Emily looked after George overnight and kept me informed with pictures and video. I would highly recommended Emily and we will definitely have George back there again soon. Thanks

Another wonderful stay for Winnie! Winnie stayed with Koko, YoYo and their children for a week this time at 7 months old. Minute Winnie saw the family again she flew into the house and never looked back. And by the looks of it, the full week was full of love, fun and new experiences with people she just absolutely adores. Communication from Yoyo as always is wonderful and thorough. I was never left guessing about he she was and as I was nervous about her eating, my worries were put to ease daily and we had no problems. This family love my dog. And I can’t ask anymore than that. It’s so clear how much they involve her with their own activities and how they trust her to get involved with their children’s activities and even their own pets. Winnie has had some really wonderful experiences spending time with the family and that’s such invaluable experience for her as she grows. Winnie has another holiday booked here soon. And to be honest, I’ll probably have to book the odd couple of days here and there even when I don’t need it as Winnie just loves them too. She came home a happy dog who missed them for a good couple of days after. Wonderful boarder I am so happy I found them!

Jennifer looked after our two cocker spaniels overnight. This was her 1st time looking after our girls and she came for a meet and greet a couple of weeks before and learned all about our dogs and their needs. They were treated as part of her family, and walked several times with lots of photos to update us along the way. The dogs seemed very happy and relaxed. I would not hesitate to use Jennifer again or recommend Jennifer to anyone needing dog sitting in the Ayrshire area.

Ashleigh was our first sitter for our wee rescue, meaning I was a little anxious. I needn’t have been. Our wee pooch received so much more than being sat. He was loved, by her whole family. Ashleigh sent me regular messages and photos throughout the time and our boy was completely relaxed on pick up. Highly recommend Ashleigh’s services.

About: I have taken care of a wide range of breeds from pomeranians (my own) to collies, to vislas, to crossbreeds. My home has a gated garden therefore freedom to roam outside securely! I own my own dog Winston and he gets three walks a day. One in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. I work from home some days during the week and these days I have the back door open for the dog to roam in and out the house as he pleases. I have eyes on him at all times as my dining table is located at the back door which is beneficial. I have one friendly dog who will keep your dog company and a fenced garden. My neighbours are an elderly couple who give my dog one treat every day through the fence and they love it when I take my other neighbours dogs for the day, the more the merrier. My area has lots of nice woodland walks near by and I have a car to travel to spots in the area - dogs will ALWAYS be kept safely on the lead. Open to altering my day to fit around the specific needs of your dog.

About: Hi, I'm Alice! I'm a genuine dog lover who enjoys spending quality time with dogs of all ages and personalities. While living in Glasgow, I looked after a lovely Schnauzer once a week for three years, building a great bond through regular walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. I've recently moved to a peaceful home just outside Kilmarnock with a large, secure garden that's perfect for playing, exploring, and relaxing outdoors. Whether your dog loves long walks, games of fetch, or simply curling up for some company, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet, and I'll treat your dog with the same love, care, and attention as if they were my own. If you're looking for a friendly, reliable, and caring sitter, I'd love to meet you and your furry friend. Please feel free to get in touch—I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Alice 🐾 Pet care fits easily into my daily routine as I have a flexible schedule and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. I make time each day for walks, playtime, feeding, and giving plenty of attention and affection. I also have a large garden where dogs can safely play and burn off energy. Whether your dog needs company during the day, regular walks, or overnight care, I'll make sure they receive the love, exercise, and attention they deserve while keeping to their usual routine as much as possible. Your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. In my home, dogs will have a calm, clean, and welcoming environment with plenty of space to relax and a large garden for supervised play and exercise. I'll follow your dog's usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, medication (if needed), and any specific instructions you provide. When caring for dogs in an owner's home, I'll treat both your home and your dog with the utmost respect. I'll ensure your dog receives lots of attention, exercise, companionship, and affection while keeping them comfortable in their familiar surroundings. I'll also keep you updated with regular messages and photos, so you can relax knowing your dog is happy and well cared for.

