About: I’ve always loved having animals around and have plenty of experience caring for dogs. I’m a dog and cat owner, and currently have a young Border Collie, so I’m very familiar with the needs of active, intelligent and playful dogs! I’ve cared for dogs on a long-term boarding basis, including Labs and Collies, and particularly enjoy having puppies and energetic dogs around. I’m happy to provide plenty of walks, play, breed specific training and lots of fuss! I aim to create a calm, relaxed home, where visiting dogs can settle in, feel comfortable and be part of the family while they’re with me. I work from home Monday to Friday, usually 8/9am–4/5pm, so there’s plenty of company and time for dogs to settle into a relaxed home routine. We start the day with a walk around 7am, then spend the day pottering around the house and garden, with plenty of play and brain games to keep busy minds happy. There’s always time for a nap and a cosy snooze too. After work, we head straight out for another walk from the house, up into the fields towards Penselwood. I go to the gym in the evening, and dogs are welcome to come along for the car ride if they enjoy it! Then it’s home for dinner, a quiet evening and plenty of sofa cuddles. My home is small and cosy, which makes it easy to keep an eye on everyone and give dogs their own space when they need it. My garden is connected to my neighbours’ gardens and is fenced at the front of the properties. My Collie is quite sensitive but loves puppies and is friendly with lots of female dogs. I prefer introductions to happen calmly in a neutral space, with the fields near my house being a great place to say hello. Where appropriate, I’d prefer for the dogs to meet off lead. Pups are welcome on the furniture and can settle wherever they’re most comfortable. I also have crates in several sizes if your dog is crate trained or prefers a more structured sleep routine. If anyone needs a little space, I can easily use gates or crates to keep things calm and prevent anyone becoming overwhelmed. For walks, I have long lines from 5–20m, so dogs can have plenty of freedom while staying secure if their recall isn’t reliable. Before each stay, I’ll make sure I have your vet details and know about any special requirements or medications your pup needs. You’re welcome to send your dog with their favourite bed, toys or anything else that helps them feel at home!

“Mark and Helen looked after Simba as if he were their own dog. We were so happy knowing Simba was being so cared for in every way while we were on holiday. I’ve owned both a Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix and a Miniature Pinscher mix, so I understand that every dog is unique, whether they’re a gentle giant, a little bundle of personality, or somewhere in between. I also worked in an animal shelter, where I cared for animals of all breeds, sizes and temperaments. My role included walking, feeding and transporting animals, caring for dogs recovering from surgery, helping new arrivals settle in and providing day-to-day care. Some dogs were full of confidence, while others were nervous, reactive or very high-energy and needed more patience, space and understanding. That experience taught me how important it is to adapt to each animal rather than expecting every dog to behave in the same way. I have home bred four litters of puppies who were toilet trained before they left to go to there well-vetted homes. I miss my dogs and would love to have another one in the house again. Weekends are open to discussion I work part time from home and my husband walks over the hills every evening. We miss our dogs very much (they have now all died from old age) They would be treated like one of the family. The leather sofa in the kitchen is indestructible and my retriever used to lie there all day when she got older

About: I'm a genuine animal lover who works from home, so your pet will have plenty of company, attention, and care throughout the day. I share my home with my friendly 18month old spade female Cockalier and my laid back 5 year-old male cat, both of whom are used to being around other animals. We have a 2 bedroom house in the countryside an has a large, secure garden for playtime and exploring, and I guarantee at least two walks every day, tailored to your dog's energy levels and routine. I aim to provide a relaxed, home-from-home environment where pets feel safe, happy, and loved. Whether your dog enjoys playing, snoozing on the sofa, or receiving lots of fuss and cuddles, they'll be treated like part of the family. Of course, there will also be plenty of treats (with your permission!) and regular updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. We take out spaniel out for a long field based walk every morning and then start work for 9am in my office. I take regular breaks to play in the garden or cuddle on the sofa. We usually have an afternoon walk around the neighborhood before finishing work at around 5pm and the evening is available for all pets and guests. Offering pet sitting services in a client's home would not be a problem if I can work intermittently on my laptop throughout the day. We have no regular commitments at the weekend so often find new dog friendly cafes, walks and places to visit. Our dog is secured in her crate at night in my office, and our cat has the use of the kitchen and utility and will be outside most of the day. We have a high fenced garden, with a large patio area and large grass area. A large open plan kitchen/living room, utility and office. And 2 bedrooms upstairs. Pets are welcome to the whole house including beds and furniture. Feeding, walks and nighttime routine can all be customised and followed by owners preferences.

