“Ann was brilliant with Willow. I got lots of updates and photos, and I was happy to see that willow had made herself at home in Ann’s home and looked very happy and comfortable in Ann’s care. Ann came down to collect and to drop willow back off, which was really helpful and much appreciated. Thank you Ann, we will see you again 😊”

“Amy was incredibly caring and we felt really safe leaving Arwen with her. She made sure to understand Arwen's habits thoroughly. She updated us with multiples pictures during the day. She truly went above and beyond for our pup. Moreover, she's very friendly and nice! We would definitely book her again 😀”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbours, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I have experience with energetic puppies, gentle seniors, and everything in between. I treat every dog as if they were my own, with love, patience, and lots of playtime! As a master’s student at the University of Stirling who works from home, I have a flexible schedule and spend most of my time at home—perfect for keeping your pet company! I don’t have any pets of my own, so your dog will get all my attention! I live in a quiet, pet-friendly home right by a beautiful canal walk—perfect for daily adventures. Since I work from home, I can provide consistent supervision and follow your dog’s routine closely.

“Jiawen looked after my little dog at very short notice. I received multiple photos throughout the time and my dog seemed happy when I collected her. Would definitely recommend Jiawen :)”

“Ashley (and Winnie!) has been an absolute amazing sitter, regular updates, can clearly see how much she cares and Frankie is always excited to go over. Thanks for taking such excellent care of her! ☺️”

“Gavin was kind enough to look after Dolly for me while I was attending a family funeral in the area. It was the first time I had used Rover and my first time leaving her with anyone other than a close friend so I was nervous as you can imagine! I needn’t have worried - from my first contact with Gavin, he went out of his way to reassure me and made sure to find out all about Dolly. He so obviously loves dogs and has a calm, quietly confident way about him that put us both at ease when we arrived and I honestly had no doubts at all about leaving her. Gavin knew that the best way to help her settle when I left was to take her for a walk straight away and she happily trotted off to investigate all the new smells with barely a backward glance. He told me what he had planned for the day to check I was happy and kept me updated with photos during their time together. Dolly can be a bit stressy in new situations and doesn’t always take to strangers, but by the time I went to collect her she seemed totally at ease in Gavin’s company. My only regret is that we don’t live closer as I’d love for us to be able to use him regularly. If you are looking for a genuinely kind and lovely guy to look after your precious pooch, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gavin, he is fabulous!”

“Celia and her sister were really lovely and immediately put our dog at ease with cuddles and gentleness. We got lots of pictures during Paola's visit too which was so reassuring!”

About: Hello! I love dogs and have lived with them since I was 8 years old. I have lots of experience looking after dogs of different personalities, from my first dog Alpha who was a highly energetic spaniel that we had since she was a puppy to my current dog Sula who is a shy and tender rescue. I also have looked after dogs from family and friends of all sizes, and I am experienced with administering medication. I recently moved to Bearsden and I’m at home all day with Sula so your dog will be accompanied all day and given regular walks with my dog. Sula, is a very sweet and tender girl, she is friendly with dogs but not a social butterfly who would seek out their attention, she is happy to be around dogs at a comfortable distance and has never shown any sign of aggression ever. She spent the first 2.5 years of her life in a shelter so she was very nervous and scared of pretty much everything when we got here, but with a lot of patience and love she came out of her shell and now is a happy confident dog. I live with my husband, Dan, and Sula in a spacious flat, so there’s plenty space for the dogs. We allow dogs everywhere in the flat and they will be accompanied by me and my dog all the time. I will give dogs regular walks in my local area, including Cairnhill Woods, Kilmardinny Loch and Mugdock Country Park. I am happy to arrange a meet and greet for your dog with Sula and myself in advance. I am available for Doggy Day Care and Boarding, even on weekends and evenings. I only take one booking at a time with a maximum of two dogs (if they are both from the same household/family). I am currently at home all day so your dog will always have company. I normally give Sula two long walks (30-60 min depending on her mood) during the day, plus a couple of pee breaks. We like hiking on the weekends, so on those days will be giving long walks to your dog if you want. I live in a spacious flat and allow dogs everywhere, including furniture, so there's plenty of space for the dogs to move about. Dan will be around on weekends and evenings, he is great with dogs and love spending time with them too! We take Sula pretty much everywhere, so if your dog and you are happy with this they can join us too.

“Gemma was an absolute lifesaver! She took care of our mini dachshund, Figgy, at very short notice, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything went. From the moment we spoke, I could tell she genuinely cared about animals, and Figgy instantly felt comfortable around her. Throughout his stay, she kept us updated with regular photos and messages, which gave us such peace of mind. When he was picked up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. I highly recommend Gemma to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive dog sitter!”

“Sammy came home happy and relaxed after his day with Katie. He had enjoyed long walks in the park, garden time and some favourite treats. Katie was mindful of all the info I shared on Sammy. Would not hesitate to book again and recommend. Katie's home is welcoming, and she is both friendly and professional. Best of all she's a real dog-lover.”

“My furry came 3 days in a row happy and definitely I will take him back. Hazel has an amazing personality and cares about every single detail. She updated me several times a day with photos and text.”

“Willow had another great day with Tracy. Communication before and during stay was excellent. Tracy is a brilliant sitter and Willow is comfortable and happy in her care, and we are reassured that she is in great hands.”

“Holly was fantastic with Marvel! She took him on a lovely walk, provided photos, and made sure he was well looked after throughout his stay. When I arrived to pick him up, he was happily snoozing on the sofa so a clear sign he’d had a great time and felt right at home.”

About: I'm Jana, I live with my husband Iain and our 5-year old whippet Fran in a flat in the West End of Glasgow. We are relatively new to the area and we see that there are a lot of sighthounds but not enough people to look after them, so we wanted to open our home to another dog for when you go away, to make sure they have a safe space which caters specifically to whippets, greyhounds, iggys and every other long dog out there :) As I've had a whippet for a few years now, I can look after any sighthounds, understand their gentle nature, and recognise how they communicate (or fail to tell you what they want, instead staring you down with judging eyes). I am also knowledgeable about positive reinforcement principles and I am very adaptive to provide your dog with whatever they need to make sure they are happy while you do what you need to do away from them :) I work a full-time job, working from home permanently. I take my dog out three times a day as and when he asks, but as my job is pretty flexible, I can cater to any schedule. I have a 5-year-old male neutered whippet called Fran, so we will need to meet a couple of times prior to the booking to make sure he gets on with any new dogs. He is used to sharing his space with another sighthound through friends and doggy sitting. I have a 2-bedroom flat with plenty of dog beds, human beds and couches to lounge on. The flat is in a quiet cul-de-sac off of Kelvindale Road, right on the Kelvin Walkway and by the canal. I drive, so I can take your doggy somewhere nice for a lovely long walk.

“Lauren was fantastic from start to finish. My dog immediately took to her and I could see from her photos that he was relaxed and happy in her company. Lauren's communication was also great, thank you for helping make our trip and successful one. Highly recommended!”
