About: Hi, my name is Alix. I am 23 years old and live in a ground floor flat in matson, Gloucester. I have 2 children, 2&5 years old. I also have 4 cats who have been the first encounter for many dogs which I am happy to do with the owner here if your dog hasn’t been around cats before. I also understand that sometimes dogs and cats aren’t the best of friends so I’m happy to keep them separate if needed. I unfortunately don’t currently drive so you would need to bring your pooch to me. Caring for dogs is a passion for me. I took a break from dog boarding for a while but now on the hunt to make more doggy friends and help out owners! I have been dog boarding for 3 years now and cared for dogs of all ages. My children are used to dogs & my partner has 2 Staffordshire bull terriers at his mum’s who my children see regularly. I also have a jack russel and a jug at my mum’s who I absolutely adore and grew up with. I have my own fenced garden and will definitely take your pooch on walks at our local field! Please get in touch if you’re interested. :).. I’m currently unemployed so always at home. Monday & friday I do school pick up and drop off, however if your dog isn’t very good with being alone I can bring them along or I can find someone else to take my daughter to school on the odd occasion if need be of the 2 days I usually do and I will stay home to ensure your dog isn’t left alone. As long as i have notice i can ensure we’re home all day if need be for your dogs anxiety I am in a ground floor flat, I have my own fenced garden and a field nearby which dogs absolutely love to go and have a run around. I keep dogs on lead for safety. Dogs will be welcome to come on the furniture and sleep in the bed unless the owner requests otherwise.

Nothing starts my day better than seeing that happy waggy tail coming through the front door. Dominika and Adam were fantastic and took great care of our two miniature Dachshunds, Nori and Nala. They were incredibly responsive and made us feel completely at ease during the handover in the morning. It was clear from the start how caring and attentive they both are. They even took the girls for a lovely walk around the beautiful park just across the road from their flat. Izabela is very experienced and Casper felt at home right away in her house. He can sometimes be stressed when I leave him, but it sounds like she did a great job helping him settle and he enjoyed play with other dogs. I felt assured leaving him in her care, thank you Izabela!
Luna loves going to Leah's, I always know she's happy and well cared for and getting lots of enrichment. She loves having a run and play with the other dogs and cuddling up with Leah and James. They have done an amazing job at making her comfortable in a new place

We had a great first experience using Rover and booking with Hannah. She took the time to meet us beforehand, which really put us at ease. Our youngest can be a bit nervous, but the updates and photos showed both dogs having a brilliant time and settling in really well.