About: I am currently a vet student at uni of Bristol! I love cuddling pets everyday! I unfortunately lost my dog at the start of the year so I am looking to fill the hole with cuddles and pet sits! I’m currently working around 32 hours a week, so I can be available for morning and evening drop ins. I don’t work the weekends so I can be available full time then. I feel pets are better in their own environment so I prefer coming to their homes to sit! I can crate difficult dogs if needed :)
About: I have done cat sitting for some time now, I take care of cats in my area, dropping in twice or more a day to play with them, feed them and have a cuddle! I also take care of my sisters cockerpoo, she is a wonderful dog but full of energy so I can handle this too! I’m currently working as a solicitor apprentice. I have 8:30-5 job on Monday - Friday. However, Wednesday I spend at home on my study day! I can drop in on my way to work and on my way back. I can also drop in later on in the evening too. Whatever suits you. About: I’ve always loved having animals around and have plenty of experience caring for dogs. I’m a dog and cat owner, and currently have a young Border Collie, so I’m very familiar with the needs of active, intelligent and playful dogs! I’ve cared for dogs on a long-term boarding basis, including Labs and Collies, and particularly enjoy having puppies and energetic dogs around. I’m happy to provide plenty of walks, play, breed specific training and lots of fuss! I aim to create a calm, relaxed home, where visiting dogs can settle in, feel comfortable and be part of the family while they’re with me. I work from home Monday to Friday, usually 8/9am–4/5pm, so there’s plenty of company and time for dogs to settle into a relaxed home routine. We start the day with a walk around 7am, then spend the day pottering around the house and garden, with plenty of play and brain games to keep busy minds happy. There’s always time for a nap and a cosy snooze too. After work, we head straight out for another walk from the house, up into the fields towards Penselwood. I go to the gym in the evening, and dogs are welcome to come along for the car ride if they enjoy it! Then it’s home for dinner, a quiet evening and plenty of sofa cuddles. My home is small and cosy, which makes it easy to keep an eye on everyone and give dogs their own space when they need it. My garden is connected to my neighbours’ gardens and is fenced at the front of the properties. My Collie is quite sensitive but loves puppies and is friendly with lots of female dogs. I prefer introductions to happen calmly in a neutral space, with the fields near my house being a great place to say hello. Where appropriate, I’d prefer for the dogs to meet off lead. Pups are welcome on the furniture and can settle wherever they’re most comfortable. I also have crates in several sizes if your dog is crate trained or prefers a more structured sleep routine. If anyone needs a little space, I can easily use gates or crates to keep things calm and prevent anyone becoming overwhelmed. For walks, I have long lines from 5–20m, so dogs can have plenty of freedom while staying secure if their recall isn’t reliable. Before each stay, I’ll make sure I have your vet details and know about any special requirements or medications your pup needs. You’re welcome to send your dog with their favourite bed, toys or anything else that helps them feel at home!

I’ve owned both a Rottweiler/German Shepherd mix and a Miniature Pinscher mix, so I understand that every dog is unique, whether they’re a gentle giant, a little bundle of personality, or somewhere in between. I also worked in an animal shelter, where I cared for animals of all breeds, sizes and temperaments. My role included walking, feeding and transporting animals, caring for dogs recovering from surgery, helping new arrivals settle in and providing day-to-day care. Some dogs were full of confidence, while others were nervous, reactive or very high-energy and needed more patience, space and understanding. That experience taught me how important it is to adapt to each animal rather than expecting every dog to behave in the same way. I’m comfortable caring for reactive and high-energy dogs and understand that certain situations — such as meeting other dogs, runners, cyclists or being somewhere busy — can be challenging for them.
