“Our little mini dashcund Chip was well looked after with Marcia. A genuine dog loving home and a very knowledgeable host in Marcia. Our boy can be anxious but Marcia took great care of him and kept us fully informed with lots of pics and videos so we didn't need to worry about him during our holiday. Thanks again Marcia.”

She treated him like he was her own dog, taking him on plenty of lovely walks and even stopping off at a pub garden with him – he clearly had the best time! He came back happy, relaxed, and clearly very well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to let Emily care for him again. Thank you so much, Emily – we’re both very grateful!”

“Jennie was so lovely and accommodating. She kept Basil safe, happy and entertained when I booked at the last minute. Basil isn't your typical dog but Jennie took it all in her stride. Thanks so much, you really helped me out! Would highly recommend and book again!”

“I have just picked Finn my GSD up from a weekend stay with Ellie and her partner Jack. It was obvious he didn’t want to leave. Ellie sent me some lovely videos of Finn having fun on walks with their dog Bonnie. I would fully recommend Ellie and Finn will definitely be back to stay soon .”

“Tessa was wonderful with Toffee, she took the time for meet and greet and Toff loved her. She had a great time roaming around the house and playing in the garden with Tessa’s poodles. We had a nice holiday because we knew Toff was in good hands, we received photos and updates daily and saw how happy she was on walks and at home. I was searching for someone to allow doggies around the house and on sofa, not to put them in crates and found Tessa to be the perfect host for our little doggie. Definitely will ask her again to petsit for us. Thanks again for everything dear xx”

About: PLEASE NOTE I am currently in Canada so my responses will be delayed About Me Hi, I’m Gina, a lifelong dog lover based in Derby. I used to have a rescue lurcher who I adored, so I understand the love, care, and patience dogs need, especially those with a sensitive or unique background. Sadly, I lost my dog in October, and while I’m not ready for a new pup of my own just yet I’d love to offer a loving and reliable home to care for yours. My Home & Experience I have a pet-friendly home with a secure, good-sized, enclosed garden that’s perfect for playtime. I also have a large dog crate available for dogs who prefer the comfort and security of their own space. Whether your dog loves cuddles on the sofa or quiet naps in their own corner, I tailor my care to suit their routine and personality. What I Offer • Dog sitting (in my home) • Overnight boarding (in my home) • Flexible availability • Comfortable, calm environment with one-on-one attention I know how important it is to feel at ease when leaving your dog in someone else’s care, so I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to arrange a meet & greet! I work from home Monday to Friday which means I’m around throughout the day to provide consistent care, supervision, and company for your dog. My routine is flexible, so I can easily accommodate morning, lunchtime or evening walks, feeding schedules, playtime and quiet rest periods tailored to your pet’s needs. Dogs are never left alone for long. In the week they may be occasions where they are left for no longer than 2 hours at a time and weekends no longer than 4 hours. During the day, I work from my home office upstairs where dogs are welcome to join me and relax by my side while I work. They will enjoy a calm, quiet environment with plenty of attention and reassurance. I have a good-sized, enclosed garden, perfect for supervised playtime and regular toilet breaks throughout the day. There’s also a large dog crate available for dogs who feel more secure having their own space but this is optional depending on your dog’s needs. In the evenings, we can unwind together downstairs. Pets are welcome on the sofa for cuddles and company. I tailor care to suit each dog’s routine and personality, whether they prefer playtime, peaceful naps, or lots of affection. Your pet will feel safe, settled and part of the home.

“Martha settled brilliantly with Eve, who was so warm and welcoming… Eve is the first person, outside of our family we’ve left Martha with, and she was amazing. We will now use her whenever we need a sitter. Martha loved her!”

“Booked with Holly as we were in the area for two days. Communication was consistent and reliable, and Holly sent lots of photos which was much appreciated. She made sure they were comfortable and asked about their usual routine. Our two dogs loved being with Holly, with two walks and lots of snuggles. Couldn't recommend Holly more!”

“Hannah, Matt and Reggie looked after our Shepski Storm for a week over new year and they were outstanding! The level of care, updates, reassurance and flexibility was outstanding! Storm was treated like she was one of their own. She got on really well with their gorgeous dog Reggie, and to see them snuggled up together was so lovely! We couldn't have looked after our baby any better ourselves. Thank you so so much ❤️”

“Sophie and Bryony were fantastic. Binky is just amazing, and bundle of gorgeousness. It's been years since we left Dexter and Mia so we were really nervous about leaving them. We didn't need to be. They had an amazing time. Sophie and Bryony kept us updated with stunning photos and updates. We were able to completely relax knowing they were being well looked after. Dexter was a bit of a handful with his behaviour. He has issues with needing medication. suffers with allergies and skin problems. This didn't phase them at all. They took such good care of our furbabies. We can't recommend them highly enough. They clearly have a love of dogs and treated Dexter and Mia like their own. Binky got on with them beautifully, it was lovely to see. If we could give 6 stars we would.”

About: I (Tom) have recently moved to Derby from Staffordshire for work and miss my three dogs greatly. Ever since I was a baby I have grown up with cats, dogs, rabbits and gerbils so it was hard to leave all that behind when moving away. Currently, I am not prepared to have my own dog - financially speaking, so I figured this would be a great way to meet some new animals and their owners. I am very active, running up to 5 times per week and regularly taking long walks. I particularly enjoy visiting the national trust sites local to Derby. I work full time but work from home a minimum of 3 days per week and am free most weekends. My girlfriend, Eloise also lives with me part time and loves animals - so she will care for your pets should I be called into the office! I go for a walk every morning, every lunch time and every evening already so I plan that I will just take your pets along with me. Ordinarily, in the morning and lunch time I will visit the parks local to me and then in the evening I will venture further afield, often going to Darley park, Markeaton park, Calke Abbey and Kedleston hall as I am a national trust member. I am used to caring for animals with regards to feeding routines and am usually up around 5:30am until 10pm so can cater to any specific schedules. I absolutely love animals and will give them lots of fuss and affection. I will provide daily updates and photos so that you can keep up with how they are doing whilst you enjoy your well deserved time off! I will also bathe them free of charge should they get muddy or wet on any of our walks and provide lots of free treats
