“Sophie was once again an absolute star with Joey! As he was unfamiliar with being in new surroundings, he unfortunately left his "mark" in multiple places in Sophie's house shortly after we arrived. Sophie was very understanding and forgiving :-) Joey has a great day exploring and giving and receiving cuddles, and Sophie was kind enough to brave the storm to drop him at home quite late at night. Fab experience again and I will have no hesitation in continuing to use Sophie's services and recommend her to others.”

It was the first time I have left Banjo with anyone, but I was incredibly comfortable with Lewis because we did a meet and greet on a separate day (at his request), and it was a brilliant idea. Banjo was loving playing with Lewis's dog and I knew already that Banjo was going to have a fun day and also be in capable hands. Lewis was easy to deal with, and very accommodating to my busy life at the moment, which had me move times around a bit. He even dropped him home for me which was just brilliant. Highly recommend.”

About: I’ve taken care of many friends and families dogs, confident on walks and overnights. I have a four year old son who’s also confident around dogs and we love to have them in the house. I’ve got a lovely large garden that they can roam in. I work from home so am available for daycare, can walk a couple of times a day (morning/lunchtime), can check in midday if required. If overnights stays are required, I’ll be available all day to let out for garden sniffs, and also for a couple of walks. I have a fenced garden, and also a four year old boy who is confident around dogs. Your dog would need to be ok around children for that reason. Similarly if you choose to book when my son is not with me then this is not an issue so please do select your service or date and we can discuss. I don’t currently have a crate so if needed you would need to provide that but otherwise any questions just ask.

About: Hello, we're Hannah and Josh! Dogs have been part of both our families since we were children and a home without a dog in it has never felt quite right to us. Two years ago we got our goldendoodle Benji, and the adventure of raising a puppy began. We took him to puppy classes and keep his training going day to day, so we're comfortable with young, bouncy dogs and happy to stick to whatever commands and routines your dog already knows. We're an active couple who love countryside walks, trips to the park, and plenty of games of fetch with Benji. We both work from home, so your dog will have lots of company throughout the day and won't be left alone for long periods.
 We've also been on the other side of this app. When we go away, Benji stays with a sitter, so we know that nervous feeling of handing your dog over to someone new. We also know how reassuring it is to receive a photo of them fast asleep on the sofa or happily out on a walk. You'll receive regular updates, photos, and messages, so you can relax knowing your dog is happy, settled, and well cared for. Every dog is different, so we'll always follow your lead on food, walks, personality, all of it! We want your dog's stay to feel as close to home as possible. Josh and I both work from home full-time, so there will always be one of us at home throughout the day. Your dog will have plenty of company and will become part of our daily routine. We already take our Goldendoodle, Benji, out for walks every day, so your dog will simply come along too. Whether they enjoy long countryside walks or prefer something shorter and slower, we're happy to adapt to whatever they're used to so we can keep their routine as familiar as possible. We know every dog is different, so we'll always follow the routine that works best for them. If they have set mealtimes, a bedtime routine, are crate trained, or prefer to sleep in their own space at night, we're more than happy to accommodate them. Just let us know beforehand, and we'll do everything we can to make their stay feel familiar, comfortable and stress-free. Your dog's safety and comfort will always be our priority. We have experience raising our own Goldendoodle, Benji, who is now two, and we know how important it is for dogs to feel happy, settled and understood in a new environment. Before any stay, we always encourage a meet and greet so you and your dog can meet us, explore our home, and make sure both dogs feel comfortable with each other. Benji is a very friendly and playful dog, and we want every dog that stays with us to feel like they are really welcomed. Benji also has a profile on Rover that you can check out! We have a secure, enclosed garden with fencing, giving dogs a safe space to enjoy some fresh air and play. Before your dog's stay, we'll always ask about their individual needs, including any allergies, dietary requirements, personality traits, boundaries, and anything else that helps us care for them in the best way possible. Our aim is for you to have complete peace of mind knowing your dog is safe and treated as part of our family while they're with us.

About: I’ve looked after so many different breeds of dog for family, friends and neighbours, including my own pug and frenchie. I’m confident in applying topics medication, grooming and bathing I work flexibly full time, working from home 4 days a week. I go on daily hour long lunchtime walks anyway, as well as being free most evenings and weekends I’m comfortable in crating and grooming pets, as well as giving them peace or cuddles when they need or want it. About: We've always had dogs as a family, from Shelties to Golden Retrievers and now the cutest cream coloured dachshund, so I am used to caring for puppies, right through to senior dogs in their last few days. I am a gentle kind caring person with the patience to work quietly with any dog to ensure they overcome any anxieties or stresses, providing them with the right kind of walk on or off lead, be it in a secure field, open country side or local park. I helped out when a family member bred their Golden Retriever, helping at feed times, ensuring all puppies were fed , warm and safe and the cleaning up that came with it, to ensure a clean environment was maintained. My day is built around dog care, having recently retired from 9 to 5. Your dog will have my full attention and focus. I love walking and being outside in the fresh air, come rain or shine. I have a secure fenced large tranquil garden, for dogs boarding with me , and inside a large open plan kitchen dining area for them to relax and enjoy their own space, finding a cosy corner for their bed or blanket.
