About: I’ve grown up with dogs (English Bull Terriers) my whole life, I’ve owned my own fluff ball (Cavapoo) and I’ve looked after dogs belonging to friends and family. Always happy to do Friday evening through to Sunday evening, depending on availability. During school holidays, I am available full time. About: We have always loved having dogs in our lives. Our much-loved Golden Retriever was part of our family for 16 wonderful years. Since then, we’ve enjoyed providing holiday care for a colleague’s dog, and more recently we’ve had the pleasure of regularly looking after a gorgeous Cockapoo, Mabel, several days a week. Mabel has now emigrated to Ireland, leaving a rather large dog-shaped hole in our lives! We’d love to welcome another dog into our home and give them the same love, care and attention we’ve always given our own dogs. We have an enclosed courtyard and lovely countryside and fields nearby for walks, as well as a shady riverside walk for warmer days. We’re happy to tailor walks and activities to suit each dog, and most importantly, we want them to feel safe, settled and thoroughly spoilt while they’re with us. I work part-time but my husband and adult son are here between them all the time, so there is always someone around to care for and play. We have a secure, enclosed courtyard where dogs can enjoy some fresh air and a little outdoor time safely. We’re surrounded by lovely open fields with plenty of opportunities for good walks. On warmer days, there is also a lovely shady riverside walk nearby, so we can choose a cooler route and make sure dogs are comfortable. We provide a calm, safe and welcoming home-from-home environment where dogs can relax and feel part of the family.

About: Myself and Deeann have always had dogs, they all lived to a good age of 15 . We are early retired couple with plenty of time and love to give. A nice home and fenced garden and local walk areas. We miss our dogs but having a break from ownership for now. We walked our dogs twice a day but would follow your dogs needs from you. About: PLEASE NOTE: I am only offering boarding and day care in the dog owners home, in effect, I would also be house sitting for the dog owner. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately I don't drive and can only take requests from dog owners who live near a bus route or train station. I have always had an affinity with dogs; or rather they have an affinity with me! Dogs I have never met before always bound up to me and want to play! I have a very calm and patient personality which I think dogs pick up on. This in turn calms them and makes them feel comfortable. I am also an artist and a lover of the outdoors, which means I am always aware of my surroundings, taking in information that could inform my art as well as the surroundings the dog is in - I take my time whilst walking dogs as it's important for them to explore the environment they are most comfortable in - the outdoors. I work part-time so I will be able to work round people's individual needs. I will block off on my calendar when I am unavailable I always follow sitters specific instructions regarding how well their dogs are around other people, other dogs and stick to specific areas permitted by the owner.

About: I’ve had my Ridgeback since a puppy, not for faint hearted and well versed in the shark teeth playing! Kobi and I have completed our KC Bronze, Silver and Gold. Kaia and I are working through our IMDT levels now. We enjoy exploring new fields and experiences and they love playing. They are sweet natured gentle giants that loves to play! I will look after your fluffy friend as I would want my pets looked after when away. I have also taken protrainings canine first aid level 2 course. I have home bred four litters of puppies who were toilet trained before they left to go to there well-vetted homes. I miss my dogs and would love to have another one in the house again. We like to take our dogs for a long morning walk, around 5km and a shorter afternoon walk to make sure they're well exercised. My partner and I work mostly remote, there is always one of us at home so we are very flexible with sitting and walking dogs. I am comfortable with most breeds For doggy day car I currently work from home mon-Thurs. About: Experience with rescue dogs and nervous dogs in need of tlc. I had a border collie from Dogs Trust for 13 years who taught us as a family a lot about animals who have experienced trauma. I currently work from home so am in the house for huge portions of the day. Able to offer long walks each day in the beautiful fields behind our house. I have a fully enclosed garden which is fenced and has a grassy area. The house is large enough to accommodate bigger dogs if needed.

