About: I stand out as a pet sitter because of my extensive hands-on experience with a wide variety of animals and my deep passion for their care. Growing up, I had the privilege of sharing my life with pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, lizards, and even hamsters—which taught me the importance of understanding the unique needs of each species. Beyond my personal experience, I’ve done work experience with horses, giving me valuable insight into caring for larger animals and reinforcing my ability to handle different temperaments. I also have firsthand experience raising and caring for my own puppy, Reggie. Training and looking after a young dog has honed my skills in patience, consistency, and creating a safe, nurturing environment. Whether it’s caring for a playful puppy, a senior pet, or something in between, my diverse background ensures I’m equipped to handle it all. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, especially during my free time. I love spending this time caring for and bonding with animals, whether it’s ensuring my cat Echo is happy and healthy or looking after other pets. In my downtime, I focus on feeding, grooming, and playing with them, making sure they get the attention and care they deserve. Whether it’s cleaning litter boxes, preparing meals, or taking pets out for exercise, I find it incredibly rewarding to dedicate my free time to their well-being. It’s a chance for me to unwind while doing something meaningful, and it always brings me a sense of joy and fulfillment. When caring for pets in their owner’s home, I focus on providing them with comfort and maintaining their usual routine to minimize stress. Whether staying in the home or visiting for regular check-ins, I tailor my approach to meet the pet’s specific needs. For pets that require walks, I ensure they get the right amount of exercise and stimulation, keeping them safe and happy while exploring their favorite spots. During check-ins, I monitor their behavior, health, and comfort—whether it’s feeding them, refreshing their water, or simply giving them some playtime and affection. My goal is to make sure pets feel cared for and secure in their own environment while giving their owners peace of mind.

About: Hi, my name is Rachel I have two grown-up daughters and work full-time in the NHS at St. Georges Hospital [Monday- Friday] I grew-up in Yorkshire surrounded by animals, my mum used to take in stray cats. I spent a great deal of my time helping to take care of those cats. All with their individual personalities. Also in my childhood I grew-up around horses and I was lucky enough to have my own horse called Prince [a long with a goat called Heidi]. For the last 4 years I have been looking after small dogs, without charge through Borrow My Doggy. In which I have been providing day care, over night and weekend care without charge. This has brought me great joy, built new friendships and has been life changing. Recently we have moved to Carshalton to a lovely ground floor maisonette, with a lovely garden that is private and very secure. Plus, in the Carshalton area we have lots of parks, green areas, river walks which are great for doggy walking. With our recent move, I would like to earn a small extra income by doing something I love - looking after small dogs. By providing weekend care, over night stays, and doggy walking services. Additionally I can provide house sitting and cat feeding services. Helping pet owners find safe, loving and reliable care for their beloved pets. The service I am able to offer is mainly weekend care due to work commitments. Plus evening doggy walking services, and occasional over night stays in the week. For anyone needing cat feeding services, I would be able to accommodate early morning visits plus evening visits. If anyone is looking for a house sitter, this is something I am also able to offer. Please if you would like to know anything else, or have any further questions do not hesitate to contact me and I look forward to hearing from you. I work for the NHS at St. Georges hospital, and the service I can offer is mainly for weekend pet care, that includes over night stays and feeding visits. Evening and over night stays can be accommodated during the week. I have a beautiful private garden that is very secure, with direct access to it from my kitchen. Our home is a ground floor maisonette, very light and spacious. This would ensure at all times I can see the pets in my care. All pets in my care would be treated with love and kindness

“Darrin was amazing with my two girls. Such a lovely man who truly cares for animals . My doggies felt so comfortable with him which is all I could ever wish for. Darrin was also so accommodating with our request for him to bring our girls to our wedding venue for a short time in order to grab some pics. Thank you for everything?”

About: I love animals. I have always had dogs. Those two little black ones on my pics are my dogs, they are in Spain and I really miss them. Dogs make me happy, and I think I make them happy too. I would take care of your dog as my own. I can offer my time after 18/18:30 Monday to Fridays so I could take your dog out for a walk. Weekends I’m off so I’m all free ☺️ I live in a flat on a second floor no lift. There’s a common garden around my block and nice areas around for nice walks.

About: I am a part-time Teaching Assistant who lives at the top of Sutton. There are many parks around and lots of pets that live on my road and run aound in the communal garden. I have taken care of friends and families pets when they have gone away and want to give comfort and security to other pet owners that their pets will be well looked after whilst they are away. I am about to become a foster carer so am looking for work that allows me to help others while fitting around my role as a foster carer. I have a lot of experience with cats, rabbits and small animals and a little experience with dogs that belong to friends and families. I have never had a dog myself but adored my nan's dogs as a child and learnt alot about how to interact with dogs. I have previously dog sat whilst also looking after my cousins new born. I have had cats since 2015. I have also previously had rabbits and hamsters. There was a 3 year period where I rented a flat that didn't allow pets and I greatly missed having a furry companion. I currently have 2 cats of my own who I adore and who are fully vaccinated and regularly treated with flea and worm medication. I understand how difficult it can be to go away when you have pets and ensuring they are well taken care of. I try to ensure your pet's routine is as uninterrupted as possible and give them the attention they need to keep them happy while their favourite human is away. I have looked after family and friends pets while they have been away ensuring the pets are fed, played with and kept happy and healthy. I understand that our pets are not just animals but are members of our families and will treat them as such while I care for them. I currently work part-time so have time in the morning and evenings to visit your pet to feed and play with them. I will be able to do some overnight stays to ensure your pet and house or looked after whilst you are away. I will do my best to stick to your pets usual routine to ensure minimal disruptions to them. I will spend some time with them giving them attention and fuss to keep them as happy as possible in the absence of their favourite human.

“Anouska was amazing. Arrived on time, was very personable and Toffee immediately took to her. Anouska checked in with us and Toffee was happy and worn out at the end of the day! Recommended!”

About: I have my own 9 year old rescue dog who was very apprehensive and quite difficult to begin with. In 2 years the little guy has come so far. I can happily look after a young pup or your older dog, and have experience taking care of a sensitive, temperamental fur baby of my own. I am currently working from home most days (excluding Wednesday) and can easily fit in a quick walk or 2 during my day. After work and over the weekends I would be happy to take your dog for a longer more active walk or would be able to stay overnight or make frequent visits to check in on them. I am here to help you make your best friends feel happy and safe, so if you have any special requirements please let me know. Any dogs that need some extra attention or lots of belly rubs are always welcome.