About: I have two cats of my own, both who were rescues from cat protection. Phoebe, my oldest girl, came to me very shy and timid, having experienced a lot of trauma. Shes now thriving in our home and is the boss of the house. Louie, my youngest, was rescued from a house of 11 cats and I was able to give him a quieter, calmer way of life. About: I’ve had vizslas for around 20 years now, as a teenager we had one in the family home and when he sadly passed we fostered several and one long term. When I moved out I got my own vizsla puppy and he’s 3.5 now but still my big baby. Arlo was a very challenging puppy and although he is still high energy he’s a very good boy and loves to sleep inbetween walks. Arlo is not a morning person and would happily sleep until lunchtime most days, he needs 1.5-2 hours walks a day and has severe separation anxiety so is never left alone. He absolutely loves toys especially a ball or frisbee on a walk but he’s happy to share and never takes them off another dog. He loves to chase and be chased by his many doggy friends and has never shown any aggressions what so ever. Any time he’s given a telling off by another dog he takes the telling and doesn’t annoy them. I’ve had plenty of other family/friends dogs in our home or theirs and arlo and I both love it! Arlo sleeps in my bed cuddled in under the covers which is ridiculous but doggy guests will have the choice of a double bed in the other room, the sofa or their beds whatever suits them. Ofcourse they are allowed on the sofas and have full access to Arlo’s toys and garden. I work from home full time and as Arlo has separation anxiety he is never left alone. I work full time from home and my shifts vary slightly from 8-4,10-6 and 6-2. I walk Arlo twice per day for around 2 hours total and let him out to run around the garden as often as he likes. Another buddy for him during boarding would not change much for us just another pup to love. I have an open plan living space with a large turfed garden. I live right next to a great off lead walking spot and know all the local dogs who Arlo is of course friends with. I can accommodate needs as requested and although Arlo has full run of the house I can crate visiting dogs if needed. I will monitor the dogs at all times and send regular update pics and videos. I’m happy to have a free meet and greet/home tour prior to any bookings to ensure the dogs get along and are familiar with each other. Guest dogs will be equipped with an Apple air tag during walks for extra safety precautions.

About: AWAY UNTIL AUGUST DUE TO RELOCATION TO SCOTLAND Hello! I’m Satine! I’m a cat lover through and through - no matter what kind or breed. I’ve had pets in my home my entire life - both dogs and cats! Even in my childhood I loved to care and look after any animal I laid eyes on. I currently have two cats, Kaito (ragdoll) and Eevee (half bengal), both with very different personalities and quirks that I love to see. I plan to own even more cats when I’m able, as they’re truly one of life’s greatest joys to me. They brighten up a home and I adore to watch them grow and enjoy life. I also have experience in taking care of kittens and puppies, so if your baby is very young, I’m willing to taken them on and make sure they’re carefully looked after! I am starting college to study childcare and have worked with children as a Nursery Apprentice previously - which is a role I’m very passionate in as I also love taking care of children. My experience often overlaps with these two practices as animals and children both require a lot of careful care and nurturing. I’d love to take care of your babies for however long need be, and rest assured they will be in safe, capable hands.

About: As a 4th-year veterinary medicine student at the University of Glasgow, caring for animals isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I was a cattery house manager for 2+ years before attending vet school and have looked after my own beloved cats alongside regularly cared for pets belonging to friends and family. Over the past four years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in various veterinary practices, deepening both my clinical skills and my understanding of what pets truly need to feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Whether it's cuddles, playtime, or medication support, I treat every pet like my own—with patience, compassion, and genuine care. I am currently awaiting my fourth-year exam results, which I expect to receive by the end of June. Please feel free to get in touch regarding availability from September onwards. At present, I am unable to confirm dates definitively, but I will be happy to provide an update once my results are released. 🐾💜

About: I have always had pets in my home (mostly cats and dogs). I dog walk for a variety of my friends and family and have experience dog walking different breeds. I also cat sit and many have been cats that are rescued. I am excited to become and dog walker and pet sitter when required! I have recently went self employed and have so much time to dog walk and cat/dog sit when required. I prefer being self employed meaning i can do this when I want to and which best suits the owner. I am such an animal lover and want to spend time caring/ looking after animals as I see this as more of a hobby compared to a job because I love it so much. I’ve walked dogs small and large and have gained experience feeding, walking and bathing dogs.

