“Zhané was great! She looked after our dog for the afternoon into early evening and sent some pics/ videos as the time went on. Ritz seemed really comfortable with her and I’m sure he’d be very happy to see her again :)”

“Both of my dogs took quickly to Katherine. She was very respectful of my pup’s quirks and it made me and them feel at ease. I will be asking for her help in the future with confidence.”

“Kelly looked after Rocky with great care, particularly through a thunderstorm, which he hates. Kelly kept him close and reassured him. It was lovely to see photos of Rocky looking relaxed.”

“Victoria was communicative daily during her housesit for my dog with updates and pictures - and my dog was very happy and he is not the easiest! I have no hesitation in recommending her for house sitting and taking care of your dog. Thank you Victoria so much x”

“Sophie has been amazing and so helpful! I was really nervous at first to have someone else looking my kitten but she reassured me all the way, kept in touch and looked after him really well. Very trustworthy and definitely someone I can rely on in the future! ?”

“Katarina went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable with leaving Maverick in her care as this was the first time I had used Rover. We had our initial meeting face to face and Katarina very kindly came to my house which also gave her a chance to see Maverick (a 1 year old golden retriever). A dog can sense a lot about people and Maverick was instantly connected with Katarina with no fear and showed his excitement by giving her lots of attention. We discussed Maverick’s requirements and it gave me an opportunity to get know Katarina to see how she would handle my dog, (apologies if it felt like an interview!). We went on a trial walk where Katarina led and I accompanied and that provided me with enough comfort to proceed with the booking. Katarina came to my house to look after Maverick for the day and they had the best time exploring the surrounding areas. Katarina kept me updated with messages and photos and it meant that I could focus on where I was which was celebrating my niece’s birthday in London. Furthermore Katarina was very accommodating as I was delayed coming home and she continued to look after Maverick for me. Katarina showed a lot of love and attention and ensured Maverick was cared for in the way that I wanted him to be. I will definitely be looking to book Katrina again! Thank you from Maverick and I! ?Xx”

About: I’ve been a proud pet lover for as long as I can remember! For 10 years, I cared for both a sweet dog and a sassy cat, so I know all about balancing tail wags and purring cuddle sessions. More recently, I welcomed another curious (and very spoiled) cat into the family last October. I’ve also been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family, whether it’s walking energetic pups, playing with feisty kittens, or just making sure everyone feels loved and safe. I treat every pet like they’re my own, with plenty of love, belly rubs, and treats (if allowed, of course!). One of the great things about my schedule is that it’s always changing, which means I often have weekdays and weekends off at different times. This flexibility allows me to offer pet care on days when others might not be available, whether it’s a midday walk, a weekend getaway, or some extra company for your pet during the week. I’m happy to work with you to find times that fit both your needs and your pet’s routine! When caring for pets in their own home, I always aim to create a calm, loving, and familiar environment where they feel completely safe and comfortable. I stick closely to their usual routines, from feeding times and walk schedules to playtime and cuddles, so everything feels just right for them. I treat every home with respect and every pet with the same love and attention I’d give my own. Whether they need company, exercise, or just someone to hang out with, I’m there to make sure they’re happy, relaxed, and well looked after while you’re away.

“Suzanne was great she arrived early and stayed with ronnie my dog for 22 hours. While I went and enjoyed my son's wedding. When I messaged to see how he was she replied straight away. Would recommend. Thanks Suzanne 😊”

“Sacha and Christina were great at communication and gave us regular updates when house and pet sitting over the 4 days. Sid was well cared for and has made some new friends that we will definitely use again.”

About: Hi I'm Rachel, and I’m a local dog walker and dog, cat sitter in Berkhamsted. I’m confident, responsible and loving with all animals. I've owned active bengal cats and a very playful labradoodle for many years, dogwalked, sat and dropped in regularly for a neighbour's two terriers, dogwalked, holiday sat and dropped in regularly for a friend's two large dogs (lab and golden retriever), a sister's chihuahua, and dogwalked a variety of breeds for a dog rescue centre for a number of years. Am experienced with young to elderly, anxious, deaf dogs and cats. And administering medication if needed. If you’re in need of a regular dog walker or holiday sitter I’m currently looking for new clients based around Central Berkhamsted and the nearby areas. I can offer solo care or take out small groups along the canal, to the nearby parks and Ashridge. I can also offer more active dogwalking, balltime and playtime if desired. I know the area very well after living here for over 10 years. All breeds and ages welcome ❤❤❤ I'm studying to be a health coach while animal sitting and will balance this across Mondays to Fridays. I can potentially offer Sundays as well. I'm especially interested in longer, holiday sits right now. I'll take the lead from you on what's needed for your pet and any special requirements or needs. I'm also very responsible and in tune with animal body language and needs.

About: My own sweet pup has been my best friend and co-pilot for over a decade! Thanks to all our adventures, I've learnt firsthand what dogs need to thrive, from fun filled walks to the comfort of a consistent routine. Plus, my Dog First Aid certification means I'm always prepared for the unexpected, so you can feel completely confident. I'm excited to bring that same love and attention to your dog that I give my own. This is a full time business for me so I am dedicated to your dog's well being without any distractions. We can work out a routine that fits you and your dog. When caring for your dog, whether in your home or on a walk, I take every precaution to ensure their well-being. This includes securely leashing your dog at all time, being mindful of their surroundings and always following their established routine to maintain a sense of normalcy. You can trust that I will treat your home with the utmost respect and care, and I will create a positive and enriching environment for your pet, giving you complete peace of mind.

About: I was bought up on a farm in France and every stray, injured dog that came our way we took in as our own. I've been surrounded by so many dogs from such a young age that I feel so connected to them and love nothing more than taking my own girl for a walk and a play I would like to make this my full time job. I do have a toddler to take care off but she is at nursery now so I am available all day to take care of your furry friend I live on a boat so unfortunately it will be too small to care for your pet aswell as my own but am happy to dog sit for your baby in your home as long as its OK to bring my dog along or the sitting isn't too long

Karin is super reliable and from the start her professionalism, care & enthusiasm eased any worries I had about leaving my dog in the hands of someone else. Frank absolutely adores not only Karin but her lovely Jerry! They get on incredibly well and Frank is always shattered post walk. On the more muddier / wetter days Karin does an excellent job in giving Frank a good dry off & she always sends me updates. I highly recommend Karin she’s a ⭐️ !”
