Egan seemed totally contented and relaxed in every video and I believe he became quite attached to Ivy and her family. Judit and family were beyond helpful, kind, considerate and kept us fully up to date with lots of lovely and reassuring pics/videos. We were welcomed into their home pre weekend stay so that Hemingway could get used to the space, they took this time to get to know him and chatted away in a friendly and warm manner. About: I have adopted a rescue 5 years ago and due to her anxiety, can administer medication and pick up on many behavioural signs before there is a problem. I have worked very regularly with a behaviourist and a vet behaviourist for over a year and a half, so I have great knowledge and experience with training, dog body language, positive reinforcement and many others. As much as I do not offer training services, I am happy to learn your dog's routines, key words and ongoing training so that I can stick to it as consistency is key. As my dog is shy, I do not accept puppies, reactive or hyperactive dogs. I am more than happy with all other dogs and that includes seniors as I have a private garden (and a flat on a ground floor so only 1 step) so they can go potty as often as they need. I also live 5 min from holyrood, so can take your pooch on a long walk if required. I work from home 4 days a week. My office day changes sometimes, but I'm usually in the office on Tuesday or Wednesday for half a day so I'm out for 5h. My office day can be easily changed to accommodate caring for your pet properly as long as I get a few days notice. It will be best if your dog doesn't have separation anxiety in case I need to pop out, but if SA is a thing, please just let me know so we can agree the right level of care. I have a fenced front garden and my flat is on the ground floor. No steps in the flat so perfect for seniors. I have a friendly but shy medium dog. I also have a spare dog bed, a bowl and a licky mat if it's easier to not carry all that every time. And of course your dog is welcome to play with my dog's toys.

Daniel sent regular updates and plenty of photos, and took the time to meet up beforehand to get to know her. Felt like she was in good hands and I picked up a happy and settled dog. I know she'll be very happy to go back to him next time I'm away!”