About: With over 30 years of hands-on pet care experience, I provide a safe, loving, and attentive environment for animals of all kinds. My background includes caring for a wide range of pets—from dogs and cats to parrots and geckos—as well as experience rooted in a family farming environment, which has deepened my understanding of animal behavior and welfare. I am confident handling large dog breeds such as Great Danes, Rottweilers, and Bullmastiffs, and I ensure every pet in my care receives not only proper supervision but also plenty of affection, attention, and comfort. I also have extensive experience with cats of all breeds and temperaments, including Sphynx, Ragdolls, and Maine Coons. Each cat is treated with patience, kindness, and respect for their unique personality. Your pet’s wellbeing is my top priority, and you can trust they will be cared for as if they were my own. I’m part time working mum and fit my visits / walks in around the school run, I’m happy to be flexible with dates and times with notice. My home has a large fenced garden, and live close to parks and countryside walks, I will treat your home with respect and your pets like my own, I can offer solo walks or group walks and I’m happy to care for multiple pets.

About: Bespoke 1 to 1 dog boarding by the Sea. A calm, loving home-from-home by the coast, offering individual attention, relaxed routines and lovely seaside walks. No busy kennels or lots of unfamiliar dogs. I get to know the owner and dog before boarding so all your dogs needs are catered for. Dogs are part of the family while staying and allowed to wander, relax on the sofa and sleep in the bedroom. So if your dog is nervous, thrives in a quieter environment away from stress and triggers, requires medication or a special diet they will get all of that in my home. I’ve had my own dogs for 35 yrs and recently lost my boy. I struggled to find anywhere for him that I was happy with as he had his own special needs even since a puppy. I don’t want another dog full time now as I’m 60 and both my kids live abroad so I want the freedom now to travel but while In Scotland can give a lot of love to your dog. I decided there was a gap in the market that maybe I should fill. Kennels or home boarding alongside multiple dogs seems to be all that’s on offer. If your pooch is pampered then let me pamper them for you. I live a 2 min walk to the beach so they will love their holiday as much as you will knowing you can relax and they are happy here. If you’d like to chat more to see if we are the right fit pls message me. I currently work from Home so am available all day. I have several days off per week also so plenty time to spend cuddling your fur baby. I offer 2 walks per day and lots of cuddles and play time. I offer a 121 bespoke service to each owner so that I can tailor my service to your dogs needs. I have no other pets and only take 1 dog at a time so you can relax knowing your pet is getting all of my attention. I do not let dogs off lead under my supervision unless their recall is excellent and I’m confident in their surroundings.

About: I work for myself so am based at home during the week. I definitely need the walk/company as much as the animals! I have worked in multiple animal/dog/cat sanctuaries taking care of dogs ranging from puppies to old souls. I’ve always had dogs in the house and dog sitting for friends whenever they need me. I work for myself from home Mon - Fri so I need the company/walks just as mischievous as the animals! I set my own work hours so can be flexible to suit what ever needs to happen. I live alone in a spacious flat, we do have stairs to access the house so let me know if your dog is a little achey and needs assistance with stairs. How I look after pet in your home would be a discussion we would have prior so you felt comfortable

