“Julia is an excellent dog sitter. She was very attentive to our dog’s needs and sent regular updates. She genuinely cares for the dogs she looks after and truly goes the extra mile for them.”

About: We are Claudia and Sean, a married couple in our mid 30s, living in Blockley with our 3 year old Cavapoo Milo. We have been home and dog sitting for 7 years professionally, through Trusted Housesitters with over 20, 5* reviews and now we have dogs to stay at ours for boarding, day care and sitting. Having relocated from London, we understand how important it is for dogs to continue socialisation and training and company. We are comfortable caring for dogs in all types of weather, capable of managing the heat and ensuring your pets safety. We have experience with a variety of dog breeds, however at this time we are only able to accept smaller dogs. Our usual dogs are cockapoos, cavapoos and dashounds. We are comfortable administering oral and other medication, eye drops etc. We run our own pet sitting business and therefore all dogs will be cared for by both of us, unless notified otherwise. We have been on trusted house and pet sitters for years and have just transferred over to this platform. We live in a rural setting with an enclosed garden, dogs feel right at home in our cottage. We have great walks on our doorstep. We are happy to have your dog overnight with us, or housesit for you within a 20 minute radius.
“It was the first time I’ve left my 2 poms with anyone other than family but Alex was so good with them, made me feel reassured and sent me lots of updates. They were very happy and look forward to their next play date with Alex and Bella 😍”

“Josie was so happy after her day with Cath. She fell straight to sleep in the car. Cath put me at ease as this was only my second time leaving my new pup and she sent lots of photos. Her dogs are so friendly and she is an amazing dog carer! Would definitely recommend”

About: I live at the edge of the most beautiful walks. I have had elderly, blind, deaf, diabetic and dogs with a heart condition so administering medication is second nature. I have home bred four litters of puppies who were toilet trained before they left to go to there well-vetted homes. I miss my dogs and would love to have another one in the house again. Weekends are open to discussion I work part time from home and my husband walks over the hills every evening. We miss our dogs very much (they have now all died from old age) They would be treated like one of the family. The leather sofa in the kitchen is indestructible and my retriever used to lie there all day when she got older
About: I'm a genuine animal lover who works from home, so your pet will have plenty of company, attention, and care throughout the day. I share my home with my friendly 18month old spade female Cockalier and my laid back 5 year-old male cat, both of whom are used to being around other animals. We have a 2 bedroom house in the countryside an has a large, secure garden for playtime and exploring, and I guarantee at least two walks every day, tailored to your dog's energy levels and routine. I aim to provide a relaxed, home-from-home environment where pets feel safe, happy, and loved. Whether your dog enjoys playing, snoozing on the sofa, or receiving lots of fuss and cuddles, they'll be treated like part of the family. Of course, there will also be plenty of treats (with your permission!) and regular updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. We take out spaniel out for a long field based walk every morning and then start work for 9am in my office. I take regular breaks to play in the garden or cuddle on the sofa. We usually have an afternoon walk around the neighborhood before finishing work at around 5pm and the evening is available for all pets and guests. Offering pet sitting services in a client's home would not be a problem if I can work intermittently on my laptop throughout the day. We have no regular commitments at the weekend so often find new dog friendly cafes, walks and places to visit. Our dog is secured in her crate at night in my office, and our cat has the use of the kitchen and utility and will be outside most of the day. We have a high fenced garden, with a large patio area and large grass area. A large open plan kitchen/living room, utility and office. And 2 bedrooms upstairs. Pets are welcome to the whole house including beds and furniture. Feeding, walks and nighttime routine can all be customised and followed by owners preferences.
About: Having had pets since I was a child, I am capable of doing all relevant tasks to make sure your pet is happy and loved. I am self employed, meaning I am able to create my own schedule and create a plan suitable for you, your pet and also me! I have a fenced garden, a friendly younger dog and lots of toys, beds, blankets and a crate if required for time to relax and sleep.

About: My husband and I live in a detached house in Lower Slaughter, right in the centre of the Cotswolds. We live with Poppy, our 3 year old Cockerpoo, and Banjo, a small 2 year old Goldendoodle. We have a large enclosed garden and dogs are ranked above humans at our house! Expect lots of cuddles, zoomies and naps in front of the (sealed) fire. Very relaxed household, where dogs are allowed on furniture and encouraged to play. I’m a freelance designer who works at home, so your pets will never be left alone. I take the pups out regularly to stretch their legs in our garden. We have a large, enclosed garden, where your fur babies can run freely with our two friendly dogs. When it’s time to relax, dogs are welcome anywhere in our home.
“Eddie absolutely loved his stay with Aoife and her beautiful dog, Mabel and we couldn’t be happier! Aoife is so lovely and caring and we felt comfortable from the moment we met her. She sent us photos and updates during Eddie’s stay which reassured us that Eddie was enjoying himself. He was very “happy” tired when we got home which is always a good sign! We cannot recommend Aoife highly enough and will be booking Eddie’s next daycare very soon.”

About: I have over 20 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages . I’ve rescued and cared for dogs, including my own rescue dog, and have a deep understanding of their needs. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and care for their pets, ensuring their safety and happiness. I am passionate about animals, patient, and attentive, offering reliable and compassionate care for every dog I believe that looking after pets fits perfectly into my daily life. At the moment, I work part-time, which gives me plenty of time to take dogs for walks, care for them, and play with them. I enjoy spending time with animals, and I am flexible enough to meet their needs throughout the day. I currently do not have a fenced garden, but my primary focus is on taking dogs out for enjoyable and safe walks in the fresh air. I ensure that they get the exercise, care, and attention they need during our time together. I am attentive to their safety, keeping them on a lead when necessary, and always following the owner’s instructions regarding their routine and preferences.
About: I've grown up with dogs - we had three gorgeous labradors on my Grandad's farm when I was a toddler. I work from home and have a secure garden that has plenty of shade so it's always cool enough for dogs to find somewhere to have a snooze. I start the day having a long walk with my dog, then work remotely so will always be at home if dog-sitting. I often do a lunchtime walk if it's cool enough. Then, at the end of the day another long walk. I have a secure garden and a super friendly husky who gets on with everyone and their dog. The garden is well-shaded with trees overhanging and a gazebo.
“Finn had a wonderful time with Millie and Bowie! Highly recommend Millie for anybody looking for dog sitting services in the area. She took the time to do a meet and greet beforehand which meant that the boys hit the ground running when it came to spending the day together. Millie was great at providing updates during the sit and was super responsive to messages throughout.”

“Our whippet Cleo had a lovely time with Dominika and Adam. They were very responsive with messages and kept me updated during the evening. Cleo seemed very calm and content when I picked her up. Thank you!”

“Ben was very helpfully able to have Toby for the day at short notice and was flexible about timing. Ben sent some lovely photos, Toby had good walks and ball games , how to keep a Collie happy! 10 out of 10 from me.”

“Claire gives you confidence that she will look after your dog as if it was her own. Hoping to use her often to look after my dog at times when I am not available.”