After years of looking after dogs, cats and homes for the people closest to me, I decided it was time to turn something I genuinely love into a professional service. As a dog owner myself (my energetic Springer Spaniel, Ernie, certainly keeps me on my toes!), I understand that every pet is unique. Some dogs thrive on long countryside adventures, while others are happiest with a gentle stroll and plenty of sniffing. I always tailor walks and care to suit your pet’s age, breed, energy levels and routine. Ernie happily walks for up to an hour, so I’m more than comfortable with active dogs, but I’m just as happy taking things at a slower pace for puppies, seniors or more relaxed companions. Outside of pet sitting, I work in creative production where organisation, communication and attention to detail are part of my everyday life. I’m also a volunteer with the British Red Cross Emergency Response Team, so remaining calm, dependable and prepared comes naturally. About: My mother started a non profit rescue organization, for abused & neglected dogs back in South Africa when I was just 11. Since then I have grown up working along side vets, assisting with any medical & care treatment needed for dogs. I have experience in bottle feeding, inoculations, first aid, new borns, seniors & even dogs with different disabilities. Growing up I lived with an average of 30 plus dogs at once, coming in & out as we nursed them back to health & found them forever families. I’m a massive animal lover & go out of my way to ensure your fur babies are constantly happy & safe! Have had my own reactive dog walking business for over 4 years now & love getting to work with all sorts of breeds I’m currently studying online & work mornings from 05:00- 8:30 am Monday- Saturday. I do not work weekends unless I’m house sitting. But other than that I’m available between my online lessons throughout the day from 9-5 Monday to Fridays. I treat your fur babies as if they my own. Obviously depending on different house rules, I usually tend to allow the dogs to sleep on the bed with me. About: We have always loved having dogs in our lives. Our much-loved Golden Retriever was part of our family for 16 wonderful years. Since then, we’ve enjoyed providing holiday care for a colleague’s dog, and more recently we’ve had the pleasure of regularly looking after a gorgeous Cockapoo, Mabel, several days a week. Mabel has now emigrated to Ireland, leaving a rather large dog-shaped hole in our lives! We’d love to welcome another dog into our home and give them the same love, care and attention we’ve always given our own dogs. We have an enclosed courtyard and lovely countryside and fields nearby for walks, as well as a shady riverside walk for warmer days. We’re happy to tailor walks and activities to suit each dog, and most importantly, we want them to feel safe, settled and thoroughly spoilt while they’re with us. I work part-time but my husband and adult son are here between them all the time, so there is always someone around to care for and play. We have a secure, enclosed courtyard where dogs can enjoy some fresh air and a little outdoor time safely. We’re surrounded by lovely open fields with plenty of opportunities for good walks. “This was Baileys 7th or 8th stay with Martine and Alex. As always we couldn’t have been happier knowing Bailey was in their extremely capable (and loving) hands. Martine is always great with communication and send lots of photos and updates which we love. It’s obvious they treat Bailey with so much love and care, as she is always excited when she realises where she is and quickly makes herself at home. On this occasion we had a last minute unavoidable change in our plans. This lead to requesting to extend the booking and although Martine and Alex had some other bookings in between they went above and beyond to assist in getting Bailey cared for. We couldn’t have been more appreciative as they took one thing off our plate when dealing with a lot of plan changes and organising ourselves. Knowing Bailey was in their hands relieved a lot of stress and worry at a difficult time. I just cannot recommend Martine & Alex highly enough. We often talk about how lucky we are to have found in them, the absolute best match for our Bailey girl.”
About: I was the go-to pet sitter for my neighbour before I moved and now, being out of work and waiting for some surgery, I’m available to expand to others in the area. I have a 2.5 year old Golden Retriever and learnt A LOT training him to be an assistance dog (adolescence tests us all!) I’m out of work for the first time in my life and have a lot of time on my hands! My typical day involves playing with Max first thing, then a walk from 11-12, I get everything I need done while he’s napping during the afternoon, then training or enrichment games before dinner. Grooming and then a last activity before bed. I have an open-plan bungalow with a large fenced garden. I have a paddling pool for the hot days, as well as an aircon unit for the even hotter ones! There are plenty of toys to go around but Max is super social and will play until he falls asleep! I have a large crate, a raised bed, and blankets for rest times but they can also chill on the sofa or out in the garden.

Heather and her family were relaxed and welcoming, their home was perfect for our little dog. We had multiple updates, photos and videos that were reassuring and made our experience so positive. I would highly recommend Heather as a sitter and would definitely leave my furry princess with her again in the future. Our little dog had a fabulous time.”