About: Hi I’m new to Rover but have over 20 years experience of looking after my own and clients’ dogs. I will treat your dogs just like my own, ensuring they receive unique and appropriate care whilst they are with me. I appreciate all dogs are so different and will go the extra mile to make them feel safe in my home. Having had many dogs into old age, senior dogs are perhaps a speciality of mine. I am unphased by larger breeds as I currently have a Romanian shepherd dog aged 1. She is very friendly and loves the company of other dogs. I live 5 minutes walk from the beach at Greenan Shore and just a 5 minute drive to the two beautiful local parks. The safety of your pets is paramount, I will only walk off lead with your written permission. As I have a 10 year old son, I can only take pets who are completely safe with children. My son also knows not to over pet a dog and respect space having had a very tricky rescue dog of our own in the past for many years. I am fully insured by Cliverton Pet Insurance. I work mainly from home so your pets will not be left unattended for more than 3 hours. If you have specific requests I will discuss these fully with you. I have an enclosed, private fenced garden. There is also plenty of room in the house for your pet to roam around freely. I live in a quiet, safe neighbourhood.

About: I've had both cats and dogs all throughout my life and I have plenty of experience looking after animals. I regularly look after my family and friends pets and I love having a furry companion by my side. I live in a house with a large garden with lots of room to play and all animals are welcome on our sofas and bed if that's where they are most comfortable. Also, if you'd rather we kept them off furniture to keep consistent with training at home then I'm more than happy to follow your rules. I work from home full time so I have plenty of availability and I'll be around to keep your dog company, with lots of stimulation and walks. I'm comfortable with large dogs and will do my very best to accommodate any special requests or concerns you might have. Excited to meet your furry best friend! 🐈🐶 I work from home full-time self employed so I'd love a furry companion or two to keep me company! I'm available for day sits, nights & holidays and I'm able to accommodate for as many walks needed. I'd love to keep you updated regularly about how your pet is doing with pictures and texts ☺️ happy to listen to any requests or concerns you have.

About: As a 4th-year veterinary medicine student at the University of Glasgow, caring for animals isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I’ve managed a cattery, looked after my own beloved dogs and cats, and regularly cared for pets belonging to friends and family. 🐾💜 I am currently transitioning into my final year at vet school which is claiming to be very full on leaving little free time however I update my calendar regularly so it’s usually accurate. With this being said I always try my best to fit in walks and drop ins so please do reach out and we can try sort something! I provide attentive, loving care tailored to each pet's needs. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, and keeping to their routine to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.

I work a 4 on 4 off rota and during my days off, your pups have all my attention! Whether it’s an adventure to the beach or a night in watching movies, I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my time. My house has a large enclosed front and back garden with a fox red crazy lab boy to keep your dog entertained. In your own home, I will respect all wishes and play where your pup is allowed to play!

About: I live an active lifestyle so have lots of time for long walks (or even runs) in the park to get that mid day energy out your pups. In the flip side a slow paced, short walk for senior dogs is just fine as I own one myself. Able to accommodate dogs in pairs as well as lead trained puppies. Able to drive so a variety of scenic parks and walks are available or a short walk round the block is fine as well !! I’m currently Cabin Crew so enjoy getting out and about on my time off, I do have a lot of flexibility and can easily work around 9-5 jobs, during the day and weekends I care for dogs like I do my own, they’re treated with nothing but love, cuddles and treats and are sure to be thoroughly spoiled.

Wow! Could not be more grateful impressed or recommend more highly! Kim and her husband Ali took the very best care of my nervous pup and treated her to so much love attention and adventures. They took her to a specialist dog park and were playing and chasing with her going above and beyond! I made the booking with a few hours notice for an overnight stay and Kim was so kind and gracious about every step, very understanding and sent loads of updates. Roxy was spoilt with cuddles affection and attention and had the best sleepover party ever - thank you both I feel so lucky to have found you!

I have a secure, fully fenced garden and plenty of lovely local walking routes to keep them happy and active. My home is fully equipped with everything they might need, including comfortable dog beds, bowls, toys, poop bags, treats (with your permission), and a large crate if they’re crate trained or prefer their own safe space.
