About: I have over 20 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages . I’ve rescued and cared for dogs, including my own rescue dog, and have a deep understanding of their needs. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and care for their pets, ensuring their safety and happiness. I am passionate about animals, patient, and attentive, offering reliable and compassionate care for every dog I believe that looking after pets fits perfectly into my daily life. At the moment, I work part-time, which gives me plenty of time to take dogs for walks, care for them, and play with them. I enjoy spending time with animals, and I am flexible enough to meet their needs throughout the day. I currently do not have a fenced garden, but my primary focus is on taking dogs out for enjoyable and safe walks in the fresh air. I ensure that they get the exercise, care, and attention they need during our time together. I am attentive to their safety, keeping them on a lead when necessary, and always following the owner’s instructions regarding their routine and preferences.

About: I have always loved dogs! Within my family we have always had dogs, to which I was and am so grateful for. I love taking care of dogs, seeing them smile by the simplest things like a long walk, brushes, kisses, food, etc! I am a graduate student from Nottingham Trent University. I am now based in the Cotswolds with Rover as my prime focus and job therefore, I am very flexible and free for Rover work! Please note: I do not offer overnight stays or care inside my own home. About: I have a 6 year old golden retriever and previously had 2 cavalier King Charles, as well as numerous family dogs. I have had all my dogs from puppies so have experience with younger dogs also. I am comfortable with most breeds For doggy day car I currently work from home mon-Thurs. My children are in childcare during this time but may be present first thing in the morning and in the early evening before your dog is picked up. If your dog will be boarding with us then my children will be around your dog, they are both great with dogs due to our family dog Harry. I have a fenced garden and a friendly golden retriever. I can offer love and attention throughout the day as well as a short lunch time walk to the fields behind our house.

About: Dogs have always been a very special part of our lives. Our much-loved Golden Retriever, Blossom, was part of our family for 16 wonderful years. She was a huge part of our lives and brought us so much joy, companionship and love. Losing her left a very big dog-shaped hole in our lives. It was through our love of dogs that we first got into dog sitting, when we began looking after Mabel, a gorgeous Cockapoo, several days a week. We absolutely loved having her around, and when Mabel eventually moved to Ireland, we realised just how much we had enjoyed having a dog in our home again. Since then, we’ve welcomed other dogs into our home and have loved every minute of the experience. Their stay is about much more than just looking after them, it’s about making them feel like one of the family. ❤️ Having dogs around fits really naturally into our everyday life. There is always someone at home, either me, my husband or adult son so they have plenty of company and never feel like they’re lonely. We want every dog who comes to stay with us to feel like they’re having a little holiday of their own! 🐾 We’ll keep as much of their normal routine as possible, so they quickly feel at home. Once they’re here, they become part of our family life, with plenty of cuddles, attention, garden time and walks, as well as lots of quiet time for a cosy snooze when they fancy it. We know how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone else, so our aim is for them to feel safe, loved and thoroughly spoilt while they’re with us. ❤️

About: I live at the edge of the most beautiful walks. I have had elderly, blind, deaf, diabetic and dogs with a heart condition so administering medication is second nature. I have home bred four litters of puppies who were toilet trained before they left to go to there well-vetted homes. I miss my dogs and would love to have another one in the house again. Weekends are open to discussion I work part time from home and my husband walks over the hills every evening. We miss our dogs very much (they have now all died from old age) They would be treated like one of the family. The leather sofa in the kitchen is indestructible and my retriever used to lie there all day when she got older

About: I'm Lara — founder of The Canine Lab and the person you'll work with from the first phone call to the last lesson. I came to dog training the long way round. My academic background is in Biology — I read for my BA at the University of Oxford, where animal behaviour was the part of the course I kept returning to. Long before I started training professionally, I was reading the science of how animals learn, how social behaviour develops, and why dogs do the things they do. That foundation underpins everything I do now: the need to understand "why" you are doing something. I had always had well-trained dogs growing up, but when I moved to London in 2022 with my Labrador retriever, Seamus, I was overwhelmed by the large number of rude and unfriendly dogs that would approach him as an intact male. That's when I found Kate White at Saint K9 Training. I started as a client looking for help with Seamus, and stayed for a long, hands-on mentorship that turned what I'd learned as an owner into something I could deliver as a professional. Under Kate, I worked hands-on with hundreds of dogs across a variety of breeds, ages and behavioural challenges — accumulating the kind of immersive, day-in-day-out experience that no qualification, course or certificate can substitute for. I'm hugely grateful to her for it. My approach: I work from what the science of learning and behaviour actually tells us about dogs — not from dogma, ideology, or whichever method is fashionable on Instagram this month. Every dog is different, and the right approach for yours depends on your dog's temperament, the specific behaviour we're addressing, and your goals. I draw on the full knowledge of modern dog training and discuss with you in advance the suggested approach and why. Nothing happens with your dog that we haven't talked through first. What I specialise in: I work with dogs of all ages and breeds, but I particularly enjoy the cases other trainers find tricky — reactivity, anxiety, prey drive, and the more complex behavioural patterns that need patient, structured work. Strong puppy foundations and solid obedience are the other half of what I do, and they're the best insurance against the harder problems later. I am a full-time dog trainer, and I have a fully equipped van to transport dogs and ensure they are with me at all times. My day revolves around ensuring the dogs in my care get what they need in terms of exercise and fulfilment. Dogs must be crate trained in order to make use of the boarding services, this is for their own safety and comfort. All dogs stay in my home.

About: 30 years of experience of owning and handling dogs! I’ve had dogs in my family since I was 10 years old and love all breeds. I have a Bichon Frise, GiGi, who is 2 years old. She is very well socialised as she has attended a doggy daycare on a regular basis since she was a puppy and gets on well with both small and large breeds. GiGi enjoys playing and chasing with other dogs, but will respect their boundaries if they are uninterested in the same! I work from home 2 days each week and so can accommodate dogs on certain weekdays and weekends. I can also offer morning/lunchtime/evening walks and/or drop ins. Other than on weekends I can’t offer boarding services. Should your dog visit my home I have a secure gated garden. Generally, dogs would have the full run of my house and are treated as part of the family! There is a large lawn out of the front of the house and I am a short distance from lots of beautiful countryside walks.
