of any kind brings me a sense of fulfilment, and there isn’t a moment I don’t enjoy. I recently left my retail job, as it wasn’t bringing me fulfilment, and working with people isn’t my forte due to my neurodiversity. As such, I have all the time in the world to spend with your pets, as short or as long as you might need it! Whether you just need someone to walk your pooch, drop in, or stay for a longer period of time, I’ll be there! (Honestly, the longer I can stay with them, the better!) As I currently don’t have the space required for onboarding animals, I cannot offer that as a service. However, during stays to your home, I can offer do anything that would make you the most comfortable. Hourly check-ins via messaging, walks at certain times, and if they need crating or a little training, I’m happy to do that as well.

“Stephanie was a great help when I had to be away from home longer than I like to leave Frankie on his own. Stephanie kept me updated on arrival, photos of the walk and how much Frankie enjoyed it. She's very reliable and I will definitely be asking her again 😀”

“Hugo is not used to people in his home but Jennifer has put him at ease very quickly and he is happy to have her walk him. This is reassuring for us while we are out at work to have someone to walk Hugo and give him the exercise and cuddles he needs when we are not able to.”

“Would definitely recommend. Leo our pup really enjoyed his walk with Charlie Louise. Great communication and very flexible with times. Sent lovely pictures from the walks, showing one very happy dog. Thanks again, will be in touch soon.”

“Liliana was great! She was communicative and punctual and was awesome with my dog Ziti! Ziti is high-energy but Liliana did a great job of tiring her out with a nice long walk which was very much appreciated! Would recommend Liliana and would definitely book her again in the future!”

“Sophie looked after our energetic pug x for a week and we are really happy with the service provided. We met before hand in a public park which was a nice way to get to know Sophie and for her to see our dog in a neutral environment. Sophie was flexible with drop off and pick up timings which was much appreciated. While we were away Sophie sent photos and updates which was reassuring. Our dog was clearly very settled as he often gets overwhelmed by change and refuses food, this didn't happen at all with Sophie. Thanks for looking after him!”

“Peter and Jane were fantastic looking after Bonnie. They sent us regular updates, took her for so many walks and trips out and generally just cared and loved her as if she was their own. I can’t recommend them enough and will absolutely be sending Bonnie back.”

“Nelly had a lovely stay with Kerry and family. She was loved and cared for and it really was home from home. Kerry sent regular updates and it was reassuring to know that she was in good hands. A big thank you from us and we look forward to seeing you again soon 😊🐾”

“Bailey had a lovely mini break with Lucy. I was a bit nervous getting him minded last minute by someone new but she really helped him settle & was reassuring. Thank you Lucy & Hunny ?.”

“Emily has looked after Henry very well. I can thoroughly recommend her. She and her sons looked after Henry so well. She sent us loads of photos and gave us a regular update. Thank you Emily and sons.”

About: I’ve cared for multiple pets over the years, including both dogs and cats, and have always treated them like part of the family. I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe, loved, and well looked after while you’re away. I’m attentive, patient, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, making sure they feel comfortable, happy, and cared for in my home. I work full time four days a week, but I’m home on weekends and have one weekday off, which allows me to be flexible with pet care. I plan my schedule around the pets I’m caring for to make sure they get plenty of attention, companionship, walks, and cuddles, and I’m always mindful of keeping to their usual routines. Pets in my care are treated like part of the family. We live in the countryside with a large, fully fenced garden, countryside walks just yards from our home, and an acre paddock where dogs can safely run and play. I tailor care to each pet’s usual routine, whether that’s long walks, playtime, or quieter time to relax. We have an extra large crate available for dogs who are used to sleeping in one, but dogs are also very welcome to sleep on the sofa and make themselves at home. our 2 year old German Pointer certainly does! My priority is always making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and happy, whether in my home or following an owner’s preferences.
