4. Magdalena W.
“I honestly can’t thank Magdalena enough, she was warm, knowledgeable and accommodating! I was very nervous leaving my senior frenchie Delia with someone for the first time in 10 years.. she’s also starting to need additional care and attention as her health and mind are starting to show signs of aging. Magdalena handled me and Delia like a real professional! I was very anxious but she explained her plan for introducing Delia to her home and sent me updates and reassurances that completely put me at ease. I have complete confidence in Magdalena and look forward to Delia being able to visit again soon :)”

About: Hi, I’m Louise, I am a full time home worker for the NHS. I have a Bsc Biology from Leeds University, I’m a mum to a 14yr old girl and a 10yr old boy. I have two dogs of my own, a cockapoo and a spaniel, both are excellent with other dogs. This is very much a home environment so your dog will need to be comfortable with older children and other dogs. I have my own property and garden. I provide three walks a day, morning lunch times and after work. I work from home full time barring 2 days a month in the office. I am in the house all day with my own two dogs. I treat your dog like it’s my dog. It will have access to all of my house and my garden. No issues with pets on the furniture or beds. I regularly walk in Rouken Glen park and Greenbank gardens.
7. Anne Marie M.
“Anne Marie and her Papillon, Pepsi, made time for a meet-and-greet in advance of our booking. My dog Sammy got on fine with Pepsi and they spent time getting comfortable with one another in the park. Anne Marie made Sammy very welcome for his daycare at her calm, comfortable and welcoming home. I got lots of reassuring pics during the day of Sammy enjoying walks and snoozing happily. Sammy was relaxed and happy by the end of the day when I picked him up, after settling well into his home-from-home.”

They are walked regularly by Ella, mostly local, but sometimes long walks up hills and long treks. About: I started as a child rescuing strays and have rescued many since, I am a stay at home mother to an eleven year old daughter. We have 2 labs at present our old girl (whisper 14yrs)and her grandaughter(princess 1yr old) I literally dedicate my life to my family and pets, I pet sit regularly for friends and family so thought this would be perfect for me. Especially as we live in a small village and have a large fenced in garden. I walk my dogs every day long walks up the woods or sometimes down the local beach, as my daughters at school all day. Its a non smoking household, and i love pampering my pooches both of which are well socialised and love other dogs. I dont work outwith the home, so most of my time is dedicated to looking after my home, family and my dogs. I have always took rescue dogs. Until recently that is. As whisper was an ex breeding bitch that we took in, in order to give her the later yrs she deserved. But when we realised what an amazing dog she was, aswel as her outstanding pedigree, i decided to buy 1 of her daughters "autumn" pups ( as i know these breeders very well. I bought her in order to start breeding since i am at home all the time now. And since i have a few friends that already breed, i have plenty of people to rely on for advice. But "princess is only a yr old so i dont intend to breed her for another yr anyway. Hence why i decided to try this out. It just feels like the ideal job for me. I have a large fenced in garden. Both my dogs are crate trained and well socialised, i also have all the necessary crates, leads etc etc in order to care for dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am a stay at home mother to my eleven yr old daughter who is also an avid dog lover and one day hopes to become a vet. I walk my dogs every day, usually at least twice a day and having patio doors that lead straight out into my garden is ideal, as i tend to leave it open for the dogs to come in n out at there leisure. And no matter what i am doing, i am able to keep an eye on them whether they are in or out., The village i live in is surrounded by fields and wooded areas so i can allow my dogs to safely run and play off lead too, but until i knew other peoples dogs well enough to trust them to run off lead, i do have long extending leads too. So no matter how well your dog is or isnt off lead they will still be able to join in the long leisurely walks and all the fun that entails. We also live a 5min drive from the local beach where my dogs love to go at the weekends.
19. Lin H.
“Lin has home boarded my dog, Rusty, several times over the last few years. She takes such good care of him; he bounds in the door to meet her when we drop him off. Lin is knowledgable and confident in handling Rusty and I have no concerns about entrusting her to look after him. She has the ideal set up with a large, secure back garden. If you are looking for someone to walk or home board your dog, I highly recommend you consider Lin.”
20. Sarah H.
“I would highly recommend Sarah to take care of your best fury friend/s! I am a professional dog walker and pet sitter, and have been running my local business since 2009. I have known Sarah for most of that duration, and she has joined me on many a dog walk, and also helped me introduce newbie dogs into the mix, as i needed somebody with Sarah's skills and experience to assist in the process so all the dogs could feel at ease. Sarah has the balance between being loving and reward based, with a calm, confident presence. My own companion, Tilly, a 32kg labradoodle whom I had the honour of sharing my life with until she died a couple of years ago, absolutely adored her, and if i mentioned her name and said she was coming over, Tilly would lay by the door in waiting, and i have pictures to prove it!! Rest assured your your pet - any pet - will enjoy their time with Sarah and be in safe, capable and loving hands.”
